Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best buy is not good to order this item from if you really want this item you can order it thru amazon or samsung directly i had tried to order this item thru best buy on nov 8 2024 they was going to deliver it and install it on dec 20 2023 they never did deliver it on that day still waiting on it they had me on dec 20 to reschedule the appointment to deliver and install it on January 30 2025 well on waiting on this item i went on Amazon order this on dec 22 2024 and they deliver it in one week time on December 29 2024 way sooner then best buy its the best item but it was because of amazon not best buy

Wrong pedestal

The installers returned the item and said that the correct one would be ordered. I received a credit for the returned item but a new one has never been ordered.

Good for light loads

Otherwise it is nice with the door automatically opening and the end of a session and large soap containers but we had to return it because only light loads dried well. We had to return and went with the LG that has the better dryer.

It really helps to have the machine elevated and seems better than the LG ones we had on our previous equipment. There really isn’t much else to say about such a simple equipment but it does what it is supposed to do.
