This is probably the best keyboard you can get for the Tab S6 but for the price I wish it was at least back lit and the keyboard magnet could secure to the front a little more tightly. It does feel a little smushed but you get used to it slowly. The back part of it is a weird suction/adhesive combo and wish they went with the more secure magnets. For now I have not had any issues with the back cover falling off randomly on its own. Overall I am happy with this.

Like I said I love the keyboard it slow made the buttons are all separated with a nice touch and feel and the sounding of the keyboard sounds pretty nice the trackpad works I'm just not a fan of clicking on the trackpad but everything else is fine except one thing it is a major issue for everyone that buys this keyboard cover for your tablet S6 the back side has an adhesive that sticks in the back of your tablet and I have been seeing a lot of reviews how bad that usually it comes off at Time it depends how many times you take off the back cover and put it on since I have bought this keyboard cover I have not put the back side on my tablet for one thing I am not too certain that it will hold it and I'm starting to have second thoughts of returning it and my second thing is the new tablet for the S7 is going to be coming out this year so I should just wait off and I think it's a best idea for you guys to write off for the new tablet and it will be more updated for the keyboard. This is my first time giving a 4-star rating for a Samsung brand the only reason is because the back keyboard adhesive doesn't really do its job the longer it sits on the tablet the better it is but my initial report is they should have gone with magnets just like the magic keyboard on the iPad Pro but that's just my theory I hope that's Samsung can go with something like this for the new tab S7 coming out soon. If you do decide to buy this for your tablet by all means it is a good cover keyboard for your tablet but you have to be a user that actually uses the keyboard and uses the backside for your tablet and it stands up for your tablet as all their comments I have read but some has says that it has fall off cuz they adhesive has rubbed off but I'm going to take it back and wait for the new one.

Kbd is great, stand is terrible

The keyboard part is 5 stars. The stand part is 0 stars. following the instructions to the letter, this mounts with little trouble, and the keyboard being connected to and powered by the Tab is great. If you keeping the "kickstand" pretty vertical (maybe 1.5-2 inch pulled away from the tablet at the bottom), it actually works pretty well. Any more than that and the suction grip will eventually fail because gravity. It can always be reattached, and it doesn't seem to deteriorate through use, it just won't stay put at useful angles. sometimes it stays for 45 min before detaching, sometimes 5 min. Very frustrating for an almost great product. Likely to either use 2-sided tape to affix it to the tablet or buy a separate cover to hold it and use with the (great) keyboard, which would be a shame.

With just a click it's up and running. Super simple to use. Great protection for the S6 Tablet too. Helps hold the pen in place as well. Great little keyboard case. A must but when you purchase the S6 tablet!

Please get this and turn your tablet into a hard-working device. Easy to use with DEX. It does not require an addition cord like the past generation devices. You can add a Bluetooth mouse but there is no need with the trackpad. You just simply can't go wrong with it and if you do concider the Geek Squad warranty so you can use it with pice of mind. Glad I ordered both the Galaxy Tab S6 and this Book cover at the same time. BUT, adhere to the back of the device when you are not going to be using it so that it has time to rest on the device and adhere correctly. You can disconncet it from the tablet from the magnet or once you close it, it will put your device on sleep mode. It does not seem to draw battery life as the S6 is amazing on battery life and I use it all day long at the office to have Netflix running the background for white noise. You will be very happy with it. It's worth the price.

Bought this on sale for around 130 with warranty it was about 160. Had the samsung expert put it on for me so I wouldn't mess it up. Works fine only issues for me is it's not backlit. Without the discount your almost paying 200 I expected it to be back lit. The track pad picks and chooses when it wants to work. I love how it doesnt need bluetooth you just click and go. The magnet is pretty strong. Most complaints on here are from people who didnt put it on right. The keys are not in the typical arrangement like traditional keyboards but I got used to it quick. Wish it had a usb drive to hook up a mouse but no complaints over here with the kickstand either. It works and doesnt slide I know a lot of people had issues with the hinge if you get the protection plan they fix it for free.

This case is very expensive. If you're not getting it half-off when buying the tablet, then I don't recommend picking it up at full price. The case only has two good things going for itself: 1. The kickstand: It is a very sturdy and super adjustable kickstand that lets you prop up your tablet for any viewing angle. I really like it over the forced angle the Tab S4 case imposed on you. 2. Touchpad: The keyboard half has a touchpad, and that is super convenient when I don't feel like connecting a Bluetooth mouse. The top half attaches to the device by magnets. Really strong magnets. It won't fall off anytime soon. The S-Pen cover prevents the pen from inevitable falling off due to those magnets being weak so that's another plus I should have mentioned. But that's about it. The case itself does NOTHING to protect the tablet around the edges and the keyboard half does not lock in with any kind of magnets or latch so it feels very loose when you closing the case. The connector is attached to the keyboard with a flexible ribbon part which feels like it could rip easily. The keyboard is supposed to disable itself when you flip it behind the tablet but half the time that doesn't work properly and the magnets that keep it attached to the tablets are also weak so it will fall off. The Tab S4's keyboard case at least covered each corner and was much sturdier. I'm very disappointed in this case and was hoping it would provide more protection. The only reason I'm keeping it is because it was only half price and the keyboard itself is decent for typing.

I read and watched a ton of reviews in this thing before buying it. I think the issue people are having is because they remove it. To me this is a install and leave it kind of stand. Because it sticks on the back (not with magnets) once you remove it the sticky part looses some of its grip. If you keep doing this it simply won't stay on anymore. I cleaned my device stuck it on and waited to use it like the directions say and it's on there so good it would never just fall off. If you want something that you can take on and off don't get this. I have no issues leavening it on because it's so slim. The look and functionality is awesome. The keyboard is perfect and attached and detaches super easy. If you can find it on sale i would say get it.

Samsung finally did it right. This keyboard clicks in place like the Surface. The trackpad works great. A d it helps hold the pen in place more securely. Definitely a good buy. Still a little pricey though.

This is an awesome keyboard/smartcover case. Just not for left-handed people. When I type, my wrist touches the trackpad and sometimes it moves the cursor when I don't want it to. I'm also not a huge fan of the idea of using an adhesive on the back of the case rather than a traditional snap type case. Other than those minor things, I love how easy it makes typing on the tablet.

    Keyboard Cover Great

The keyboard cover is great; howver, one thing to consider is that it is not the easiest thing to remove if you have to replace the table as I did. It is attached by a glue strip to the back of the tablet. My tablet cracked and I had to get a replacement. Samnsung was unable to tell me how to remove it (it was only 2 weekls old). I figured out that you could slide a credit card under the keyboard tape to remove it and have since reattached it to the new tablet. It seems to be holding fine, but it is something to consider as the tpae could give out long term. Otherwise, I definitely recommend the tablet and the keyboard, as the tablet is super fast and basically functions like a Microsoft Surface (except you can't run any Apple software - even Apple TV - on it like you can a Windows tablet). For the cost, the tablet and keybaord cover are great! I am an IT specialist.

Got this half off with purchasing my tab s6. The material feels nice and the keys are decent. Still getting used to going down to smaller keys vs my mechanical keyboard. Wish the magnet was a little stronger to be able to snap with having a tempered glass installed on my tab s6.

I read a lot of bad reviews for this thing and bought it anyway. I've had it for a year without any problems. If you follow the instructions, you won't have any issues either. Attach it and leave it alone for a day. I do wish the keys lit up, but then it would be too expensive. I have had issues with my tablet not recognizing it's connected. The remedy for this is some rubbing alcohol on a qtip in the connection groove to clean the dirt etc out and it'll connect fine.

Good - keyboard connects without Bluetooth. It just works! Good keyboard cover connects with magnets Portable flat keyboard easier than lugging around external keyboard. Trackpad useful Cover stays attached. I didn't try to remove it based on other reviews. Holder for the S Pen built in. Needs improvement $180 is expensive. got mine on sale $120 Keyboard size and placement is off so it takes practice to touch type. Your typical portable keyboards allow you to touch type easier since the spacing is closer to a normal keyboard. Trackpad is easy to touch accidentally so the curser goes everywhere. The back cover should have attached with. magnets. Suction reliability is poor if you keep breaking the seal by removing the cover on some video reviews I've seen. The instructions said attach 1 hour before using doesn't inspire confidence.

I used points and giftcards on this purchase but still feel it is over priced. With that said, adding this keyboard and tracking pad and using DeX changes the tablet to be more of a productivity device and it works great. With this case on my tablet replaces my surface for even most Microsoft applications.
