Wrinkles and wrinkles

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since we're a family of 5 now I decided to replace our older smaller washer and dryer to cut down on time spent on laundry. These new units hold a lot but they have drastically increased my time doing laundry. The washer can't seem to balance it self to spin all the water out so I'm having to take everything out untangle it and put it back in for a spin. Quick wash says 28 minutes but it will take over an hour to get all the water out. Dryer immediately tangles and balls everything up. So when the cycle is "done" I have to take it all out, untangle and undo the wads of soaking wet things and start another cycle. Took 3 cycles to dry the sheets off 2 twin beds. Almost a whole day just to end up with heavily wrinkled sheets and clothes. I don't understand how fresh out the dryer everything is so wrinkled. My other units were smaller and i had to do more loads but i got 5 beds worth of linens and towels done in ONE day. Returning immediately. Do not recommend!!

The dryer door was broken, sides dented in as if it was dropped, scratched, and the drum scrapped the side walls when turned on. Purchased online and then went to store Kennesaw store to pick up... The employees seemed to be having a bad day or something, because they didnt want to help with I was also interested in a refrigerator. They also rushed me out the door so I couldn't inspect how bad the dryer conditiion was.... The Gainesville store service was excellent.
