This might be the worst dishwasher I have owned among the 15 places I've lived in my life. The racks are cheap and don't glide in and out smoothly. The top rack adjusts up and down, but really it just likes to fall down. The door doesn't stay horizontal when loading it until you get some weight on the bottom rack. Then, after only 8 weeks, it has thrown an error code THREE TIMES and stopped working.

Generally a good experience. But all the drainage is in the back, so the installer had to hook it up to my garbage disposal which made it quite a bit noisier than expected. I love how dry it gets my plastics!

September 25, 2025: • Technician arrived and only ran diagnostics. • Said parts needed to be ordered. 5. October 7, 2025: • Second technician arrived with a door harness, • Refused to perform repair because the dishwasher was hard-wired. • Advised that unit must be unhooked and made accessible before service. ⸻ Outstanding Issues • Lack of communication between Geek Squad and Service Quick. • Missed appointments and unclear responsibilities. • Technician refusal due to unit being hard-wired — common in built-in dishwashers. • No resolution after nearly 3 weeks of back-and-forth. ⸻ Key Questions That Need to Be Addressed 1. Why wasn’t the hard-wired setup flagged as a service consideration during dispatch or earlier visits? 2. Why is the burden on the customer to unhook a dishwasher — isn’t this part of professional appliance service? 3. If the unit is unhooked, how will the repair be verified without reconnecting and testing it? 4. What is the escalation path to resolve this quickly under the terms of the warranty?

the third rack is so benefitical and there are so many amazing settings!

Tuestday our dish washer stop working and Friday we had guests for dinner. We went to Best buy Wednesday morning, Samsung 24" was suggested by the salesman Frank , purchase including installation and Friday noon was the delivery and after an hour I had my dishwasher working enough time before my guests arrived. deseve 5 stars

It was installed on Wednesday and we used it today for first time. Used 1 hour wash cycle with unit being about 1/4 full. Items came out clean and dry. I think I'll use smart dry next wash to see if plastic and cup bottoms eliminate standing water on their bottom.

The dishwasher works great. Sales rep Ash in Bluffton, SC was wonderful . . . patient and knowledgeable. , who delivered the new dishwasher and took away our old one was personable, efficient and knew what he was doing. All in all, a great experience!

I am enjoying the dishwasher. Dishes come out sparkling. I am still figuring out how I want to place dishes and utensils.

The most quiet and silent dishwasher that i had in my life

Do not purchase this dishwasher. Had it for 30 days and its dead. A piece inside popped off (this is common, the tray hits it or your silverware tray), killed the machine and Samsung could not fix it and gave me my purchase price, not including installation and taxes back. I have a broken new product just sitting there in my kitchen. Now I have to purchase another dishwasher and pay the installation fee.

We used this item once to wash dishes. It performed well. After the initial running with no dishes there was water in the bottom for 3 days. I was concerned it would have water in the bottom after the cycle with dishes, but there was not. Thank you.

Very quiet!! Nice looking and the dishes come out looking very clean

Super quiet! I love the 3rd rack and it has a cool app too.

Not the best design for various dishes. It also is unfortunate the utensil bin has to be on the bottom. Drawer bin vs hang from door. But over all it cleans the dishes well. Just have to run more often which supposedly is better for water usage.

Does a good job cleaning dishes and is extremely quiet.

It's very quiet. The only fault I can mention is that it doesn't dry dishes as well as one would think it would for the price.
