I was very excited when my new Dishwasher was delivered, however they could not install it because they didn’t have the right fitting. My husband installed it, my granddaughters were excited too, it worked fine the first 5 times but then it started having a problem. I talked to Best Buy and they sent a member of their staff to help, he thought he fixed the problem but after he left it did the same thing. I called again and they were going to take it back and bring me a new Dishwasher. They stood by their product, and they made me a happy wife! Thank you for being understanding to the situation and making it right. I just received one that had issues and they took care of the problem. I still like the Brand.

This samsug dishwasher is the quietest dishwashef we have ever had. Can't even tell it is running. The negitive is the door doesn't open all the way.But like the fact that door opens when cycle is complete.

The dishwasher works great. Sales rep Ash in Bluffton, SC was wonderful . . . patient and knowledgeable. , who delivered the new dishwasher and took away our old one was personable, efficient and knew what he was doing. All in all, a great experience!

My actual rating would be 4.5 *****. Just installed this dishwasher a week ago. So far it's great! Washes dishes very well. So much better than my KenMore Elite that has been a problem from the start. I was not going to write a review form day one because it's just not enough time to make judgment. It seems to clean dishes very well on any cycle. Another mentioned review mentioned about the bottom rack not having enough Tynes to place tings in the dishwasher. There's room mainly all dishes in the bottom. The second rack seems to fill up fast for cups, smaller dishes and bowls. Toop 3rd rack for flat items still needs to prove it's usefulness. Bottom rack seems to be my only negative. I did not purchase extended warranty. Thinking It might be a good idea for a brand new model. love the new Technology features.

Tuestday our dish washer stop working and Friday we had guests for dinner. We went to Best buy Wednesday morning, Samsung 24" was suggested by the salesman Frank , purchase including installation and Friday noon was the delivery and after an hour I had my dishwasher working enough time before my guests arrived. deseve 5 stars

Seriously the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. I would never go back to anything else. My whole kitchen is Samsung and I love how it works with my smart home set up. I have never had a dirty dish come out of this thing. Definitely recommend.

We bought two of these dishwashers for our rent houses. They're great machines with special little features that our renters appreciate. The white machine is great. The stainless steel, however, is far too easily damaged on its front. It is ridiculous how easily it can become dinged and dented.
