Had the Washer & Dryer for a week. Now the dryer is stuck in "Updating" mode. Ive disconnected it and plugged it back in and still on the same screen. Waiting on Tech eta.

Store listed this OPEN BOX item as being in "excellent" condition. Got there to pick it up and the dryer was LITERALLY falling apart,,,numerous dents and scratches and missing screws to where unit was mis-shapen and wouldn;t even close. Best Buy credited us for the purchase but refused to do anything to help us get a new to replace it. Ended up returning the washing machine also and buying from someone else.

The dryer stopped working within 4 months and BestBuy won’t help. Their technician came and said motor is broken, however because its within 1 year of purchase they can’t do anything. Instead want me to deal directly with Samsung. Extremely bad experience

This top line dryer really let me down, did not dry our clothes properly after reading some of the other reviews on Samsung .com. I decided to return it.

The washer is still leaking and the dryer is a fire hazard. A fuse busted through the drum causing the drum to be replace and the heating element. Now the dryer say to call because the heating element is malfunctioning after replacement. I had to unplug the dryer, per the dryer instructions after receiving an alert on my phone telling me to go check it. I had this set for roughly two years. Its not worth the risk or headache. Before my house floods or burns down, I will replace them but not with another Samsung.
