Big quiet and pretty. Washes well. No complaints!!

Pros; very quiet, separate shelf for utensils, door automatically opens when finished. No problem so far. Cons; it takes a long time.

Awesome dishwasher! So quiet I didn’t even know it was running. Dishes come out squeaky clean and love that it even pops open the door to let dry.

This is the quietest dishwasher by far. If it wasn’t for the timer I’d never know it was running. My dishes come and clean and spot free.

It is a dish washers. And has Wi-Fi connectivity which I have not use. It is quiet and cleans well. Not much else.

When we purchased this dishwasher, we trusted the **SAMSUNG** name, expecting quality and reliability. **Big mistake.** This dishwasher has been nothing short of a disaster. For the first few months, it worked fine. Then, at around the six-month mark, **the nightmare began**—it started leaking **every single time** we used it. No big deal, right? Just call Samsung and get it fixed. **WRONG.** Samsung’s customer service is a complete joke. They read from their little scripts, repeating the same useless lines like robots. **Five**—yes, FIVE—technicians came out to “fix” the issue. And guess what? **Still leaked. Every. Single. Time.** My fiancé had to take off work for these pointless visits, but that was just the beginning of the frustration. So, my fiancé called Samsung customer service. **More of the same.** Hours wasted on hold, getting transferred around, only to be **hung up on** after **three-plus hours**. At this point, we thought maybe—just maybe—getting bumped up to a "specialty claims associate" would get us somewhere. **WRONG AGAIN.** Enter **Sharon**, the so-called specialist. Rude, dismissive, and utterly useless. Instead of offering a proper fix or a replacement, she decided we’d get a **reimbursement.** Sounds reasonable, right? **Wrong.** Now, we’re stuck buying a whole new dishwasher, paying another delivery fee, another installation fee, and wasting even more time. The worst part? **I was a loyal Samsung customer.** My house is FILLED with Samsung products—**four** Samsung TVs, the Bespoke washer and dryer, microwave, and we were even planning to buy a Samsung fridge and stove. **Not anymore.** After this debacle and the absolute disgrace that is Samsung’s customer service, my family will take our business elsewhere. Quiet and is well organized. Takes some time getting used to the long run time, but has performed well in all cleaning tasks

I was no sure about Samsun Dishwasher, but I really very happy tat K bought it. Easy to use, very quite when running. Love the color.

So far so good. Very quiet. Everything has come out much cleaner than our last dishwasher. It looks great. No complaints.

We purchase this item because of past experience with Samsung Dishwashers, and primarily due to the rated 39 dBA. The dishwasher will be in the breakfast area of an open concept so we want the noise level to be as low as possible, for those times we may need to run it during gatherings.

Amazing dishwasher. Has a ton of features. I can never tell when it’s on. It’s so freakin quiet. It can fit a lot of dishes. I love that it plays a melody when it’s done, since I forget that it’s even on. The fingerprint resistant front is helpful. I don’t feel like I’m always cleaning it. The dishes are always spot free and we have hard water. We’ve owned this for about a year so I can give a true helpful review.
