I thought I was gaining washing space from dead space in the washer but what they are doing is lowering the second row to fit in the third row. The effect is that the bottom row has a lower "ceiling" which makes larger plates and platters not fit due to the second row spinning washer hitting plates below. In addition, if you have the second row loaded up the third row doesn't get washed because it doesn't have a dedicated washer, it uses the second row washer. All in all I'm not happy that I traded more flexible capacity for a third row that doesn't have many uses. One last thing as a word of caution. If you're hooking it up yourself use the hose clamp provided to connect it to the drain at the sink. I used the clamp style connector from the last washer which have worked for me for many years but apparently this washer puts out more pressure than any washer I've ever installed and the first time it ran it blew that hose off and dumped the entire contents of the washer onto my floor.

I got it because I wanted a quiet one- my son and I are both on the spectrum and too many noises at once is a bit much sometimes. Several reviews said it was so quiet that they couldn’t even tell it was running, and they are 100% true!! I LOVE this dishwasher so much ❤️❤️

The multiple racks can be configured so that everything fits right and you don’t have to cram anything down. I particularly like the ability to resize the glasses area.

Most especially I like the option of a 60 minute cycle which seems to get the dishes very clean. To me there seems to be too many options and controls. They are however, hidden which gives a lovely appearance. These reviews should have automatic annual updates because first impressions are a terrible way to rate a new appliance or any other buy for that matter.

Great until it's out of warranty.

Error codes just about every time. Only completes the cycle one in five times if we use the 'Express 60' setting. I'd expect more from a washer at this price point and branding. All of our other Samsung appliances are working fine at the moment - but this dishwasher I'd steer clear of. Very disappointing.

So far so good the only thing is the 3rd rack doesn't really dry the spoons but it dries the rest of the stuff really not a big deal. The only thing I don't like about it is the racks continuously fold down on the bottom rack so I always have to fix them as I am loading the dishwasher. Best buy also wouldn't do a price match on it when I found it cheaper.

My only really con i would say is it keeps going offline in the app which is a bummer but very user friendly.

You can still hear it, but the loudest part of the wash cycle is when the water drains. Holds a very respectable load size, with 3 total loading levels (the top level for small items like metal straws, measuring spoons, etc. Plenty of different wash cycle options, too, and water efficient. One of my best kitchen purchases.
