So far we are very pleased with the way this microwave works. It's a great looking unit and it is easy to operate, once you get the feel of it. I really like the interior, it's easy to clean and looks better than the basic white ones. The only reason I didn't give it a higher mark is because the bottom was dented when I got it out of the box, and the instruction manual doesn't have much information on how to use all the features.

We bought this microwave for our remodeled kitchen. LOVE the looks of this microwave. So far, it works just as we figured it would...GOOD. WE've only used it for reheating so far, and not really for cooking or defrosting. The only thing I don't like about this microwave is the size of the door. Because the door is the ENTIRE front of the microwave, it swings out and about hits you right across the neck (I'm sure this will happen to me sooner than later).

Microwave looks very sharp and cooks evenly. Has lots of venting options including inside vent. It comes with a dishwasher friendly filter for inside venting. So far I am pleased with this unit - installation was pretty easy did it myself. Just one negative sometimes 0 button doesn't work have to push it again. Overall good purchase!

Nice looking replacement microwave/range hood. The fan is much more powerful than our last GE unit and the hood light is a lot brighter as well. The microwave oven itself is very large inside and looks like it will be a great addition to the chef collection range.

Love the Chef Collection and scored this during a sale, plus an extra 10% off for buying a kitchen set of 4 or more items. Looks slick, great size, built in LEDs are nice and bright, and looks extremely modern. Very happy.

Does all you would suspect it to, you can cook a turkey in it if you wanted to, its huge, easy to use. intuitive operation.

I chose this microwave for the reviews, plus appearance. Wanted something slightly new in design. Like the controls/buttons along the bottom. My only complaint is that it cooks really fast...I wonder if mine needs recalibrating.. I physically stand by the micro with whatever I am heating/cooking because it is finished very fast, much faster than the controls are set. Good news/bad news...:) However would highly recommend. Very good looking micro.

Love every thing about it so far. The quality of the stainless steel finish conveys top of the line. Operating sound not loud, does not disturb infant or myself when sleeping. Very easy to keep clean (inside).

I'm a gadget guy - and this unit has all the bells & whistles. One of the other things I really like about this unit is that, unlike most every other microwave out there, it does not use plastic/membrane on the touch controls. It uses a glass panel. I think this adds a lot of value as well as durability, as this will be used in an over-the-range installation. I've read about other manufacturer's devices having issues with the plastic control panels due to excessive heat from the range causing problems. Since we're still in the middle of the kitchen remodel (and we have no kitchen at this point), we are very glad that we ordered this early. We actually have it set up in the utility room and can at least do some limited cooking/re-heating while our kitchen is being rebuilt. Fit and finish are top-notch! I understand this new Chef Collection is a relatively new product line for Samsung. Looking forward to many many years of good use!

This microwave looks great and has an integrated glass touch panel which cleans up great. This microwave works well and matches the Chef's Collection stove I purchased at the same time. One of two issues I've had is the clock display is very faint and can not be seen from outside of the kitchen like every other microwave I've ever had. The other issue is kind of a big one. The buttons on the touch panel do not always register with the microwave. I've tried touching softly and more forcefully. Neither method has produced consistent results. The touch panel on the stove works flawlessly, so I'm not sure why the microwave is having difficulties. I've read about this issue in other reviews as well. Overall, I'd still buy it because it matches my Chef's Collection stove.

Easy to buy on line was delivered when said. easy to install had some problems with drilling holes under cabinet. need to have a better way to that then the cheesy templates. which didn't work or held up as good!

So I decided to go with this Samsung microwave as part of the chef collection and am not disappointed. I have an over the stove microwave so love the venting and LED lights on the new microwave. It came with two different types of filters as well.

Read all the reviews, researched all the other sites, and it came down to this as a great Price with all the features. Easy to follow install information. It even attached to the wall brackets that were used by my GE that I replaced it with. Win from Samsung.

Excellent microwave that I'm still learning how to use all of its features. Aside from the large tray, having a rack for extra room has helped several times. Also followed the instructions for "grilling" pork chops and they were fantastic! Took a long time (40 minutes total) for 2 pounds, but in non-grilling season, worth the extra time. Also, the "soften butter" option also works really well for taking a stick out of the refrigerator to your bread in only a few minutes. Only downside is that the sensor cook undercooks the popcorn - but it just takes hitting +30 seconds to get a fully cooked/non-burnt bag.

Since the microwave is probably the most used appliance in the kitchen, it's important that it is both easy to used and cooks as expected. Stylish design and intuitive controls get the job done. The large cavity is useful for reheating casseroles and pasta bowls.

We are not big microwave users other than for reheating, etc. but this microwave is beautiful over our new Samsung range and reheats great; very easy to use touch pad on front.

Never had an over-the-range microwave before. Great use of space. Exhaust fan is extremely powerful!

It was very easy to install the unit in the cabinets. Looks very nice and seems to be working without any issue
