My husband installed it, my granddaughters were excited too, it worked fine the first 5 times but then it started having a problem. I talked to Best Buy and they sent a member of their staff to help, he thought he fixed the problem but after he left it did the same thing. I called again and they were going to take it back and bring me a new Dishwasher. They stood by their product, and they made me a happy wife! Thank you for being understanding to the situation and making it right. I just received one that had issues and they took care of the problem. I still like the Brand.

If you move any racks then other things don't fit. For the rockstone hold in place steady.
