Once set up, this stick vac looks kinda like an art sculpture! So far the most attractive vacuum I've seen! I can definitely set this up in my living room and not have to hide it away in the closet. That makes it even easier for quick everyday cleanups. Setting it up was pretty easy. There's a bag pre installed in the base. It does come with extra bags but would have been nice for it to be bagless. I guess the bags do eliminate dusty mess when cleaning it out. Suction is great, on par with my corded vac. The 4 different levels of suction to choose from is nice for different surfaces. Most the time I do leave it on the AI setting and let it choose for itself. It's very quick at changing suction and brush speed when going from bare floors to carpet or rugs. (it did great on a super shaggy rug I have in my guest room!) love the headlight! Would like to see one on the vac itself or wand when using the accessory tools. The feature of being able to slide the wand out to make it longer is amazing! I'm 6'2 and I finally don't have to hunch over when I vacuum. A charge lasts about an hour depending on the mode. The screen on the handle tells you how much time you have left, excellent! It would have been nice to have a second battery, that charges in the base, when your doing deep cleaning. The ergonomics are well thought out. No accidentally pressing poorly placed buttons and it hasn't hurt my hand when using for extended periods. When you put the vac back on the base it emptys and recharges, so your always ready to clean!

Had the vacuum for 1 year and 3 months and the motor burned out on me. Don’t buy this vacuum!!!! I have a cleaning lady who uses her own vacuum so I didn’t even use this vacuum that much. So disappointing.

For the first time in my life, vacuuming doesn’t seem like such a chore. And it’s all thanks to the Bespoke Jet AI. It’s cordless, powerful, versatile, lightweight, has great battery life, and looks great! The obvious convenience about cordless vacuums is not having to worry about cords getting in the way of your path while cleaning. Best of all, I don’t have to worry about the shortage of length of the power cord. At least not for the stick vacuum itself. The cord length of the Clean Station, where you charge the stick vacuum, is roughly 68” (5’ 8”). Underneath the base of the Clean Station, there are 4 toothed rubber feet. The teeth help keep it from moving around on carpet. The rubber helps keep it from moving around on hard floors. And that’s just the thing: this is also the first vacuum cleaner I don’t have to worry about finding closet space for. Looks are always a subjective thing, but for me, I think the Bespoke Jet AI docked into its Clean Station looks great. The black color matches my black sofa set and my black surround sound speakers. It feels right at home out in the open in my living room. Which is perfect because whenever I need to use the vacuum it’s just out there ready for me to use. The height of the Clean Station with the vacuum docked is 47” (3’ 11”). The length and width of the Clean Station are both 12” (1’). On the top of front of the vacuum itself is an LCD display that displays the charge percentage while it’s charging. On the top of vacuum’s handle in the back is the battery with a bright horizontal LED battery level indicator. It’s red when it’s low on battery, orange when it isn’t low on battery but charging, and green when fully charged. Unfortunately, I haven’t found a way to turn this LED off, so if you plan on storing it in your bedroom be mindful of this. Otherwise, the light from the LED is actually kind of convenient in the dark because it makes it easy to find and use since it’s located on the handle. The included brush has an LED light so you can clean in spaces where it’s dark, or just clean in the dark with no lights on. It would just be difficult to place the vacuum back in its station in the dark since there are no lights on the outside of the Clean Station itself. The inside of the Clean Station is accessible from the front’s magnetic cover, which is easy to open and close. Inside it is a button to toggle the “Auto Empty” function of the vacuum’s dustbin. There are also 2 LED indicators that are labeled. One indicator shows whether “Auto Empty” is enabled or not. The other indicator shows whether it’s connected to WiFi or not. Let’s talk about the “Auto Empty” feature first because it’s really interesting. The Bespoke Jet AI is a bagless vacuum cleaner. But the Clean Station uses bags, making it a bagged system… right? Not quite. The Bespoke Jet AI is a bagged vacuum system BUT it does NOT have to be if you don’t want it to be and save yourself from spending money on new bags. To make the Bespoke Jet AI a bagless system, simply turn off the “Auto Empty” feature. You can still empty the vacuum’s dustbin manually just like other bagless stick vacuums. You simply press a button in the front of the vacuum to remove the dustbin from stick vacuum, then press the button on the back of the dustbin top release the dustbin’s bottom door to empty out the dust inside. It’s so simple. But I won’t sugar coat it either. By cleaning it out manually, you are paying for an expensive feature you’re not using. But at the same time, you’re saving money by not needing to continuously buy new bags. OR you can have the luxury of doing both and lessen the frequency of buying new bags. Or when you’re out of bags, you’re still able to use the vacuum. When the “Auto Empty” feature is disabled, you can manually start the process where the vacuum empties the dustbin into the Clean Station’s bag by pressing the Start/Stop button in the front of the Clean Station. If connected to Samsung SmartThings via WiFi, you can also empty the dustbin from the SmartThings app, even remotely when you’re not at home, to remove the unsightly dust from the dustbin if you don’t want it to be seen by people while you’re away, since the dustbin is clear. This is just one of the many ways the Bespoke Jet AI is versatile. The Bespoke Jet AI is powerful when set to its highest setting, “Jet”. It actually feels as powerful as my corded canister vacuum that I’m replacing. I can tell by how aggressive it is with my carpet on the Jet setting. The trade off is battery life. The vacuum has a countdown timer on its LED display while you are cleaning which displays in hours and minutes. Using the Bespoke Jet AI’s main brush, the Active Dual Brush, Jet mode lasted 12 minutes 50 seconds when I timed it with a stopwatch. When I started, the LED display said I had 13 minutes. So, it’s fairly accurate. But something I learned too late and what my mom tried to warn me was that vacuuming often can damage the carpet over time. All that aggressive vacuuming from my old heavy duty upright vacuum cleaner and canister vacuum that replaced my upright afterwards destroyed the plushness of my carpet. It's gone. My carpet is now flat and lifeless. Underneath my sofa, my carpet is as plush and soft as the day I first moved into my apartment. That’s where the Bespoke Jet AI comes in. I *WISH* I had this vacuum when I first moved here, but it didn’t exist. The Bespoke Jet AI has 5 modes: MIN, AI, MID, MAX, and JET. It has a 6th mode if you’re using the optional (must be purchased separately) Spray Spinning Sweeper tool: WET. MIN, MID, and MAX modes are self-explanatory. It’s low, medium, and high power, respectively. MAX is a misnomer because it’s not the vacuum’s maximum power. The JET setting is. It's the AI mode that’s the shining feature with the Bespoke Jet AI. It senses the type of surface its on and automatically adjusts the suction power and the brush rotation speed. This really would have helped preserve the life of my carpet while it was still new and while still cleaning my carpet. AI mode doesn’t necessarily sacrifice cleaning power. For the times when it is underpowered and not sucking up dirt you’re trying to clean up, you can manually increase the suction power on the fly with the + (plus) button located conveniently on top of the vacuum. You can also decrease the power with the – (minus) button. When you lift the vacuum head off the ground in AI mode, the brush will stop rotating. My only really gripes about AI mode is: 1) that sometimes it doesn’t detect the surface correctly or misinterprets it. So, the brush would stop rotating, thinking it’s on a hard surface when it’s still on carpet, albeit with very low pile. But it doesn’t happen often for me. Your mileage may vary. You still have the option of manually selecting the power yourself. Again, versatility. 2) it takes 1-2 seconds for the AI to process a surface change and change its mode accordingly. When it’s 1 second it’s not so bad, but when it takes 2 seconds, it’s noticeable to me. Operation is easy. Thankfully, there is no trigger. To start the vacuum, you simply press the On/Off button that is easily accessible on the top of the vacuum while you are gripping the handle. To stop the vacuum, simply press the On/Off button again. Above the On/Off button is a clear, easy-to-read informative LCD display. While the vacuum is turned on, there is a countdown timer that automatically adjusts depending on the mode you’re using. No more guessing how much time you have to clean with the vacuum before the battery dies. With the Bespoke Jet AI you have the peace of mind of knowing. With the included Active Dual Brush, MIN lasts about 58 minutes. MID, about 40 minutes. MAX, about 24 minutes. JET, about 14 minutes. In AI mode, the time will vary depending on surface and conditions. The display will also alert you with messages and troubleshooting tips when things go wrong. Like if hair gets tangled on the brush heads roller and stops the roller from moving. The LCD display will tell you. When docked in the Clean Station, it can tell you when to clean your filter or replace your dust bag. The Active Dual Brush head effortlessly twists 90° in both left and right directions and has a bright LED flashlight that automatically turns on while in use. The Bespoke Jet AI also includes an Extension Crevice Tool that can telescopically extend for those hard-to-reach places. It comes with the Pet Tool+ head that specializes in picking up pet hair. The last head that comes included is the Combination Tool for dusting and cleaning furniture/upholstery, even tables and window sills. When you don’t use the telescopic pipe, and attach the brush head directly to the main vacuum, you basically got yourself a superpowered dustbuster! Compact, lightweight- perfect for vacuuming your car, and powerful. With the SmartThings app, you can empty the dustbin, set the default suction power setting, view battery status, monitor electricity usage & cost, and information about your vacuum like dust bag status, how long ago the dustbin was last emptied, and how long you've used it for each day of the current week. The Bespoke Jet AI is lightweight because it is mostly made of plastic. But it’s high-quality plastic that feels durable and premium. The bulk of the weight is from the motor, making it top-heavy. But the top is where you hold your grip, so when you’re pushing around the vacuum it actually feels lightweight thanks to the weight distribution. The battery is replaceable, and you can buy a spare with its own external charger. It’s worth the money for all the power and convenience it gives you. You may not be buying a new vacuum for the next decade, if ever again. Easily the best vacuum I have ever used.

Had it for last tuan a year and the ai detector for the carpet has already stopped working twice

This review is for the Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum with All-in-One Clean Station. I am super happy with this cordless vacuum. Comes with several different attachments for different cleaning situation’s. In my house all my floors are hard wood or tile and a few area rugs. I’m happy to say this has replaced my need for a corded vacuum. When I first starting playing around with this cordless vacuum, putting it on the highest setting and seeing the battery would only last a few minutes (4 or 5) I was thinking no way this thing is going to be a keeper. But after playing around some more there is no need at all to keep it on the highest setting. Using the AI setting where it can sense, the floor type and the dirt amount and adjust the vacuum accordingly with around an hour time frame use of battery. I have never had to stop cleaning due to a dead battery. I have a 2,300 sqft home. And cleaned every room on a full charge. It’s great for hitting the baseboards. And fast and easy to use. And also very stylish. Ours sits in our main living room where it’s easy to grab and use at a moments notice. And with two toddlers in the house, it gets used a lot. It has very good suction. Picks up dirt, kitty litter and small toys with ease. And when you sit it back on the charging station it automatically empties into a dust bag. So that next time you grab it, it will be fully charged, empty and ready to go. I do wish the station could house all the attachments when not in use. Just to keep them together. But that’s the only downside so far.

Summary: The Samsung Bespoke Jet AI stick vacuum performs wonderfully at the main thing, but falls a little short in the process of emptying the collection cannister. However I would certainly recommend this vacuum. The vacuum came well packaged in a rather large box for the product. It comes with a removable (!) battery, which I appreciate. This means you can get a second spare battery if you need very long run times. Also, you don't have to buy a whole new vacuum when the battery loses its life. It comes with a multi-floor head, a pet rotating head, a small brush and crevice tool. Assembly was straight forward. However one thing missing from the instructions was how to access the "clean station" collection bag. It took me about 5 minutes to realize that one half of the round cover on the clean station just lifts off to access the bag, and is held on by magnets. I put the vacuum through a pretty vigorous test involving thick carpet, tile flooring, pet dander, cat litter, pet food and wood shavings from a chinchilla cage. I was very impressed with how well the vacuum picked up all these items without having to go over the same area very much. The "AI" quickly sensed the change in flooring and switched to the appropriate amount of suction for each floor time. There is a battery time display on the hand holder which is nice. I found it to be roughly accurate as far as the amount of time remaining. I started out with 30min run time and I swept a 1500 square foot, mostly carpeted area in about 20 minutes and there was about 12min left on the battery. Recharging the battery seems to take quite a long time, about 2hrs for 75% of battery life. The "clean station" is a nice idea that maybe needs some improvement. After sweeping you place the vacuum back on the clean station and the unit automatically tries to empty the vacuum collection bin using suction. I found that the collection bin would not completely empty, despite repeated attempts using the clean station. This is probably due to the amount of cat hair present, but I feel this is a drawback and defeats the purpose of the clean station if it doesn't work well.

I've had the Samsung about three weeks now and love everything about it. This is my second cordless stick vacuum..previously had the Dyson V8 animal. My 3000 sq ft house is 100% LVP flooring but I do have some nice Orientals that I got from my mom and the slightly better than all the rest Consumer's Report rating was important to me bc of that. The larger canister and self cleaning features were also attractive as I've had to reach up into the Dyson canister way too many times to unplug it on emptying some nasty stuff I'd vacuumed up or even just my dog's fur coat which is constantly producing dust puppies. Battery life is outstanding so I have been able to finish everything instead of having to wait for a recharge. And I LOVE that I don't have to hold my finger down to keep the vacuum running. Last, but not least, suction is strong and it performs beautifully on every floor surface I've tried it on. It's pricey and given that I've only had it three weeks, I can't honestly give it a 5. But if I only got 2 years out of it, I'd rate it at a 5 in a heartbeat. I'm also sure there are features and accessories I've yet to try, so for now I'm giving it a 4 although if I could, I'd give it a 4.6 even now without hesitation.

I have to say that I'm rather impressed with this vacuum. I have two other cordless stick type vacuums to compare to and this is hands down much better for several reasons. First, the suction and cleaning power are very good and there is enough brush action to work on both carpets and hardwood floors. Also, the led headlight on the vacuum amplifies dust and dirt on the hardwood floors that I couldn't see without the light, and therefore helps me get the floors cleaner. The AI sensor also works very well to determine which type of floor and the level of suction. I can go from hardwood to area rug to regular carpet in a few seconds and the vacuum adjusts very quickly. The only negative when comparing this to a full size carpet vacuum is that it is not as wide, so you need to take more swipes back and forth to cover the same area, but the tradeoff is that it also fits better under couches and chairs. Now that I've covered how well the actual vacuum works, here are a few other reasons why I really like this one. First, the storage is fantastic. My other stick vacuums sit in a closet or near a charger and are always falling over, in the way, and are an eye sore. This vacuum has its own stand that almost looks like a piece of modern furniture. I have mine setup in the dining room instead of a closet. The vacuum rests in the stand and when put in, automatically flushes out the debris into a bag inside the container. It also runs a diagnostic to make sure nothing is plugged and that the battery is in good shape. In addition, the small display on the vacuum handle shows the exact battery level so you know how much time you have left, or how much battery you used. With AI mode, it optimizes battery life against cleaning power but you could set it on jet mode and get higher suction if needed. You can also use this vacuum with an app. The SmartThings app can be used to add the vacuum to your devices. Once added, you can use the app to view the battery level, see when the bin was last emptied, and also to change the cleaning option from AI to min, mid, max or jet. I'm not sure how much I'll use the app but I think it will notify me when I need to change the debris bag. Overall, I'm very pleased at how versatile, effective and well designed this vacuum is and would highly recommend it.

The Nero nasal head also extends out, making it thinner for those Hart reach places one of the best attachment pieces I’ve ever had. Finally onto the base, which is also a vacuum. This powerful base will charge empty and do a diagnostic test on your vacuum every time you place it back onto the base. It's a simple, simple set and forget it. The tubular section of the base opens up, revealing a vacuum bag and a button to set the automatic, vacuum or manual, empty feature for your stick vacuum. Bags are specific from Samsung so you will have to replace that using Samsung bags unless the third-party creates new bags. Samsung has been doing this with their other products and I'm not sure why they don't make it a plastic container where you don't have to replace the bag just like your stick vacuum makes no sense. If you disengage the button and make it set for manual mode. Every time you place the stick vacuum into the base, you will have to click the single and only button on the outside of the base to make the vacuum be cleaned and emptied. The button to clean your vacuum is right on the rim and centered. If you have it set automatic mode, you won't have to push the button. However, you can't push the button. If you think you're vacuum, needs an extra cleaning and it will start at the cycle again however, I have not had this case it cleans the vacuum out really well.

Looked forward to getting this and the 2nd day the AI feature stopped working. Reset the Vacuum and it started working again. Battery does not last as long as I think it should. Wanted a 2nd fliter and you have to buy the whole dustbin or buy on amazon for a ridicuious price. Ask for a return slip from Samsung and have 8 days left to retun it.
