Watch out for open box ratings

My purchase was listed as a open box but like new. When it actually was dented, beat up and cosmetically not new.

So why did I buy this set, you ask? Well, warranty, reviews, and gut feeling. So glad that I did too. My clothes are cleaner, and there are no funky smells. The unit has a vast selection of cycles, is an energy sipper, and just looks fantastic!

Being able to put a load in and start from the comfort of my room is unparalleled. The convenience is the biggest thing i love and this has that in spades
