Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the strong suction and lightweight design of the Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum, making it easy to use and maneuver. Many appreciate the self-emptying feature and the included attachments, which enhance cleaning versatility. However, some users wish for a more powerful motor and a larger dustbin. The cordless convenience is a significant plus for many, though the battery life is a point of discussion.

Looks great in my living room! Finally a vacuum I don't have to hide. I use it sooooo much more often in the moment. I was thinking it would come with the mop attachment based solely on the video reviews I had been watching but sadly, it does not. I'm ordering the part directly from Samsung.

Highly disappointed at the multi surface brush head. Unlike the Shark Duo Clean brush heads the soft brush roll is not propelled by the motor which will not clean as well where the wall meets floor. Unless you plan to use a broom to get into hard reached areas anyway this is not worth the cost.

Samsung Vacuum review The Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum with All-in-One Clean Station is a more than capable cordless vacuum system, with a plugged-in level of suction power, along with a 5 stage HEPA filtration system. It comes with an array of attachments to make vacuuming around the house easy. With an extendable shaft, I could easily reach cobwebs along the ceiling, in addition to cleaning my ceiling fan with ease. The attachments stand is easy to store out of the way and acts as a charger for the second included battery. The vacuum seems to turn on in “mid” or medium speed setting. With the agitator brush attached, I seemed to get an estimate of about 24 minutes of runtime with default settings. Using different attachments and speed settings will vary your actual runtime. With the agitator off, it at once jumped to an ETA of about 34 minutes. It also comes with a stand that charges the vacuum when not in use and includes a “cleaning station” to help reduce the amount of dust in the air by pulling the contents of the vacuum into a disposable bag. While this feature works well, the bags are only meant to hold an accumulation of dirt and dust, not a bunch of cereal that got spilled on the floor. The bags are not re-usable or extremely large, though they use minimal materials to keep its environmental impact minimal. There is also an option to remove the collection canister and empty it directly into the trash. The stand also allows this vacuum to be left in plain sight and arms reach away for my vacuuming needs. The Bespoke is quiet for its vacuuming power and noticeably light weight for easy use. The materials have a premium feeling, while the entire product has a premium feel and function. When the corner of the room is a possibility over cramming it in the closet after each use, then this is the vacuum for you.

This is my review of the Samsung - Bespoke Jet Cordless stick vacuum with the self emptying canister. I received this product as part of the Best Buy tech insider network in exchange for my honest review. This Samsung vacuum isn't cheap, but in this case you get what you are paying for. The Samsung -Bespoke vacuum is an extremely powerful vacuum. My wife and I live in a house with three kids on a farm and we have plenty of dirt. Seems there is always dust on the hardwood flooring and in the carpet. We have been using the Samsung vacuum for a couple of weeks and have been very impressed with its ability to clean our floors and furniture, regardless of how dust things might have gotten. The unit comes with a huge assortment of attachments that give you options on what you can clean, covering almost any possibility. This unit also comes with two batteries and a stand for all of the attachments. One interesting point is that the stand also acts as a charger for the second battery. The Samsung is packaged with a stand up container to empty the vacuum. You simply set the vacuum on the container and press a button and the vacuum is emptied. There is a bag in the container that will need to be changed periodically as it is used. You can also empty the vacuum in any trash can by simply opening up the lid on the vacuum itself. This unit is powerful, attractive, comes with all imaginable attachments, two batteries that give you nearly an hour of vacuuming and an easy empty system all in one box. Really, I can't think of anything else someone would need other than the mopping attachment, which I do not have, but I understand is available for this unit. If you purchase this vacuum, I am sure you will be happy with how it performs.

More Like a Cool Tech Gadget (That Cleans)

This is a cool piece of equipment/appliance/whatever you want to call it. Physical It looks nice. You will have two stands -- the taller cleaning station, and the much shorter accessories station. The cleaning station (which is basically what you see in the picture) has an accessible bag inside; it has a start/stop button for you to suck the dirt out of the vacuum; and it holds the actual vacuum. One battery connects to the vacuum (behind the handle) and the battery charges while connected. The accessory station is exactly that. It holds all the accessories. The accessories I have are the pet hair roller piece, the furniture piece and extension wand piece (I did not get the floor mop piece). All of the accessory pieces actually have a place on the accessory station, where they fit in and click in. So you would unclick it out. Each piece has a button type thing for that, so the pieces will sit in and stay in. It locks in. That button type piece is also how it locks into the vacuum. The accessory station also holds the second battery and it also charges the battery. Both stations have to be plugged in. The cleaning station is a regular plug. The accessory station is a big long block... for some reason. Vacuum: It has an extension... you push the button and you can extend it. I didn't realize this at first, so I kept feeling like the vacuum was too short (I'm 5' 5.5"). The extension makes it right. The handle of the vacuum works for the hand -- there is a hole/space for your forefinger and the the bigger space for the rest of your fingers... and that is how you hold it. The battery will be behind your hand because it is behind the handle. In front of the handle is a digital LCD that tells you how much percentage of battery life is remaining, as well as how much time you have. Just above the LCD is an oval power button, which is perfectly situated, because you will just push it with your thumb. To the left and right of the power button is a "+" and a "-." This allows you to change the level of power the vacuum uses to suck stuff up. On a full battery charge (charged overnight), I got the following: -low power -- 42 minutes on the battery -medium power -- 24 minutes on the battery (this is where I use the vacuum regularly; also I think it always defaults to medium) -hi power -- 14 minutes on the battery -jet power -- 9 minutes on the battery So do what you need to do, and remember, you have a second battery. The vacuum's dirt canister is what sits in the cleaning station. Nothing else locks the vacuum into the cleaning station. Don't worry, it doesn't move or anything, but I will get back to why this is an issue. Each accessory locks into the canister. Using accessories is a totally easy process. The button unlocks the pieces and locks the pieces in. The button pushes easily, no real force is needed. Note that, you will release the rest of the vacuum (they same type of button) when using accessories. Herein lies the problem with having the canister as the only thing that allows the vacuum to sit in the cleaning station. Because only the canister sits in the cleaning station, and the accessories connect to the canister, then if you use accessories there is noting to hold the rest of the vacuum. You will either have to lay it down or lean it against something. Operation - Cleaning Station Put the vacuum on the cleaning station and hit that start/stop button. You will hear a click and a loud air noise. The click is the canister opening. The air noise is the dirt suction going into the bag inside the cleaning station. The air suction continues until you hit start/stop again. IMPORTANT: remember to close the canister!!! Either close it right away by lifting up the vacuum real quick. Or remember to close it on next use. I have forgotten to many times and then I start vacuuming and I get dust and dirt is just blowing out on my floor and on me. CLOSE IT HARD AND MAKE SURE IT CLICKS. The last time I vacuumed, I forgot; then realized and closed it. I continued vacuuming for like 10-15 min or so (I don't really know how long or short) and on my way back to the cleaning station apparently the lid was unhappy and had opened. I didn't even know until I saw dirt and dust on my black jeans. I walked back and saw the clump of dirt and dust that had fallen out. How gross and annoying. The whole lid issue is the #1 worst thing about this vacuum. I wish there was a way for something to close that lid after you hit stop on the air suction. Operation - Vacuum The vacuum roles well and seems to pick up well. What I love is that I have a powerful enough stick vacuum that I can use to vacuum my carpeted stairs. I also have an area rug that is practically no-pile, but you can feel the difference in the role/push power as you increase the power (from low to jet). The higher the power, the harder you have to push. The vacuum is very loud. It sounds like a jet engine. The vacuum is heavy. The extension want accessory does what it is supposed to although on a regular chair (not a couch), I had to use high or jet power for it to pick up. The furniture accessory piece does not pick things up easily from couches. In fact it refused to pick up something that it should have. I found that odd. PROS: -everything I didn't complain about and anything not on my cons list. Literally, everything/anything else. CONS: -have to plug in both stations -accessory station is a big block power plug -two stations take up more physical space -if you use accessories there is noting to hold the rest of the vacuum. You will either have to lay it down or lean it against something. -The vacuum itself has no way of staying upright on its own. This is actually the 2nd worst thing about the vacuum. When you vacuum, you stop sometimes to move something or to do something else real quick or whatever. You will have to lean the vacuum against something or lay it down. -The 1st worst thing about the vacuum -- you have to remember to close the lid after air suctioning out the dirt. And MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE THAT LID HARD AND WELL... or you will be sorry. -heavy vacuum -loud vacuum Overall, all of my cons make up only the loss of 1 star. It's a good vacuum. It's a cool vacuum. It's a nice looking vacuum. I like it. I also appreciate it. I don't know whether it is worth the high price tag, so other than that, I would recommend it. Don't read my cons as if, I can't stand this thing. I just wanted to mention everything that was not so good. Or not good at all. I DO like the vacuum and I'm glad I have it. Peace.

The be-all end all in home maintenance

The title of this review is not just an attention grabber, but an honest opinion. I have, for years, had the famous "vacuum closet". The closet where once well-meaning home cleaning devices live because they are too expensive to throw out and hey - I might need them again one day. The closet also holds currently used devices because - who wants to look at a vacuum? They are ugly, they take up space, and it just feels *wrong* to have them out on display for the world to see. And then Samsung changes things up. Shakes things up, rather, with the Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum with All In One Clean Station®. That's quite the mouthful. But any other name for this product would do it a great disservice. Unboxing the Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum with All In One Clean Station®, one notices the great care that Samsung took to make sure that everything comes to your home in working order. I am not one usually to whip out the instruction manual during installation, my wife says I'm very "mechanical minded". The Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum with All In One Clean Station® is in-fact amazingly easy for anyone to eyeball and have it put together in truly short order. When in doubt, though, read the manual! The Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum itself, I must say, has excellent suction and cleaning power. So much so, that it picked up lots of nasties from a just vacuumed carpet. Having a Cocker-Spaniel shedding didn't help things I suppose. But I know - I KNOW now that it is clean all the way to the bottom pad. What I hated about cordless stick vacuums before was the short battery life. I could do one section of my house and have to recharge. The Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum with All In One Clean Station® has you covered there as well. It has TWO batteries. Not just that, the display on the handle gives you a (perfectly accurate) estimate on how much time is left before it's time to throw it on the charger and swap it out for the fully charged battery. The included accessories/attachments are very handy. I used the pet attachment on my stairs, and it performed just as well at getting up a bunch of seriously dusty stuff as the main vac did. Now the game changer. The thing that everyone hates to do. The thing that gives me nightmares. Emptying the dustbin. You see, Samsung thought of that with the Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum with All In One Clean Station®. You mount the stick vac on a stand that looks like a piece of abstract art. What next? You press a button, and WHOOSH! All the nasty stuff gets whisked away never to be seen again. No more emptying dustbins only for them to create a cloud of dust which then gets re-introduced into your household. I know other reviewers have gone into the technical side of things - but the above is a user's view of an absolutely wonderful product that I know I will be using in my household for years to come! I almost forgot to mention! Once you have placed the stick vacuum on the base, the battery on the vacuum charges there as well! So, you have TWO chargers. One on the base itself, and one on the accessory cradle. Which, I personally think looks cool as well. In fact, I predict that the Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum with All In One Clean Station® will never go in my vacuum closet. And I can safely say it will never go in yours either!

Don't have to jam this in the closet

Vacuum cleaners are a necessary part of having something resembling a clean home. Our older uprights were needed yet we never wanted to see them. Over the last 15yrs or so vacuums have begun to get more attractive, but an item which is associated with picking up mess isn’t something anyone wants out in the open. Nor is it pleasant digging out a large upright from the back of the closet. I have been placing unobtrusive stick vacs on different floors through the house so that getting the lightweight unit to clean a mess wasn’t a chore. But my better half still did not really like seeing them. This is the first time she saw a vacuum and didn't immediately say put it where she can’t see it. Unlike some of my other smaller vacs the Samsung does not have an ear piercing high pitched whine. The base station is also a huge benefit to this vacuum, however because of the base station AND the accessory cradle this takes the stick vac and essentially gives it the stationary footprint of a full size upright (larger with the accessory station) when it is not in use. The second battery which is charged and at the ready on the accessory station will always be a thoughtful inclusion to keep cleaning longer and an overall added value to the system. And on the note of cleaning longer, the self emptying base station makes emptying the vacuum quick and clean. Emptying these hand held's is always a messy, dusty ordeal with dust flying out clumps of hair and other muck all tangled up and clinging on to the center cylinder so you would have to reach in to pull it all out. But this base station literally sucks the debris out of the bin in an instant (base station is basically a vacuum for the vacuum... vacuum inception). The only downside to this method is that the bags are not renewable and will add to the long term cost of owning this vacuum. Hopefully the bag capacity is on the larger side and it doesn't have to be replaced very frequently(dependent on how often your house gets filthy). There is always the messy way to empty the bin. The usual suspects of attachments are included and have their respective uses. I do not have pets but the motorized pet hair tool is great for cleaning the couch and interior of my cars. The only slightly annoying things I found with the Jet is how the vacuum is placed into the charging station from the rear, so I can not get it tight into the corner. The separate accessory caddy also had to be placed somewhere out of sight because the boss was not too keen on seeing that in the corner in plain view. From what I can tell the replacement bags are not readily available and there is no place on the base to store a spare. Hopefully they last between changes. Cleaning wise the vacuum works on all our area rug and hard floors without issue. Battery life is adequate on the medium setting and can take care of our main floor on a single charge on the high setting with juice to spare. Having the spare battery eliminates that anxiety. The Jet stick vac has quickly become our preferred vac and has stopped my wife from trying to vacuum the entire house with her favorite dust buster.

Summary: This vacuum is great! It is a fashionable appliance that works well for multiple situations. It is full of convenience features and probably the coolest vacuum I have ever owned. Pros: Looks amazing High suction Easy maintenance Lots of included accessories Self cleaning Decent battery life Cons: Dust storage bags not widely stocked Vacuum head is not very wide so takes a little longer to clean a space Unboxing / Setup: Initial unboxing and assembly is a load of parts and accessories. The main unit requires minor assembly with the vacuum motor, storage stand, and whichever accessory you want it to be equipped with. There is also an accessory stand with secure attachment points for all included accessories (pet brush, narrow nozzle, fabric nozzle, extra battery + charger). Last, you will find basic documentation. Setup is easy as there is no wifi or any connectivity. Simply plug all the pieces into the right spot, ensure the battery(s) are charged and you are good to go. Build quality & use: In short, impressive. It is mostly high quality plastic but that blue color is lovely. It hangs from the charging / cleaning stand and is a conversation starter as it has an aesthetic that is meant to be displayed in the home, not tucked away in the closet. All parts snap into their storage or in the unit with a secure fit. The display is low res but practical with a simple black and white LCD that tells you the basic information for suction mode and remaining battery. Most cleaning can be done with the medium setting but HI and JET are available for hard-to -clean jobs. I like to use JET for cleaning the car as some items can get stuck in the fabric and it does a great job getting those. Battery life is good, a single charge will last any cleaning job but you will definitely need to charge at the end, especially if you are using higher suction levels. In the event you happen to run out of battery, there is an included second battery for you to swap out that charges on the accessory stand. Cleaning: Cleaning is cool. The brush in the vacuum head is easy to clean with more of a rubber design so it does not get much hair tangled in it like a brush head would do. When you connect the vacuum to the base station, you press a button and it empties the reservoir into a storage bag inside the base station in a very satisfying manner. The only downside to this is the bag has to be changed out every so often (have not had to in my few weeks of use so far) and the bags can only be purchased from Samsung for about $39.

I love this vacuum! It was super easy to assemble; I didn't even need to look at the instructions to get it all put together. The vacuum itself stores on a very compact charging stand which fits easily into a corner or tight space. It also comes with a small charging station that holds all the attachments and charges the second battery. Everything about this vacuum is easy. The battery is changed by pushing a button. The attachments are easily connected the same way--just push a button and quickly switch from one to another. There is also the option of extending the body of the vacuum to make vacuuming easier for taller folks. The vacuum does a great job. The suction is great and picks up all the dirt and dog hair from my area rugs. There are multiple power settings to choose from depending on the surface you are cleaning; each increase in suction level drops the battery life by about 10 minutes. However, I am still able to vacuum an entire floor of my house (I have carpet, hardwood, and area rugs.) on one battery with a few minutes of life to spare. The second battery which is always charged on the second stand ensures that I can clean my entire house with no waiting for a recharge. The coolest feature of this vacuum is in the charging stand. When you hang the vacuum on the charger, you push a button on the stand which cleans the vacuum and filter! The canister dumps into a receptacle inside the stand and the canister and filter in the upright unit are left clean and dust-free without releasing anything into the air.

I got this product in exchange for an honest opinion and review. Before I got a Dyson vacuum it was the only premium vacuum I've heard of to be honest. Before I used those basic ones you can buy for like ,$50-100 bucks. After getting this and just searching through vacuums on best buy there is other brands like LG that make premium vacuums. Inside the box you get: The stick vacuum that has the motor and etc 2 rechargeable batteries A stand that you can hold the device along with charging it and had a space to deposit the dirt in a bag 3 bags in total one inside the stand Various attachments. You have a crevice tool, one for pets, one that is flexible, a normal one ? Idk what's it's called and one that you usually see on vacuums that pick up alot of stuff and rolls on the ground. Once I unboxed this vacuum I knew it would be great and simple to use. I have a carpet floor in my room and two cats and it picks up dirt and cat hair with ease. Also having a stand which charges the vacuum and also where I can deposit the dirt in makes it easy but I would guess the replacement bags will be quite expensive.
