    Complete junk!! I’ve had about three months and the thing won’t even power on!!! Extremely disappointed. I have already had the mother board replaced and that’s not the problem what else could it possibly be. I think I’ll be staying far away from Samsung as possible from this moment on. I hope no one else as experienced this problem it’s frustrating beyond belief. If I’ve only had it since November why won’t Samsung or Best Buy replace it instead of trying to fix something that is clearly unfixable.

    Dishwasher is terrible, track for the track wont stay on, hard to roll in and out, wouldnt recommend

    The product is good but it comes without the front panel and the salesman either lied to us or does not know the product he was selling. We had to wait for over 2 months to get the panel for the dishwasher

    It does not dry the dishes as stated. I feel like I spent the extra money for something that doesn't do what it's supposed to.

    I purchase this dishwasher in Jully 22 and so BestBuy did not delivery the the product so far. They have made three appointment so far and none of them was succussed.

    Nothing but problems with BestB delivery & install

    This review is about Best Buy's delivery & installation. I was left with the dishwasher half installed, hot water turned off with multiple useless calls to the store, online & to Total Tech & Geek squad. People kept telling me things that didn't happen like "we'll call you back", like "you will receive a credit for the installation". None of it happened.

    Not a custom panel DW

    The star rating is tied only to the fact that it is not custom panel ready. It only accepts Samsung snap in panels. If you have a custom cabinet panel front it won’t work with this dishwasher. And then it’s a real pain to return unless you are a plumber and no how to uninstall the dishwasher. Best Buy only sends guys who pick it up—they don’t know how to uninstall even though they installed it.

    Good, quiet dishwasher

    So far, so good. I’ve had this dishwasher about a month. Quiet and does a good job cleaning. It’s leaving a lot of spots on plastic containers but that may be the settings we’re using. We’re still trying to figure it out. Former LG unit lasted just 2 years and 2 months so we went with Samsung this time. We’re nightly users and it seems like we’re replacing dishwashers every 3-5 years.

    I've had it for 2 months and it already needs to be serviced. When i try to start a load it keeps saying it needs to drain for 1 minute then cancels the cycle. There is no water in it. Can't get it going. Reset from breaker not working. Will now have to schedule a maintenance call after barely a few loads. Unimpressed.

    I wanted the Bosch at 42db, but this one is not as expensive and has many of the features that the Bosch has (including a third tray for cutlery). I’ve only bought Bosch dishwashers and swear by them—but since this is a second home, I thought I’d try to save a little money. The problems I found, compared to higher-end Bosch dishwashers, are that (1) it doesn’t come with a leak-detecting hose; and, (2) it doesn’t come with a power cable and plug (!). I can sort of understand the former, but what does it take to supply a power chord? Oh, imagine trying to find one. But it has plenty of features and is very quiet. I would buy it again despite not having a power cable. Service at Best Buy is great! The guys loaded this into my Subaru wagon and were helpful throughout. I even got a Best Buy gift card that I used to buy myself a nice, little Kindle. Thanks.
