We were assured this was a fully functioning and new item. Once we got it home, I had my doubts. It doesn’t fully clean my dishes. I have to run it on a heavy cycle to assure the detergent door opens and fully cleans out. Honestly sometimes my dishes don’t even look clean. But the third row dish rack is a favorite and I also like how the dishwasher opens when the cycle is done.

There is no food grinder and it just splashes anything you didn't pre scrub off around. Glasses and silverware come out spotted unless you are there when the door opens to dry and put away the dishes. But it is amazingly quiet. I would say save your money and try a less expensive turbo wash.
