    Must load water manually to use

    We bought this model a few years ago and it worked great for a couple of years. Now, the dishwasher acts "weird" and Samsung wants to charge me hundreds of dollars just to send someone out without a guarantee that they can fix it. The dishwasher, every few months, will go through the whole cycle and then display code SC at the end and the dishes are not clean. The water inlet is fine and the discharge line is working. But if I dump a bucket of water in the bottom, run it, and then dump another bucket of water in the bottom, the dishwasher starts cleaning dishes again.

    Broke after year and half

    Worked fine until it didn’t. Broke after a year and a half. $350 estimate to repair, probably will move on and just get a new one (door also dented during delivery). Samsung customer service is also awful, FWIW. Avoid.

    Do Not Buy this diswasher

    I bought this model in Jan 2020 and LOVED IT! Someone tripped over the door and it couldn't be fixed so I bought the same model in Sept 2023. This replacement unit is The Worst dishwasher I ever had! Just when I think I know all the reasons why I hate it, it surprises me with one more annoying problem. Weird way to load dishes - coffee mugs don't fit well, bowls clatter together. Silverware holder is free floating. Seems like there is no way to attach it. Lots of space in it so spoons are not upright. Wine Glass holder broke off. Had to wire it on. When you drop down the top shelf, there's no room for larger items on the bottom shelf. Plates are too close to each other. User Manual is lacking anything useful to the homeowner.

    purchased 7/19/24 2 months later the handle cracked in the center poor design or bad qc. Samsung completely washed their hands of the issue because it didn't deliver cracked. Appalling. Issue hasn't occurred because of anything i have done so manufacturer should resolve. I have extended warranty with best buy. 3 calls to geek squad. 2 visits to store. 2 calls to samsung. still none accepting responsibility. bet i've spent 7 hours trying to contact people. scandalous. warranties meaniless

    Doesn't clean the dishes

    Expensive, very pretty dishwasher that does a TERRIBLE job cleaning the dishes! You have to absolutely rinse everything off or it will be redistributed over the dishes in the rinse cycle. I've had it serviced twice and the dishes always come out with 5-7 items needing handwashing. The dry cycle doesnt work on any plastic either!

    Feel bestbuy is like a liar

    There was a dent on the surface when Bestbuy installed it. And I called Bestbuy they told me so sorry about that and will send me a $80 dollars Bestbuy gift card. But I hadn’t received any gift card from Bestbuy in the next month. Then I called them again. And they told me they can only send me 70 dollars gift card. I don’t know if I can receive any gift card from Bestbuy. But I am sure I feel Bestbuy service team is kind of like a liar.

    It was great until it wasn't...

    After only 14 months, our StormWash dishwasher stopped filling with water. Because it was out of warranty, we paid $80 for a service call by a Samsung authorized service provider. The problem was the control panel and it was going to cost $450 to replace (and that part would only have a 90 day warranty). Needless to say, we decided to replace it with a non-Samsung unit and bought a 5 year warranty.

    Samsung is HORRIBLE

    DONT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES! Horrible service, junk appliances. I bought a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, double oven and microwave combo. Less than a year the black “stainless” peeled off, the double oven shuts off for no good reason and now less than 3 years the dishwasher died. HORRIBLE customer service. I will NEVER buy anything from Samsung again and I wish someone had written a review like this so I knew to avoid.

    This dishwasher didn't wash my dishes I had to basically wash them before I put them in or else it would spread the stuff to all my other dishes I wish I never bought this, I tried calling and they were rude and didn't want to talk or help me.

    It hasn't Unhappworked since the day it was delivered. And the serviceman only comes to our town once a week. So we have had it for 25 days now taking up space

    like all my samsung appliances, this dishwasher never worked right, quit working entirely. Im replacing with an LG and im so excited to get a quality appliance.
