Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the BESPOKE Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum's powerful suction, long battery life, and lightweight design, making it easy to use and maneuver. Many also praise its ease of use and attractive aesthetics. However, some users find the cleaning performance on carpets to be subpar and the dust bin could be improved. The self-emptying feature is a highlight for many, offsetting some minor drawbacks.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum with All in One Clean Station is my new go-to cleaning tool. It came well packaged and fairly easy to set up. I found the instructions were a bit lacking, but I was able to figure it out. It arrived 28% charged and took a few hours to fully charge up. The unit is sleek and modern looking and appealing next to the rest of my furniture. I have it in my dining room right next to my kitchen, which is where most of the crumbs are. This vac has some serious advantages to it. The first one I noticed, was the dirt container can be manually emptied. I love bagless vacuums. I hate buying bags. This unit does have a bag, but you don't have to use it up quickly. By emptying the bagless bin on the vac, before placing it on the charging station, you can have the bag last a very long time since it's only fine particles being sucked up. Plus, you control when it will be suctioned into the charging station's bag. The next advantage I found, was that I can take the dust bin apart and clean it easily if I want to do some deep cleaning on it. Another huge advantage is that it's light weight and the vacuum's head size. I have stairs and this vacuum head is the perfect size. Before, the stairs would get vacuumed once every two weeks probably, gross. Now, I can do it a few times a week super quickly because it's ready to go, no cord, easy peasy. The best advantage to this vac is the range of motion. I can vacuum under my bed, completely. I can get under low cabinets and furniture pieces completely. The head swivels like a dream and I can squeeze in tight spots. I love it! Before I'd have to drag the broom out to get many of these areas or move the furniture. The attachments are a good addition as well. My daughters use them to clean in their rooms and their bathroom. It looks high tech so the kids are keen on trying it out. So far, I have not run out of battery for my cleaning sessions. It gives you the battery life in minutes and seconds as you clean so you can gage your suction power and how long you expect to take to clean the area. Obviously, the high suction reduces the working time. I've kept it on medium and been pleased. The attachments don't get hung on the charging station, they don't have a stand in this unit either. I'm okay with that. I'd rather keep those in a drawer rather than display attachments. Probably the two improvements I would suggest is to add a LED light on the vacuum head, it would be helpful. Also, get rid of the bags.

The Samsung Bespoke Vacuum cleaner works extremely well, however it’s not self-propelled so it can be hard to push on thicker carpets using the Jet Dual Brush. It does work well on small scatter rugs in the MIN setting. It doesn’t suck them up and get caught in the brush. The Vacuum cleaner doesn’t take up a lot of space only about 1 square foot and looks nice. Not your typical standup vacuum cleaner. The self-clean function of the upright Dust Catcher is convenient. I don’t have to keep taking of the dust catcher on the vacuum cleaner dump out. The Samsung Bespoke cordless vacuum cleaner comes with telescopic pipe, combination tool, extension crevice tool, user manual, several extra dust bags for the clean station (plus the one that’s already installed), JET dual brush, clean station, and Battery with Charger (plug in). The Clean Station works by suctioning out the dust/dirt from the vacuum cleaner at the push of a button. However, you do have to push the button again to stop the station when the vacuum cleaner dust catcher is emptied. The Samsung Bespoke vacuum cleaner’s Jet Dual Brush goes from floors to rugs without having to adjust the height of the brush or changing attachments. Vacuuming rugs would be a lot easier if the Jet Dual Brush was self-propelled. I have low pile carpets, so it’s not too hard to push. Higher pile carpets will be harder to vacuum. The telescoping pipe is a plus for reaching the tops of doors, curtain rods, windows, etc. However, it does get a bit heavy, at least for me, after a while and I need to hold it with 2 hands to keep it steady. The vacuum weighs about 6 pounds including the battery. The handle of the Samsung Bespoke Vacuum cleaner has an LED screen next to the power button with a – on one side and a + on the other side. Just above them is the display that shows the power mode (MIN, MID, MAX, JET) and the amount of time left before having to recharge the battery. Using the plus or minus buttons you can raise or lower the power mode. CONS: - There is no attachment holder included for the 2 additional tools. - The JET DUAL BRUSH is NOT self-propelled. For the price it should be. - When using the telescoping pipe with any of the tools, it does get heavy after a while. At least for me it does, and I need to hold it with 2 hands after a while. - It is rather pricey and therefore it should have more tools included. - The battery only lasts for about 40min on the lowest mode (MIN). - It’s hard to push on plusher carpets. I recommend this with extreme reservations. If you want to spend a lot of money on a cordless vacuum that looks nice and doesn’t take up too much space the ok. I personally don’t recommend it.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacumm with All-In-One Clean Station is different than any other vacuums I have owned. Right out of the box, the vacuum was easy to assemble. What comes in the box is the vaccuum, the clean station, battery, 3 dust bags, and the combination crevice tool. One thing that I like over the my my previous vacuum is that this sits on the floor in the all-in-one cleaning station. It is lightweight and so easyt o access. My other vacuum was bolted to the wall and was a bit heavier - so it was awkward to lift up and off the wall. This is much easier and does't take up much more room. The vaccuum itself is only 6 lbs. It has a telescopic pipe that allows you to change the length the vacuum pole. I didn't realize this at first and I thought it was made for shorter people. LOL I have two dogs that shed like crazy and it works great to grab and vacuum up the dog hair. You can them press the button on the clean station to empty the bin. The vacuum runs in 4 different modes - including jet mode, Max, Mid and Min. It only comes with two attachments. They are used to get in corners or for dusting and picking up dirt from furniture and hard surfaces. They can easily be attached to the short end of the vacuum or the long pole. The dustbin is washable. It is quieter and lighter than my vacuum of similar price. I would recommend this vacuum!

This vacuum has no business looking as good as it does. We have it sitting pretty out in the open and it doesn’t. stand. out. Suction appears plenty strong as we’re seeing the same amount of stuff getting pulled during our weekly vacuuming. The vacuum base also doubles as a charger and primary receptacle for all the debris. As the handheld fills up, the base will then suction the small canister into a larger reservoir inside the sleek white base. Not too loud, and the filter makes sure the dust doesn’t just fly back into your house as it’s transferring. The one downside to the sleek aesthetic is there aren’t all the attachments (upholstery, crevice, extender, etc) that you typically find included with vacuums. For us, our space is pretty uniform, so thankfully I didn’t find myself missing the attachments. Handle itself is nice and ergonomically designed, with a trigger type handle that spreads the weight out. We’ve noticed no significant loss in cleaning power compared to our older traditional vacuum, and we gained a lot more space saving as well as the covenience of not having to empty the vacuum as much thanks to the base. Highly recommend.

Great vacuum, stylish base that gives it a unique look. Simple to set up. It lightweight to take upstairs but powerful enough to clean deep messes. Comes with a set of vacuum bags which is nice, some additional tools. The con is the price. I would recommend it if it is on sale. If it isn't then for the price I feel like other products bring you more options

Solid vacuum great power, munervabilty and features. The vacuum stand sucks out the dirt from the vacuum letting you have very little to no mess with it also letting it take up a small amount of space. The accessories they give are alright kind of cheap and damage easily but also not expensive to replace. My one big gripe about this is that they dont give you a accessory carrier which i had to buy off of ebay for 60 dollars which are only included in england, Ireland, and Australia. Lastly it is also good for cleaning a car interior because of the accessories. I would recommend but should try to buy only when on sale

This vacuum is somehow better at pulling up debris than my older plug-in Dyson. It looks nice enough to leave out in the open and the bags last quite a while even though I'm using the vacuum several times a week. The battery runtime is also impressive, I'm able to complete an entire floor of my house bouncing between MID and MAX. My only criticism is that it doesn't include the accessory cradle, the two accessories just sit in a random closet and sometimes get lost.

I recently purchased the Samsung BESPOKE Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum in Misty White, and I can confidently say this vacuum has exceeded my expectations in both performance and design. The suction power is, without a doubt, impressive. Whether I'm dealing with pet hair on carpets or crumbs on hardwood, the BESPOKE Jet picks up debris with ease. The highlight feature, in my opinion, is the All-in-One Clean Station. It not only charges the vacuum but also empties the dustbin automatically—this feature has been a game-changer for me! No more messy cleanups after vacuuming; simply dock the vacuum, and it's ready for the next use.

We switched to this vacuum after returning the Samsung Jet 75+, and it’s been a much more polished experience. Cleaning is powerful and consistent, and the auto-empty dock has been a welcome upgrade after a year of hassle-free use. The battery life isn’t amazing on Max mode—around 10 minutes, but that seems to be about average for vacuums in this range. Mid power lasts long enough to handle a small house or apartment without running out.

We absolutely love this vacuum. It works great on our laminate floors for dog hair and debris, and it is easy to adjust the suction for thinner floor mats so you don't suck them up. We have another vacuum for deep cleans, but we find that we use this most of the time for a "quick clean" because it's so lightweight and easy. Best vacuum ever for getting under furniture items - very maneuverable.

This thing has some suction!! It gets into all the nooks and crannies - well worth purchasing! it is a little heavier than I thought it would be - but it is so much easier for the stairs, and doing a quick runround the kitchen at the end of the night! My only complain - if you can call it that - there is nowhere to store the tools on the cleaning station - why not?

This thing is a sight to look at. It is elegant. It is a decent hand held vacuum with decent suction power. There are only a couple of cons that i have with it. 1, the battery doesnt last that long and 2, there isnt a charging spot for the 2nd battery, and 3, you have to use a little bit of muscle to push it along thicker carpet. Other than those things, it works pretty well. The emptying of the vacuum is easy and using it is simple as well.

I did my research before buying the Bespoke Jet vacuum. So I thought I knew what to expect, but It has actually exceeded my expectations. It’s powerful enough for my needs (mostly hardwood floors) The “wand” extends so I’m not bending over to vacuum (my back doesn’t hurt after using) and I love the fact I can dump it without letting all the dust “escape” back into the air. It IS very pricy so if I hadn't found a good deal, I don’t know if I’d have bought it. Overall I’m please and would definitely recommend. I’d give it 5 stars if their replacement batteries were more affordable though (150 bucks!)
