Delivered on 8/19/2024 today 9/13/2024 i have reloaded, power freeze in smart things, reset freezerr temp to -8. Three days trying to get this freezer to work right after owning it for less than a month. Ice cubes are mostly unfrozen water

We chose the Samsung BESPOKE Side-by-Side Counter Depth Refrigerator because our small kitchen needed something that wouldn’t stick out, and it fits perfectly. The counter-depth design lines up seamlessly with our cabinets while still offering plenty of storage space. The Beverage Center is a nice touch for quick access to drinks, and the water and ice dispenser works well. We were also drawn in by the strong reviews and the fact that Samsung offers an automatic filter delivery subscription, which takes the guesswork out of maintenance. Overall, it’s stylish, functional, and exactly what we needed.

Originally took forever to actually get delivered to us, as it was on back order for some time. However, we have had the fridge for about a month and everything is perfect. I love this fridge. The different Ice sizes are perfect. I love the beverage center and having a pitcher of cold water available if I don’t want to use the dispenser. Cools wonderfully and I like that I can control settings with the app. Looks amazing. I read that people had issues getting ice but mine started making it right away and on a good cycle where we don’t run out. I occasionally turn off the ice maker because it’s colder months and we are not using ice as much. I’m sure it’ll come in super handy during summer time. Storage could be better but I also chose this fridge due to its slightly smaller size. Counter depth allows more space for us to move around our kitchen, as we do live in a 1 BR apartment. I believe this is the perfect size for a couple. I will update here if anything changes!

I have only had it a couple months but I love it. I went from a giant French door with ice and water thru the door, messy to this. It is clean and I absolutely love the beverage center and the dual ice maker.

Very classy looking fridge with clean look. the assist open on the doors was a surprise. First time going with a counter depth model and I ahve to say it is still pretty roomy. I worry about the glass doors taking hits from flying toys from kids. but i have already put fear in their hearts should any toys go flying in to the kitchen. I wonder if there will be options to have different glass colors. the indoor beverage center is an interesting design. so far i like it. the 2 types of ice it makes is really cool.

I like much about this refrigerator but…… Two major drawbacks: it is almost an inch and a half shorter than the specs officially put out by Samsung say that it is. I have this big gap at the top of my refrigerator now that looks so terribly strange and I’m going to have to have something built to cover it. They should be brought to Samsung’s attention ASAP and corrected. Also, Although it states that it is white, it really is not. I sent a picture of it to my girlfriend to show the annoying gap at the top and she wrote back and said “is it ivory colored?“. When I went back to Pacific Sales and asked about it they said that it is as white as it’s going to come and that the fact that it’s covered with a glass panel changes the Color as you look at it. They said if you shine a bright light on it like from your phone flashlight, it will appear white. But that does absolutely no good. Who cares if it looks white in a bright light if that is not the light that’s in your kitchen?! Unfortunately, mine is right next to my oven which is white white and it just Makes the refrigerator look dingy. I love the icemaker making two sizes of ice and I love the pitcher of cold water that’s always ready on the inside. Storage Wise – it actually seems smaller than my refrigerator that I replaced although they say they’re identical footage. I Don’t see how this could be, but it definitely is. There’s not a lot you can do about some of these issues I know, but they make me very unhappy with my purchase in many ways.

I researched many brands, models, and configurations of refrigerators before I bought this one. It was a big purchase for us. It's beautiful but also has so many great features like inside 2 size automatic ice dispenser drawers which slide in and out, inside beverage pitcher and filtered water dispenser, and especially the one tap auto door opener for the refrigerator and freezer which makes it so easy to get in and out of. The side by side configuration is perfect for our needs with a lot of space and shelves, Plus no bulky ice ice maker or other feature visible or taking up inside space like so many models I looked at. Just really love it, makes me like being in the kitchen!

This refrigerator is awesome; we are happy with it and like the inside layout in both sections. Water dispenser with a pitcher is real convenient and the touch access works excellent. Personally I like the ice maker and how solid the plastics are, much better than our prior refrigerator.

This refrigerator has so many neat features... the lighted, assisted open and close, the in-door water infuser and glass access, the two different kinds of automatic ice... and the sleek design is so nice. Counter depth makes the fit perfect.

I’ve had the fridge for a few months and it works great! No issues. Love the ice maker, water dispenser and water infuser on the door. Fits all of our family’s needs. I like the sleek design my only con is it does leave fingerprints and smudges on the door so I’m constantly cleaning it but other than that it’s great!

Samsung side by side refrigerator. Many nice features. We like the ice maker on the shelf in the freezer section, which makes 2 sizes of ice cubes. When we tried to put our favorite pizza brand, called "Home Run Pizza" in the freezer, the box was just a little too wide to get into the freezer without squashing th box. We had to put the pizza in our older Whirlpool side by side, which has a wider freezer. The Whirlpool has an ice maker with access thru the front door, which is a nice feature, but it quit working in our 12 year old Whirlpool refrigerator. The Samsung refrigerator section on the right side holds more than our older Whirlpool, which is nice. The Samsung does need some adjustable shelves, since we have tall bottles to keep cold. The beverage center is a nice feature, since you always have a pitcher of cold water ready to drink. We originally were going to get an LG refrigerator which has the handles for the pull out trays on the bottom of the bins. The Samsung has handles on the top of the pull out trays which is a better design. The Samsung outer door design is very good, since you push a small button on the front of the door and it pops open. The Samsung has a long vertical handle on the edge of the door which is a very good design. Best Buy had an LG very near the Samsung, so it was easy to compare features on both models. The Samsung cools down very fast. There is a built in digital thermometer on the inside wall, which was factory set at 37 deg. for the refrigerator and zero deg. for the freezer. After the delivery crew set up and plugged in the refrigerator, it was cold enough to use in about 2.5 hours. Overall, very happy with the Samsung. It would be even better with adjustable shelves. I hope this Samsung lasts over 10 years like our other refrigerators. We installed this unit Aug. 2, 2023 and have only had this 9 days.

I love my new refrigerator! I especially love the smaller size, ice maker & auto-refillable water pitcher. The single glass water filler is difficult to use, but after two techs came out, the issue was resolved.

Beautiful design and the perfect amount of space. This is our first counter depth refrigerator and it looks so much nicer than the previous full size unit it replaced. I wasn't sure about not having the ice and water on the outside of the door. Practically, it works fine and the bonus is that you don't have water stains on the doors. The temperature has been accurate and we love having the two ice types. The in door pitcher is really convenient. Really liked the white glass model and it would be easer to wipe clean but we went with stainless steel for the timelessness.

We purchased an LG and paid 3 years ago paying over $3,000 for it and have had multiple issues. I chose this Samsung because the shelving system looked and felt sturdier than all the other brands on the floor. I prefer side by side and the sleek look. So far we are loving it! The dual ice maker is the best and the beverage center makes it easy for everyone. No complaints as of yet!
