Beautiful look, clean and sleek, easy hookup/install. Love the 2 different sizes of cubed ice. Love the beverage center being on the inside of the door. The shelves do not adjust but their is plenty of room to fit my family of four's needs and more.

The Refrigerator is 5 star. We especially love the beverage center. Only downside of the refrigerator is the shelves are not adjustable. I do have an issue with Best Buy Price Match. We paid $1,699.99 for the refrigerator and an additional "bundled" delivery and installation package. Due to our water supply configuration the refrigerator was delivered but not installed. I did the installation. Shortly after our purchase the exact same refrigerator went on sale at several retailers including Best Buy for $1599.99. I called to request an adjustment to the lower price. I was told since the purchase was a "bundle" with delivery and installation we did not qualify for the price match. SEVERAL retailers including Home Depot also advertised the refrigerator for $1599, including delivery. The refrigerator was not installed bur only delivered. The "your price was a bundle" explanation was simply used to avoid a legitimate price match request from not only Best Buy's own lower price but also one of the listed "qualifying competitors" listed on Best Buy price match guaranty. Be careful if you are expecting Best Buy to their price match guaranty.

Love this fridge! The shelves are tall, the interior water has both a spigot and a pitcher, and two sizes of cubed ice. We are very pleased with our purchase. Best Buy delivery did a great job with set up, including water lines, and the haul away of the old fridge.

Delivered cautiously and in new condition with protective wrap with no issues during delivery. Item was better than described and fit like a glove through the door and in the spot we had designated for the fridge. The dimensions are perfect as it was not oversized like our last fridge. We did not have to take any doors off nor open one door to get through as it was smaller in width than the door frame. We love the modern look and glass is very easy to maintain clean. We love that you can set the temperature and lock as toddlers can definitely be lured to touching buttons and it prevents easy temperature manipulation.(you can also change through wifi) Water dispenser and two different size ice makers is a plus.

Simply beautiful! So glad I took a chance on this brand. Absolutely perfect fit in my kitchen. The glass doors are not a perfect white. There's a grey green cast. See the fridge in person so you can plan accordingly.

Love this fridge/freezer. The white and side by side are as classic as it gets. Works like a charm and hold more than the other styles.

So far I’m happy wit this product cause the space color and future and size deep excellent for my kitchen and happy wife

Very pleasing to the eye. Glass front also acts as a dry erase board. Super quiet refrigerator. We love it. Highly recommend

My initial impressions are good, not great. The temperature is even within 3 degrees of the set point all over the fridge/freezer. The water pitcher is pretty handy. The style is great - most of our guests love the look against our maple wood cabinets. The door assist sensors are really cool but I wonder if that will eventually fail. The downsides? For a counterdepth it’s still quite deep with chunky doors that stick out well past the cabinets. There are some areas that seem a bit cheap, but overall no worse than Whirlpool.

Best Buy delivery service was great and on time… refrigerator seems well built and has worked great so far. Had it about a month now. First Samsung but I have no complaints

Great refrigerator. It looks really nice in my recently remodeled kitchen. The all white glass really adds a modern look. I paid for the delivery and install and the worker was really nice and mindful of my home.

We love it so far. The glass front is so sleek and clean looking, and fits in well with our kitchen. I love the auto refill water pitcher, and the icemaker works great.

I'm very pleased with my purchase of the Samsung BESPOKE refrigerator. The All Around Cold feature, auto open doors, beverage center are all great components of this refrigerator. The glass doors are unique and beautiful as well. I could not have made a better choice!

Every one that sees this unit thinks it’s so cool. We love the glass front. The unit fits right in with our kitchen. The ice maker with two sizes of cubes does a great job (we won’t run out of ice). The automatic water filters pitcher is always full and ready. Highly recommended by us and we’ve only had Samsung appliances.

I have had this for the past 6 months and it has been great. The only issue is that sometimes the ice seems to melt and refreeze, leaving us with clumps or ice... Not too bad though. Really nice bright lights inside. Ice maker and water system are really nice to have

This fridge arrived in perfect conditions, the packaging support travel from the store-home. Is very spacious (enough space for a family of four. I love the glass, because it makes it look more modern and elegant. Make sure to have the right measurements, since doors open 180 degrees.

Refrigerator has lots of space convenient features with two types of ice plus the scooper which I love and the easy to clean glass doors that can be interchanged with other colors sleep design I love the fridge which also has lots of space and both the freezer and fridge

I would have given this a 5 star BUT ~ the glass is NOT white - more of a very light gray. I have white cabinets and fortunately it matched my counter top or I would have returned it. Only interior complaint I have is the lack of any adjustable shelves in the frig part. This is crucial as some things like large bottles don't fit and there isn't enough room in the doors for them. Doesn't even fit fit a box of wine !
