Microwave looks very sharp and cooks evenly. Has lots of venting options including inside vent. It comes with a dishwasher friendly filter for inside venting. So far I am pleased with this unit - installation was pretty easy did it myself. Just one negative sometimes 0 button doesn't work have to push it again. Overall good purchase!

So far we are very pleased with the way this microwave works. It's a great looking unit and it is easy to operate, once you get the feel of it. I really like the interior, it's easy to clean and looks better than the basic white ones. The only reason I didn't give it a higher mark is because the bottom was dented when I got it out of the box, and the instruction manual doesn't have much information on how to use all the features.

Never had an over-the-range microwave before. Great use of space. Exhaust fan is extremely powerful!

I bought this Chef collection microwave to go with my Chef collection range. I like all the different features of the microwave and they are all clearly indicated on the unit. So easy to use!

Nice looking replacement microwave/range hood. The fan is much more powerful than our last GE unit and the hood light is a lot brighter as well. The microwave oven itself is very large inside and looks like it will be a great addition to the chef collection range.

I'm a gadget guy - and this unit has all the bells & whistles. One of the other things I really like about this unit is that, unlike most every other microwave out there, it does not use plastic/membrane on the touch controls. It uses a glass panel. I think this adds a lot of value as well as durability, as this will be used in an over-the-range installation. I've read about other manufacturer's devices having issues with the plastic control panels due to excessive heat from the range causing problems. Since we're still in the middle of the kitchen remodel (and we have no kitchen at this point), we are very glad that we ordered this early. We actually have it set up in the utility room and can at least do some limited cooking/re-heating while our kitchen is being rebuilt. Fit and finish are top-notch! I understand this new Chef Collection is a relatively new product line for Samsung. Looking forward to many many years of good use!

Installed easily enough and does everything you would expect from a top of the range microwave. Only minus is that it is expensive.

This microwave is awesome and easy to use. Very Elegant looking.

Excellent microwave that I'm still learning how to use all of its features. Aside from the large tray, having a rack for extra room has helped several times. Also followed the instructions for "grilling" pork chops and they were fantastic! Took a long time (40 minutes total) for 2 pounds, but in non-grilling season, worth the extra time. Also, the "soften butter" option also works really well for taking a stick out of the refrigerator to your bread in only a few minutes. Only downside is that the sensor cook undercooks the popcorn - but it just takes hitting +30 seconds to get a fully cooked/non-burnt bag.

Since the microwave is probably the most used appliance in the kitchen, it's important that it is both easy to used and cooks as expected. Stylish design and intuitive controls get the job done. The large cavity is useful for reheating casseroles and pasta bowls.

Like the size and option on this microwave. We need to get a service person to com look at the turntable. It isn't working. Otherwise no complaints.

We are not big microwave users other than for reheating, etc. but this microwave is beautiful over our new Samsung range and reheats great; very easy to use touch pad on front.

I've been impressed at the size of this. Much larger inside size than I expected. Ventilation and lights have great settings and are very nice. Easy quick touch and use of buttons.

I have been very pleased with this microwave. The larger size and newer cooking options are a huge step forward from my last model.

Purchased this item to match the dishwasher, Had an issue installing this item but was able to get it installed. Looks great worked even better.

It is temperamental and at times display and error message. We have to disconnect it and wait several hours before it starts working again. Not sure if its because we bought the store sample... we are disappointed with this glitch, but really love the microwave otherwise....

First over-the-range microwave I've owned. So far, I'm very pleased. I like the multiple light and fan settings. Large capacity.

It's ok. Not worth the money in my opinion. Especially coming from a convection oven microwave combo. Looks nice, works well. But probably going to swap for a cheaper one that looks nice.

well built, large capacity. Doesn't work to well on the automatic setting with small bags of popcorn.
