The cover can be used in so many ways. I used to have a netbook for traveling and this cover makes my tablet the best travel companion ever. I can type as well as enjoy all my favorite games just like taking a piece of home with me.

Makes typing very easy. I don't mind the smaller keyboard and find typing to be quite ok. Nice protection. Minor issues is that the pen sticks outside of the cover, so care is needed when placing in a backpack or briefcase.

Love the way to open and close. Keyboard work great. It add the weight on the tablet but, manageable. It is solid hard case and make you look professional when you use this on Starbucks or public space. :-)

Nicely made, sturdy and protects your Tab S4! It comes with a replaceable S Pen holder.
You'll hear a click when you are securing your S Pen in the holder.
Keyboard is great because you can see whole screen when typing.

Works very well, not great for people with large hands, and it takes some getting used to since the keys don't always align well with what you may be used to from your laptop or desktop keyboard.
The stylus holder leaves a lot to be desired, but at least it's not as bad as from the previous iteration for the S3 tablet, which would slowly over time detach from the rest of the keyboard since it was essentially taped on by the end-user. If you carry this with the holder opening pointing down, the stylus will often fall out, eventually.

This case is sturdy and feels protective. Pen holder doesn't hold the pen securely and doesn't protect the tip. Would give a perfect rating if the removable pen holder actually held the pen in a secured and protected position.

The design is better than the S3 Tab keyboard. Instead of a magnet holding the tablet in place it is placed into a holder built into the keyboard case. It provides a better hold and more confidence in the safety of the tablet. The down side is the keys occasionally seem to double type from time to time. So the word "son" can be typed as "sson", "soon", or "sonn". This means you have to keep an eye on when it does it. I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but something to look out for. The case itself feels a little thicker than the one before which males it feel more secure incase of droppage. The detachable pen holder is a huge plus along with the cut out for the camera that the last one didn't have. The keyboard has a magnetic edge that keeps the case and tablet loses together better.

Bought this last year and I’ve had no problem with it, it works great! Here and there you gotta detach the board so the keys can work but rarely. Great protector for the tablet

I use my tablet daily at work meetings and visit clients. With the keyboard attached, I can quickly type everything that is spoken and negotiated. It provides the momentum I need for business speed.

I have always had iPads and the keyboards with the iPad in my opinion is an after thought. The keyboard case I had with my Tab 3 and now the Tab 4 is much nice to use. It makes the Tab a good productivity tool.

This addition is a must have for the tab s4 if using as a laptop replacement. It doubles great as a stand as well. The addition of being a;le to use with DeX basically turns one tablet into two!

Much better than the previous model (the S3's keyboard). This holds the tablet week and the keys are good. Reason for 4 stars - lack of a DEL button - you have to position with cursor then backspace. Otherwise its great.

It's a beautiful tablet and after adding the book cover keyboard, it made it even more enjoyable. However, I am still having difficulty getting used to Dex whenever I have a presentation.

It's very good - solid an reliable and types perfectly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I wish it had a touch pad - that would work with this tablet since DEX is quite useful as a multi window UX.

Honestly I thought that it wouldn't be such a great add on, but I was wrong. It makes writting so much easier and you avoid putting so many fingerprimts on the screen that deives me crazy.

This is a must have for your Tablet. It doubles as a great cover and qwerty keyboard. Slight draw back is a little cumbersome when taking pics but can definitely make it happen.

i find the s4 super productive in portrait mode as a notebook. for emails and whatnot, keyboard is super productive. some issues - not sure if it's the mechanicals or the size of the keys, but the 'u' button does not register clicks as reliably as when i touch type on any other keyboard. it's a minor niggle. protip: the magnifying glass button is the META key, which is used in many more keyboard shortcuts. as others have mentioned, it's lame that opening/closing this cover doesn't automatically turn on/off the tablet, but it's a minor niggle.
