absolutely love this vacuum. It works better on my tile than even my Rainbow vacuum. It removes the dog hair from my carpets very well. The best feature is that I don’t have to reach in and empty it with my hands. Even though it is somewhat pricey, it was well worth the money

I’ve owned cheaper cordless vacuums and I regret not buying this before those. This thing is super convenient and honestly my only downside is short battery life of 25 mins on medium setting, but it’s perfect for frequent cleaners and small spaces. Super worth the money.

I had a 2 different Dyson vacuums for years and after using this one for the last few months, I like it better. I hope it lasts but to be honest with you my Dyson’s lasted the same as every other vacuum for twice the cost not only is it fabulous at cleaning but the stand that it comes in has bags inside of it so it empties and it’s so easy to take apart to clean as well, very happy with this product and would recommend it

Honestly we purchased a Dyson v15 and it’s suction was subpar. Especially, spending several hundred dollars we were not impressed with the Dyson. However, once we received the bespoke we have not only enjoyed the suction but the charging station. Lastly, while you have to empty out the Dyson manually. With the bespoke you simply reattach the vacuum the to station press a button and it automatically empty’s itself. LOVE THE ENGINEERING on this thing!!!! We would give it a 5 star but something’s you have to go over twice. Overall, great price!

I received it yesterday and I’m very pleased. It is so convenient to do a quick run through, put it back on the clean station, empty and charge. It is light, plenty of power for my hard floors. No heavy vacuum to plug in and move the cord to reach the whole floor. I went with the blue one and like the color. I’m glad I purchased.

This is a great product!! We use it several times throughout the day EVERY day to keep our floors clear from dog hair, being that we have two indoor dogs. It’s been a year & still functions as new! No cord, easy charging & self-dispensing makes this vacuum a must have! A true game changer in our home!

Has great vacuum power on jet mode. Perfect for quick cleaning. Battery only lasts about 10 minutes but its not for the entire house.

I got this Samsung vacuum, and it's way more powerful than our old Dyson. The first time we used it, it sucked up so much dust from the carpet that the Dyson couldn't handle it. Plus, the clean white station looks nice and is super convenient. Doesn't feel like cheap plastic.

Great tool for cleaning. Head is a little smaller than most which makes getting around objects easy. Don’t think we will ever go back to a vacuum that doesn’t self empty.

This vacuum cleans well with powerful suction. Replaced our broken Jet 75 and this does a better job. The auto empty base is nice and the bags last us about a month.

I over love this stick . It’s lightweight and clean up wit no problems. I’m considering purchasing another one soon.

I have gone through 2 Dyson vacuum in the past 4 years and was ready to try something new. The Samsung handheld vacuum works better than the Dyson handheld and has a better battery life. Also the Samsung gives you the capability to swap batteries if you have an extra.

Ive been a dyson user for years, but recently got tired of having to pay for a new vacuum from them every 2 years over issues, so i tried this samsung and wow what a difference it makes. Its lighter, has vetter suction and the easy empty is nice. Highly recommended!

Very nice design(especially its color) and very powerful performance for a cordless vacuum cleaner. Only small downside is that it doesn't have a wet cleaner compared to its competitor. But the vacuum cleaner itself performs better and does have longer battery life in my experience.
