Is it possible to love an appliance because I’m in love with Sami, as we call her. I love the styling and features of this fridge from Samsung. First it is awesome that the water dispenser and ice maker on inside. Our old fridge foot nasty bacteria in water dispenser and family burned motor out on ice dispenser trying to get it to dispense ice when empty. The interior ice maker on this fridge is at adult chest level and makes 2 sizes of ice with a scoop !! Less chance of burning out motor!! Ice machine relatively quiet. The design of doors, shelves and drawers is great, the side doors can hold larger bottles like wine or juices/milk. Hands free doors are amazing once you get used to them but what a feature to reduce smudges! It looks high tech and modern and you can even load smart app to warn you if doors open etc. I used to have panic attacks that our old fridge doors were open because a couple times it did happen!

Bought this fridge to replace my garage fridge that failed. This fridge is a great replacement and got an amazing deal at the Best Buy outlet store. Love the beverage center and ice maker features of this fridge. Small and large cubed ice options with lots of ice storage.

I loved automatic door open sensor that makes easy to open doors. Also very quiet ice maker.

As the title of this review states, this is a unique refrigerator. I love that the ice maker is inside and the touch door automatic door opening feature is convenient. We had the traditional French door with a bottom drawer freezer. Unfortunately, it began to leak, and the ice maker no longer worked. Lastly, there is ample storage space in this smart refrigerator. We hope to have this for a long time, and it was worth the wait.

Beautiful, modern refrigerator. Its design, with an ice maker and water dispenser inside, is perfect for me. The glass always looks clean. I love my bespoke kitchen.

I am truly in love with my new Bespoke. It's very spacious. It makes the cutest little noise when I get ready to open it. I'm very happy!

Amazing! My wife and I love the style and functionality. Putting the ice and water system inside keeps the outsode looking sleek. The wifi connection would be the only complaint as you cant have WPA3 active or you wont maintain connection (Eero 6e router). Not a deal breaker, would 100% recommend.

This was a replacement for an older, larger Samsung fridge. I downsized a bit and miss some of the freezer storage, but I love the fingerprint resistant finish and the lighter size. The craft ice is nice, not noisier than usual. Controls are accessible and easy to use and the doors are easy to grasp with the auto pop-out feature making it even easier. I haven't used the beverage center yet, but it's really nice looking. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

The most moderate and elegant looking federator that’s in my kitchen. It’s not even a fridge raider. It is a masterpiece you can change the panel covers out to match your kitchen. You can mix and match the panel covers. I prefer white right now because it symbolize the world is mines. Thank you Best buy.

Beautiful Fridge! The doors will open if you just barely touch a sensor, great for handicapped or the elderly... or the lazy, or the easily amused! Auto-fill water pitcher is more satisfying than you'd think and you can add lemon or cucumber or whatever you desire to the flavor filter inside the pitcher. Unfortunately our fridge had an error that wouldn't clear and it was stuck on the coldest settings, flashing constantly, would not reset and the pitcher would not fill at all. But BestBuy happily accepted the return and we got another one (same model) and it's working great! Thank you BestBuy (we had dealt directly with Samsung and had a range delivered with damage and that was a painful experience, took over two. months and we still don't have a refund for that range and had to buy a new one while waiting (this is with Samsung directly, not BestBuy). BestBuy for the dubya!

Not the usual refrigerator, the sleek design made my kitchen looks so expensive! The white glass panels match with my kitchen cabinets. The sensor touch feature is so unique and hi-tech. Definitely, worth it. If there is any cons, the bottom drawer for the vegetable is smaller than the top drawer. I get it though, gotta find a spot for the filter.

My whole family loves it. I was skeptical of side door freezer but this one is vary spacious on both freezer and fridge side. For the price it is way better than any side to side door fridge out there. The look is fabulous!!

Had it for a week so far. It’s good, I like the features. I haven’t had a problem. Only complaint is shelves seem flimsy. One of them is bending inward.. we’ll see how long it last.

I love this refrigerator. The flat glad doors make it look classy. The beverage center is on the inside so it's very sleek and avoids the drips on the outside. I would definitely recommend this.

Plenty of space, indoor water feature is great. The freezer keeps a tray of two different types of ice. It's also a smart fridge that links to your phone. It will send you an alert if the door is left open. I would recommend this product.
