Customers are saying
Customers appreciate the BESPOKE Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum's powerful suction, long battery life, and lightweight design, making it easy to use and maneuver. Many also praise its ease of use and attractive aesthetics. However, some users find the cleaning performance on carpets to be subpar and the dust bin could be improved. The self-emptying feature is a highlight for many, offsetting some minor drawbacks.

Hands Down Best Cordless Vacuum
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had three previous cordless vacuums, which had various serious negatives among them—too bulky, too heavy, too hard to push or maneuver, short battery life, bad suction, and/or messy cleanup of dust bags/canisters. This Samsung Bespoke Jet cordless vacuum solves all those problems; it is hands down the best cordless vacuum I have ever had or used. To start with, the vacuum itself is very light, with a nice grippy ergonomic handle which makes it easy to push and pull while vacuuming. This, along with the swivel brush head, makes it very maneuverable into tight corners, under tables and chairs, and other hard to reach places. Yet it also has great suction power. There are four speeds to choose from (conveniently chosen with a quick touch of a button on the handle)—Min, Mid, Max, or Jet; you can choose the power of suction based on need. I particularly like the display showing the time left/level of battery. But not to worry—the battery charges up pretty fast, and it also drains slowly (it lasts a long time on a full charge, and even on a partial charge). The handle is designed so that a hand can get a good strong grip on it—not like other vacuums where it’s just a plain stump which easily slips out of your hand while vacuuming. There is even a telescopic neck so that you can make the total length of the vacuum longer or shorter, depending on your preference. But what I really, really like about this cordless vacuum is the clean station—the quick and painless way to empty the dust bin. No more dust exploding and puffing out everywhere like on other typical vacuums when dumping the canister. You just place the vacuum on the clean station (where it automatically starts charging the battery), simply press a button, and Voila! The dust bin canister’s contents are sucked away into the dust bag located in the clean station. And set up is a breeze. I assembled the entire system in minutes—just clicking the pieces into place. (Note: you have to download the manual from the Samsung website.) When completed, you will see that the looks of this Samsung cordless vacuum is the epitome of their Bespoke line—very classy, understated, unassuming, with clean lines and an unobtrusive appearance.

Pretty vacuum but underwhelmed
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had experience with on other "stick" vacuum brand before this one. With that in mind, I was interested to see how the suction power, the battery life, and the novelty of the stand with dirt storage function would be. Overall I have had an alright experience. For suction power I have noticed that with attachments that make this a hand vac, like the brush tool and the wand tool, the suction is pretty good. The motor is also quiet, it holds a pretty decent amount, and it's lightweight. For the carpet/floor attachment, I was sort of underwhelmed. The attachment is not self propelled so it is hard to push on a deeper pile. The suction is ok, but it's a noticeable drop in performance. For performance I would probably keep this as a hand vac. I also have noticed us decent, but on medium power it gets no where near an hour. That's not the end of the world, but not impressive. I will say the stand with the collection feature is pretty cool. It has bags installed that suction the vacuum empty, and I like the fact it's a clean transfer. Overall it looks nice. For a vacuum whose box says "meant to be seen" I think it sort of misses the mark for function in favor of form.

WOW! Finally, a well-designed, cordless stick vac
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve owned three other self-cleaning cordless stick vacuums and still own one. Those three can’t hold a candle to this Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum. It wins on every level of comparison. Having a disability with my hands I’d like to say that the single most important feature of a stick vacuum is whether I can grip and hold the handle securely while using it. This Samsung has a pistol grip-style handle that I can hold onto comfortably and securely. In all the times that I and other family members have used it, it’s never been dropped once. The suction of this vacuum is more powerful than any of the other cordless stick vacuums that we’ve previously owned. It efficiently sucked up all debris from our hardwood floors without issues. Nor did the suction miss debris when the roller kicked debris backwards. That’s always a good indication of a powerful vacuum. We no longer have carpet so we couldn’t evaluate this vacuum’s performance on carpet, but we do have several large area rugs where this vacuum did a great job. I’m not sure that a cordless stick vacuum would be the appropriate tool to use on a houseful of carpet anyway. A very nice feature is the visual display on the handle that gives you an indication of how many minutes of battery charge you have left based at the suction level you have chosen. Meaning you would have less minutes available on high than you would on low. Gives you an idea of how long you can use it. If you change the setting, the minutes remaining displayed change also. My family also likes the adjustable length of the stick vacuum’s shaft. Someone who’s taller can easily lengthen the shaft and when someone like my wife who is in a wheelchair, wants to use the vacuum, she can shorten the shaft to a length where it will be more comfortable for her to use. I’ve never seen that on any other stick vacuum. The self-emptying feature really does work, and it works very well. I was impressed. All you do is shorten the shaft, if it was extended, and then hang the whole stick vacuum onto its base station and press a button as you walk away. The self-emptying base station automatically opens the door at the bottom of the stick vacuum’s debris chamber and sucks out all the debris. After that, the base station recharges the stick vacuum. The next time you lift the stick vacuum off the base station it is clean, fully charged, and ready to use. Rarely do you see this kind of generosity from manufacturer: the Samsung Bespoke comes with three extra debris bags in addition to the one already installed. That’s four bags altogether. I was very surprised to see that. Thank you, Samsung, for the lagniappe. You don’t see that much anymore. I only have one thing that I wished was different and that is my wish that the engineers would design stick vacuums with a place to store the attachments on the device itself. But maybe that’s not feasible on stick vacuums. Overall, my family and I are absolutely impressed with the Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum w/AIO Clean Station. It is a little pricey for a cordless stick vacuum, but in this case, you are getting what you pay for. Even at the higher price, I can recommend this cordless stick vacuum without any reservations.

excellent hardwood to carpet transition
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For those of you that do not have a great space to mount a vacuum, this is a great way to hide one in plane sight.....while having it auto empty at the same time! What's in the box: The all in one stand with extra bags, vacuum body, floor brush, and two attachments. Setup: Very easy. Taking everything out of the box only took a few minutes. There is a LOT in the box. Plug in the base, snap in the extension wand and you're good to go! Use and features: Besides the auto emptying (which I'll get to), I really like the brush roll on this vacuum. There is a small duster type roller on the front of it that VASTLY improves hard floor vacuuming while leaving the brush roll on. You are unable to turn off the brush roll; however, you don't really need to anymore. The addition of this small roller makes vacuuming hard floors so much better. No longer is the brush roll slinging small pieces of cat litter or dirt around. Also, there is a small screen that indicates battery run time remaining. No longer will you be wondering how much longer you can vacuum for. You now have a (albeit estimated) countdown timer that indicates what time you have left. The other buttons you have are the power (on/off), and suction power adjustments (up/down). Cleaning performance from this vacuum is great. I have no issues vacuuming up cat hair and other normal dirt that comes into the house. And transitioning between carpet and hardwood works well. Ok, so you have a bin full of dust, hair, dirt and who knows what else.....time to empty it. In every other stick vacuum I've had this becomes dirty and gross pretty quickly. You have to dig into the container and pull stuff out (re: cat hair). This is where the auto emptying stand comes in handy. you simply place the vacuum on the stand (oh...and this also charges it!), and press the empty button. The stand then uses its own suction power to empty the vacuum. Quick and easy and not dirty at all! Overall: I really like this vacuum. The hardwood to carpet transition and the auto emptying are my favorite features. I just wish the stand had somewhere to hold the wand attachments, I had to put them in a closet drawer.

Super Vacuum!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'll be the first to admit, my initial impressions about this super vacuum were wrong. Those impressions were based on two things. First, I've not associated Samsung with good, quality vacuum cleaners that were based on a robotic vacuum from them I purchased almost ten years ago that left me more than a little disappointed. Second, a cordless stick vacuum for almost $800, seriously. My previous experience were with much lower priced vacuum cleaners so I figured could one really be worth this kind of price. Spoiler alert! Yes!!! First off the build quality of this unit is what I describe as premium luxury. It feels nothing like the cheaper cleaners I've owned before. I particularly like the charging/emptying base. It makes charging and emptying the cleaner a no brainer. It's very stable and the no fuss no muss design I like in any piece of equipment I buy. Be aware going in that you do need to use disposable bags that you will need to replace from time to time. For my rather cheap self this is a small price to pay for efficient vacuum emptying. This vacuum can do some serious cleaning! It's hard for me to believe a unit this light and rather quiet can so effectively pull dirt and debris so efficiently. This thing handled everything I threw at it with not even coming close to breaking a sweat. Whether hardwood flooring are semi-deep carpet this thing just went to town taking care of business. No complaints there. In hand held mode this vacuum really came in handy with cleaning the flooring in my SUV. Samsung includes several accessories to help you in your cleaning duties. Of course, at this price point that should be expected. Battery life is on par with what Samsung promises. If you leave in "jet mode" you'll barely get on room clean. I found "medium" to be the sweet spot for good cleaning and battery life. I used to be loyal to another brand. But it seems in the last decade Samsung got their vacuum game on point. If it's in your price range but this vacuum. You'll thank me later.

Poor carpet cleaning, clean station a bust
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.[ SUMMARY ] Poor cleaning performance on carpet. Clean Station dumping is not great. I would not recommend this vac, especially in households with furry pets. [ CLEANING POWER ] While the Bespoke Jet does OK with bare floors and low/no-pile rugs, when it comes to pulling up hair, fur, and dust from medium-pile carpet, it performs poorly. I’ve used many cordless stick vacs, and the performance of this vac for me is easily among the worst. On a carpet run with this vac on ‘MAX’ setting, it picked up less dust, hair, and fur than another stick vac that I immediately followed up with afterward, vacuuming the same carpeted area. Reiterating just to be clear, the Bespoke Jet vac failed to pick up *most* of the detritus in my carpet. With other vacs, the power of the roller tends to result in easier pushing, in some cases even being slightly self-propelled, but this vac’s roller doesn’t seem to offer the same advantage. It requires a good amount of manual force to maneuver the vacuum. [ CLEAN STATION ] The big gimmick here is the vacuum-powered dump built into the station. The idea sounds great, but this just didn’t work well for me. The problem is that dust, hair, and fur tend to collect around the metal mesh grille filter inside the dust bin of the vacuum cleaner, and the dumping mode of the Clean Station is insufficient to pull this mess out, thus requiring manual intervention to fully clean out the dust bin. This was not an issue with overfilling the dust bin (which has a pretty low capacity, by the way), and I didn’t vacuum up anything wet, damp, or sticky. Neither the vacuum itself nor the Clean Station offer a place to store the included combination brush and crevice accessories; it seems users are expected to waste more money and space on their separately purchasable accessory cradle for that convenience. Probably a unit fluke suggestive of poor quality control, my Clean Station tilts very visibly to the left. Using a level tool, I verified the base of the station to be level, then confirmed the top of the station to be quite un-level. [ BATTERY ] The battery runtime seems mediocre. It seems to get about 15 minutes of runtime at ‘MAX’ setting. The ‘JET’ setting really chews through battery charge and is thus only useful for spot cleaning. Fortunately, the battery is hot-swappable allowing for extended cleaning if you have multiple batteries, and theoretically allows for extended product lifetime compared to vacs with non-replaceable batteries. The run-time available from the battery is visible on the built-in LCD screen while using the vacuum, and the current charge level is visible when the vacuum is docked and charging. The battery seemed to charge reasonably fast, about an hour for the last 40%, for example. [ OTHER ] The adjustable length of the main pipe is an unusual but nice feature. It gave me a reasonably comfortable length when extended for main use, and the shortened length was helpful when cleaning stairs. The quick and easy thumb access to power and suction controls on the handle are very nice. Many vacs place these control in much less convenient locations. Unlike many stick vacs, the roller continues to operate while in a fully upright position. This helps when vacuuming carpeted stairs. While it’s possible to empty the dust bin without the use of the Clean Station, this doesn’t seem designed with that option in mind. The bottom hatch release button is situated on the rear of the dust bin, obscured by the main pipe when the dust bin is secured in place. It’s possible to access the button without removing the dust bin, but it’s probably better to do so first. Even then, the hatch release button was awkward to press and didn’t reliably release the hatch for me. The dust bin release button was even more awkward to use.

Awesome Vacuum!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used this vacuum now for just over a week, daily in my 4 bedroom home with various floor surfaces - carpet, tile, hardwood, porcelain and stone. This machine is extremely powerful and I very rarely had to pass twice on the same area of cleaning. The head swivels nicely and easily on all the surfaces and of course on carpet, it needed a lot more arm power to maneuver the vacuum - nothing taxing by any means as the vacuum is quite light. I have no pets so I cannot speak to the power of the pet hair removal task - but I do have 3 teenagers that can make quite a mess - and the vacuum performed perfectly in their carpeted rooms. The tested machine came with 2 attachments - a crevice tool and a combination tool - both of which I found very useful and easy to swap out. It was nice to be able to use them to clean my cars carpets and tight to reach spots. The only negative to these tools is that there is nowhere to store them on the charging base. There is certainly room on the base to have had a place to put them. The fit and finish of this is quite pleasing and looks great out in the open. Using the one button cleaning of the unit worked flawlessly. I highly recommend this vacuum!

Compact design that looks good
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is not your ordinary looking vacuum. The design is elegant and fits well into any space. You no longer need to hide it in the closet due to the typical vacuums look. The design is very nice as well. It’s slender and fits is a smaller footprint. As far as functionality, this vacuum has a nice design where the unit easily plugs in with the base. The fit is solid and charging is relatively quick when going from almost empty to full. This does have a nice filtration system the picks up dust and allergens very well. As far as cleaning power this unit does a good job of cleaning. This is not designed to clean larger areas or bigger size waste. You can use it in larger rooms but expect to empty it more often. It’s has good suction to clean but larger items may have an issue. With its size and attachments it’s also easy to clean items such as curtains and drapes. One minor item that I wasn’t a fan of is the bags. This unit does empty the waste into a bag in the unit and the bag needs to be changed. It does come with several bags but this will be an ongoing cost. Overall I am impressed and would recommend this.

Holy Cow! This things is light AND powerful
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While I wish Samsung could have come up with a better name for this than the "Bespoke", I won't let that detract from my appreciation of this vacuum. Over the years I've ended up with more vacuums than one person should probably own. I'm not sure why, I just have. The box is shockingly large, and a bit concerning. There isn't much to assemble however, as the stand/charger/holder/emptying device is packaged separately inside the box, and there's no need to worry. The stand, while at first seeming a little large for just a charging dock, starts to make sense when you understand that it also automatically empties the vacuum's dust chamber so that you get more runs between times that it has to be emptied. I'll be honest, I'm SO glad there is no app involved here. It really doesn't need one. The while color is a bit on the bright side for my decor, but we'll make due. The use of a proprietary cordless battery is both genius and annoying. After-all, why make something that has an on-board battery, if it can't be replaced? After a quick slap together of the wand and motor, and leaving it in the charging dock for a while, I was ready to test it out. Or so I thought. It turned out I hadn't fully seated the battery, so we went back for another few hours, to make sure it had a decent charge. The controls automatically power on to Medium, and then the plus and minus buttons on either side add or remove suction. This is probably the most well thought out vacuum control system I've ever used, and I'm impressed. I like the setup with the charging dock, this solves most of the complaints I have about the way that other vacuums are usually stored. It perhaps creates a new one, in that the stand does take up some space, and I didn't yet find a place to store the accessories, which is extremely annoying. Overall this thing has MASSIVE suction. On JET mode you can kill the battery VERY quickly, but also it has the ability to almost pull things across the floor to it in that mode.I am going to go ahead and call this vacuum a dyson killer.

Sweet Heavens This Thing Is Powerful
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Samsung markets these vacuums as devices to keep visible and not hide in a closet somewhere. I'm not sure that fits with my design sense, but I can say that it looks nice enough that, should it stay out, it's definitely not an eyesore; and at this price point, that's a good thing. But aesthetics aside, this vacuum PERFORMS. It operates on a swappable battery and there's a display that shows you how much vacuum time is left, depending on the suction power you select. This is a fantastic bit of informational feedback. What's more, the normal, "Mid" level power setting is pretty strong, but the suction level above one that is super powerful - and then it goes to 11 with a strength I have never seen in a handheld vacuum before. The grip is pretty good as well and the handling balance is fine. When you're doing vacuuming, you can put the stick back in the base and have it suck your handy work into a bag stored internally. This means you don't have to worry about dealing that nastiness directly. It's in this area, though, that I give the vacuum a few dings. First, I will the collection into the bag had some automatic settings that you could configure - for instance, empty out the vacuum when you dock it and automatically stop after a short time. As it stands, you have to start/stop that operation manually. Another issue is that when you DO use the emptying function, the base opens the vacuum canister, but it's not re-closed automatically when you take the vacuum from the base. There were a few times that the vacuum didn't appear to work, only for me to realize that I the cover was still open. Another slight annoyance is that the "extra" accessories are available on the model that costs a couple hundred dollars more. This thing is at an already high price point! I would have loved for there to have been some place within the base to store the accessories that DO come with this vacuum. Otherwise, this vacuum is impressive, convenient and just downright powerful.

Better than dyson
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As far as cordless vacuums go, I feel like most of them are pretty much the same when you stay within the price range. This one is significantly lighter than the dyson, and the cleaning hub is really cool. It’s not a necessary feature, but it’s a feature nonetheless that the dyson doesn’t have.
