Very nice dishwasher. When it’s running you don’t even know it’s on. When it’s done it automatically opens up a little to release all the steam. The inside gives you option to make space for larger dishes, pot etc. Has WiFi, with the SmartThings app I get notification when my dishes are done.

The dishwasher is incredibly quiet. 39dB? Doesnt even make much of a sound and I wonder if its running. The delivery came from non-BBY service and they were late with no communication outside the window by more than 2 hours. The delivery person even solicited a tip from my wife. Wow.

Do not buy! This dishwasher started leaking in less than a year. Because it was still under warranty from Samsung, Samsung coordinated a repair and solicited Smart Care to repair the dishwasher. What a nightmare. Here I am almost 2 full months later still waiting for the repair. Smart Care is truly an unprofessional business entity in which the staff tells lies. Smart Care called me yesterday (9/3) to confirm an appointment to repair my Samsung dishwasher. The appointment was confirmed for today (9/4) between 11am and 5pm. At 4pm, I tried to call Smart Care to "reconfirm" the appointment. No one answered. So, I called Samsung's ticket management line. The person with whom I spoke at Samsung stated that Smart Care cancelled my ticket stating that they were unable to confirm my appointment. This is absolutely untrue. In fact, Smart Care has promised an appointment and cancelled or not shown up on each of the following dates: 9/4/25, 9/3/25, 8/29/25, 8/25/25, and 7/31/25. I have been waiting since 7/16/25 for them to repair the Samsung dishwasher that I had not even owned for a year when the door began to leak. Thankfully, Samsung asked me to give this company one more chance to fulfill their promise on 9/7/25. If they do not, I will request a new service provider and will NEVER purchase another Samsung product in my lifetime. (Note, we own several Samsung TVs and Samsung refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer appliances.) Smart Care is the absolute worst! I look forward to posting this review on the Better Business Bureau's site. Oh, wait. Smart Care has an F rating on the BBB and is not an accredited BBB vendor. No surprise there!

Great dishwasher, extremely quiet and cleans great.

by far best Samsung dishwasher on the market. its so quiet cant even hear it running. And the auto open steam dry feature is really cool! PLUS it can connect to my phone and I can turn it on and off wirelessly! and even tells me when it needs cleaned and has a self cleaning wash mode!. Happy I got this!

This Samsung is a great dishwasher. I love the features, it is extremely quiet and in the last few minutes of the drying system, the door pops open to let out the excessive steam. Wonderful! The two men that delivered the appliance were thorough, kind and efficient! I will always use Best Buy products!

The quietest dishwasher, cant even tell it is running. The only improvement would be stainless drawer parts-plastic wears in constant water-when will dishwasher makers change this?

The black stainless looks nice. It wanted to lowest dcbl. The only time we heard noise is draining. We didn't realize but when the dishes are done the door popes open.

GREAT DISHWASHER !!!! VERY QUIET !!! EASY TO LOAD .

This is THE WORST dishwasher I have ever owned in my entire life! It actually is the first dishwasher I have ever purchased and I have never been more disappointed. I chose this model solely for the fact it didn't have a handle - I wanted it to match my Samsung refrigerator which also has no handles. I didn't really want the most expensive model but was willing to pay extra so it would match and I THOUGHT it was going to be a great appliance. WRONG! The dishes do not clean well at all. You absolutely have to wash them all in the sink first. Then they don't rinse well and they definitely don't dry. I hate the fact they get air dried by the door popping open at the end of the cycle. I really miss my heated dry cycle that all my other dishwashers had. I have switched to the most expensive soap hoping that would clean the dishes better. It only had a marginal effect. I added the rinse agent - something I have never needed in the past - and still only a marginal improvement. The dishwasher also has an odor to it even after the dishes are all clean or the dishwasher is empty. I've never experienced that with any previous dishwasher and I don't know how to make it go away! How can it smell after a 2 1/2 hour wash cycle? I thought I would love how you can make adjustments to the racks but I still can't fit as many dishes as I could with my previous dishwashers. I don't like how the silverware baskets clip on - I like to be able to lift out the basket so I can move it to my counter above my silverware drawer. Unclipping this would be too much of a hassle so now it's more work putting away silverware. I think the only thing I like about the interior is the 3rd rack. It's very useful. So basically I spent all this money just for the exterior to match my kitchen (it does look great) and for that 3rd rack. Otherwise, this is a useless piece of garbage. To be fair I absolutely love my Samsung fridge, stove and microwave. They are all super amazing. I have no idea how Samsung failed so miserably on this dishwasher!
