They don't have any customer service and warranty policies. If anything breaks after 12 months, you have to pay hefty repairing feed out of pocket. This dishwasher gave me trouble starting around 1 year after using it. The top nozzle kept falling off and then the unit started leaking. Samsung refused to take responsibility. Now I am stuck with it. I already spent $100 fox fixing the top nozzle and the leak would cost me around $600 to fix. P.s. I bought a full set of appliances with this purchase and the microwave stopped working within 4 months. Thank god it was under warranty.

The sanitize feature is particularly great in my opinion. The only disappointing part of this dishwasher is the racks. Samsung always tries to be really clever with their racks and they always end up with bent pegs.

Box of garbage. Please don't waste your money

This dishwasher is complete garbage. Purchased in early 2020. It broke the first time under warranty, the feature that opens the dishwasher stopped working. Six months ago the water wall stopped working. It cost $800 out of pocket to fix. Samsung had no repairman in our area nor did Best Buy which is garbage because they both would have someone there to install it if we purchased from them. Obviously we have purchased through Best Buy and they are no help at all. I have total tech support and that is a whole pile of garbage on the side. Anyways, now it is leaking and Best Buy or Samsung could not get any technician in our area so we had to call someone local that was reputable. He came over and looked at it for about 45 minutes and said it was leaking from the water wall and from two other places... he did not charge us and said he would not work on it because he didn't want to put his name on it. Let's all keep in mind that if I have the extended warranty they would magically have someone that can work on it in the area. About to drop a thousand more dollars on a Bosch dishwasher.
