    Missing long cord to connect washer and dryer when stacked. Worthless. Help desk never followed up cause the kit is incomplete

    This is the kit to use for the Samsung - Bespoke Stacking washer and dryer. A must-have for Samsung - Bespoke Stacking. Allows the dryer to be controlled from the washer which is easier to reach.

    I have yet to receive this product!! Still waiting to have my washer and dryer installed and I purchased them the beginning of July!! They keep canceling installation day of!!
