This is a great vacuum. Perfect for our carpeted tall staircase, and great suction for any carpet in the house. The AI is great, and I love the feature that empties the dust compartment into the separate bag. Also good battery life.

This new and improved Samsung vacuum is definitely a keeper! It comes with a very nice stand that is also a charger and an auto-emptying station, so any time you run this vacuum and place it on its stand, the vacuum automatically empties all the dust into specially made bag. I really like this feature as all the dust particles are kept securely and I don't have to deal with emptying it anywhere! Another amazing feature that was also added to the vacuum is SmartThings integration with Samsung's app. Now I can monitor my daily cleaning, see when the vacuum is fully charged, empty the vacuum's contents and more just with a glance at SmartThings app. It is very intuitive and easy. My phone (Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra) recognized the new vacuum and prompted to add to my SmartThings devices, the process went smoothly. You can also scan a QR code located on the bottom of the stand to start the process of adding your new vacuum to the SmartThings app. The vacuum's power has also been improved and now it has up to 280AW of suction with the HexaJet™ 2.0 Motor. This vacuum is also now powered with AI! With its new AI Cleaning Mode it can sense the type of the floor being cleaned and it adjusts the power automatically. Very convenient. You can also switch the suction power on its LCD screen conveniently located on its handle. I am very happy with this trendy looking vacuum, which is packed with the latest features any other vacuum can only envy.

With samsung, just about everything revolves around The SmartThings ecosystem, and the bespoke jet AI stick vac isn't any different. Out of the box you get the shaft, the base primary attachment, a battery, the main motor and handle, a pet attachment, a crevice attachment, two extra dust bags, and the recharge home hub. So, assembling the unit together takes less than 2 minutes if you're familiar with stick vacs at all. Otherwise you can follow the included user guide. After assembly is complete, you plug in the recharge home hub. At the base of the home hub there is a QR code. Scan the QR code with your smartphone, and it'll add itself to your pre-existing SmartThings app (If you already have it installed of course) You can do basic things like check the battery life, empty the dust bin, and see what setting it's currently set to. Personally, except for maybe the battery life status, the app itself is pretty useless in my opinion. After your vac is charge, it's time to turn it on. You're greeted by a language option prompt. And you have a plus and a minus pair of buttons. This merely let's you toggle between power settings. There's an AI option which I'm guessing is the main focus on the marketing here. The AI setting changes power setting according to the type of surface that you're on. Also, toggling between settings lets you see remaining battery life. That's pretty useful. The build quality is pretty nice. I like that when you hang the vac onto the hub, it empties itself into the hub. The big minus here is that you'll like be spending money on extra bags. I wish that the hub itself had a removable bin where you can just empty it into a trash bin. The whole buying extra bags is a misfire in my opinion. All in all, it's almost a very basic stick vac. It looks nice, the auto empty is cool, but it doesn't feel like a step in a modern direction. The whole need to buy extra bags is also a big miss.

I've only used this vacuum for a week but my limited time with it has been a great experience. It has the power needed to accomplish everything I personally need to clean in my home. If you have a large accumulation of pet hair you might find you need multiple attempts with the self cleaning base to empty the vacuum. I went without a vacuum far a week or so while waiting for this one to be delivered so that is why I had more pet hair than usual. Since the first use the self emptying feature has worked first time. The AI feature works fine in my opinion. If more power is needed it is easily obtained by manually adjusting the speed, otherwise AI does it for you and adjusts to match surface type and maximum battery time. Not a lot of assembly so I had it ready to go in just a few minutes. The battery does not come fully charged due to shipping regulations so you will have to charge it fully before first use. For the price I really think this should come with an extra battery but I knew in advance it didn't and will have to use it awhile before deciding if I need to purchase a backup. Also there is no provision like a caddy to store the brush, crevice tool and pet hair head. I cannot comment on the pet hair head as I have yet to use it. It looks well made as it should for a vacuum in this price range. The vacuum is attractive enough to leave out of the closet. I have this sitting next to my home espresso bar and is a conversation starter... I have a built in vacuum system in my home but this will be my primary vacuum from now on. Based on limited but good results so far I can recommend this vacuum.

I bought this vac for my daughter as her inexpensive model gave up. She is very happy with its performance and the self cleaning is a plus. I did extensive review before I bought it, not cheap, and it was highly rated. Disappointment was that it does not have an accessory carrier as prior models had and it only came with one battery. I went to Samsung to buy a spare battery with charger. The had the battery, which I bought, but didn't show a charger available. I got the battery in 2 days and in the mean time I went back on Samsung's sight and located a battery with charger. I went to buy that, thinking that I could return the battery I had already received. Seemed to be a good plan, but that's where the problem came. When I went to pay for it on line the site wouldn't complete the transaction stating, "product can not be sent to this zip code". Samsung was no help. Best Buy not a problem, but they didn't show they could order the item. After a week of talking with Samsung and not being able to solve the problem the last Customer Service Rep said that they were out of stock on the battery and charger. I bought a $1000 vacuum from Samsung via Best Buy and that was all they could tell be. It would have been nice if they had offered to contact me when they got the charger back in stock, They said it wasn't available to purchase independent of the battery. I wonder what would happen if I had been able to buy the battery with charger and the charger didn't function. Best Buy was great, but Samsung was disappointing. It is a great vac

This is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever used. The AI detects a change in the type of surface you are vacuuming and adjusts the suction. Very light weight and easy to maneuver. My favorite feature is the docking station. It not only charges the battery, it also empties the canister into a bag in the dock. I highly recommend this vacuum.

Love that it empties itself when placed on the stand. Plenty of suction and battery life. The AI switches from low to high effortlessly when going from carpet to hardwood.

This Samsung stick vacuum, though pricey is the first honest attempt at a stick vacuum that can replace conventional vacs. It is very powerful, easy to maneuver and even has a bag in the main housing that FULLY empties everything in the stick vacuum after each use. Great if you have pets since any other stick (or regular vacuum) begins to stink whenever the cartridge fills or the bag needs to be emptied. Only downside- the instruction manual is on-line. If you spend this much for any household appliance, it should come with a detailed user manual.

So far so good. Very quiet on hardwood floors. The light helps to see if you missed anything. The dust bin base works extremely well. Since I have only used it for a short period of time I cannot review regular maintenance since it doesn’t need any yet. The base actually has its own vacuum to clean the dust bin of the vacuum itself. This is probably why it’s as expensive as it is. Replacement batteries alone are $145. With a charger $199.

The vacuum itself is a good one. I'm glad that I purchased it. However, the instructions for assembly, use, and cleaning are extremely poor. Access to a manual is either through a QI code that links to a minimal video with no words, and no instruction about cleaning. When I got a diagnostic message to check the "microfilter or "dustbin" I had to try to go online to find a full manual with pictures only, available for download through a paid service that did not work, and felt like a scam. Please BETTER INSTRUCTIONS.

I've been wanting a vacuum for a while. But this bespoke vacuum is just more than that. It sucks up everything and the light feature let you don't miss a spot. AI feature is pretty smart and i'm able to hook it up on my smart things app. I vacuum for no reason now.

We love this vacuum. Works great on the carpets and the wood. Eats up the dog fur! The self cleaning feature works awesome, 1 month and we still haven't had to empty the bag.

Nice cordless but for the price it has three issues for me: - cannot empty itself with pet hair, which we have a lot of - head is pretty small so vacuuming takes longer - it is difficult to run on thick rugs like shag Again, for the high price I expected performance similar to a corded vacuum, but did not get that.

I have had this for almost a year now and its amazing. I am so happy i upgraded my vacuum.

This is my 2nd attempt with this same vacuum and it has been disappointing. It is unable to collect even minor sand/pebbles that get brought into the house and the micro dust bin clean out message appears after 2-3 uses. I've tried the bespoke vaccum for quite some time now, and I even exchanged my 1st purchase because I felt it wasn't performing properly. However, I've tried this new exchanged one for several months and I'm still disappointed with it's inability to collect even minor sand/pebbles that get brought into the house. Realizing I was outside of my 60 day return window, I contacted Best Buy Total Rewards program via chat and phone to inquire on my options. Hoping there was flexibility in honoring a return outside of 60 days. Even if just for in store credit... I contacted and spoke with the service line department and the gentleman that answered arrange an appointment for me to meet with geek squad at the local store. I asked what the likelihood was of the store honoring the return since it was an hour drive and the gentleman indicated that an exchange for in store credit was likely. Unfortunately, I made the trip and the employee that greeted me for my appointment instantly stated they could not honor a return even for in-store credit and that my only options were to ship of the machine to be worked on or else return home with it. He offered to have a manager come over and I said sure, but then when he attempted to radio someone over no one was willing to come speak to me and just relayed verbal comments to him in his earpiece telling him to repeat the same guidance because it wasn't going to change the outcome even if they did come over and speak to me. So I ended up walking out of Best Buy with a vaccum I no longer want and an extremely poor customer service experience. I intend on ending my total rewards membership prior to it's auto renewal date, and I'm unlikely to be shopping for products from this store for quite some time. The poor customer service was more discouraging than this disappointing vaccum. I would recommend buyers purchase a corded vaccum, at a fraction of this price, instead of spending this much money on a vaccum that will not perform as well.

This vacuum is great for me because I have asthma and emptying the vacuum can be a challenge. I wear a mask but dust is still as issue. It took a while to find a vacuum cleaner that emptied into a receptacle that would help me. The Samsung AI is that for me. It allows me to be safe and well.
