This is a good product that could be even better yet This product really should have experts set it up. Also a great improvement would be if the Chef compartment was able to be set to a specific temperature as opposed to freezer/soft freeze/Chill/cool

Love the ample space, the ability to control the temperature in all compartments to accommodate my preferences. Live the sleek modernness of the design and the organization of all the freezer compartments. I have ample space for all items.

Just received my new refrigerator and i'm Loving it. It has so much room i'm having a hard time filling it up. It is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. I purchased the whole Samsung Chef Collection and I couldn't have made a better choice. I especially love that I can use the lower right side either as a freezer or a refrigerator.

Writing a review for an extinct product, but maybe Samsung will come up with something like this again. We remodeled our kitchen and wanted a big but not industrial kitchen sized fridge. This was the biggest we could find and we love it. We love the minimalist look. (no screens) We love the recessed Handles (nothing sticking out) We love the micro perforated hidden display (so do our guest) We love the Flex Qtr, and use it for parties just like suggested. We love that there is no buttons to press to swich from ice to water. The flexible shelves are great. We were nervious about some of the negative reviews about the ice maker so we got a Best Buy extended warranty just in case. We almost lost out on the last one in the world. We ordered it, and had customer cabinets built around where it would go. Our remodel project took too long to complete (1 year past due) and even though we had paid in advance it was misplaced at the warehouse. They showed one in stock but could not locate it. It turns out the model was discontinued with no direct replacement. Best buy normally returns unsold consignment stock, but we lucked out in that this was in some obscure corner of a warehouse in Chicago. So it all ended well and we love it.

Awesome refrigerator! If you have the space (this is a very large fridge) this fridge is loaded with incredible options. And the convertible fridge/freezer is the best!

We were not looking for a refrigerator but when we saw this one, it turned our heads. We had a 31 cu ft side-by-side. This one is 34 cu ft. The bottom areas can be freezer and refrigerator/cooling unit, or both freezers. We have it arranged as both sides are freezers. The drawers extend all the way out. We have each drawer organized by category and one drawer has already been deemed as "The Left-Over Drawer". We use our refrigerator a lot and this one has been easy to use. We thought we wouldn't like the French Doors, but they have turned out not to be an issue at all. Unfortunately the refrigerator was delivered with a dent; but, Best Buy is bringing us a replacement in a few days. Best Buy Rocks!

Was apprehensive about purchasing a French Door type refrigerator; but, this one has proven to be so easy to use. The French Doors for the freezer portion are awesome. The drawers in the freezer are easy to pull out and they return on their own. Everything is so organized, now, in the freezer. There's a drawer for breakfast items; for grilling; for baking; and there is even one for left-overs. (This review is written by TwoDogs' wife.)

Love it, just as advertised, have had it about 4 weeks, so far so good. Purchased the 5 yr warranty just in case. Very quiet, makes lots of ice, though it dispenses a little slow. Tons of room, very happy with this purchase.

So far it has been working great. We got it at a reduced price for being a store demo model. I was concerned due to some online review with concerns about the ice maker. I found a service memo from Samsung showing a change to the design of the ice maker in 2016. Ended up buying the extended warranty, which I never do. Hopefully won't need it. Love how the freezer drawers come out all the way and the extra capacity

This refrigerator is huge when you use the lower right section as a refrigerator too. We've only had it a few weeks but love it so far. My only complaint is that the middle shelf is not adjustable for tall items but the front dies slide back. Nice deep shelves on the doors with brackets to hold items in place. So far, love it. Just make sure it fits your space cause it is a big unit.

I loved the frig except it was he floor model and once we received it there were more problems with it than we knew about.

I love this refrigerator! It is the biggest we could find without going into jumbo ultra expensive models. I love the I have an option with one of the sections to be a freezer or not.

This Samsung refrigerator is just what a big family needs. Love the size and space it has for all that food. I wish the compartments on the left door were a little bigger to hold more condiments. Overall a great fridge, I just love it!

I love this fridge. Feels futuristic. Has gun metal blue trim inside and the light up display for the temperature on the door is very cool. I got the whole Chef series and really like it so far.
