    Owned for 6 months when reviewed.

    We arrived home and instantly noticed lines going through the screen, only reason for 2 stars (rather than just 1) was because of how well Best Buy handled the return. Maybe ours was just an outlier, I wouldn't chance buying another though.

    Only reason I am giving it a 2 right now is because when I got the monitor and finally hooked it up the lighting does not work and came with a dead pixel. Otherwise from that it is an excellent monitor for the price. But can not recommend it right now because it took about 2 weeks for it to get to the store for pickup just for the defects.

    Great monitor with an issue

    Owned for 10 months when reviewed.

    Had this monitor for less than a year and it now has a blue vertical line on it and has been driving me nuts. Works amazing but I can’t believe a monitor this expensive would just break like this.

    Washed out asf

    Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.

    The picture quality was garbage. It was washed out and dark even when I turned the brightness to max. I went into this with relatively low expectations but it couldn’t meet anyone of them. The only good thing was the motion rate. That’s was good and being able to move it on the mount was good too. But that’s it.

    Best Monitor Ever

    This was literally the best monitor i had!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! It has been almosr 4 years now and just now it has been glitching a bit but that is why i purchased the protection plan!! Love Best Buy and this monitor!!!

    bad design, quality control and customer support

    it's a decent monitor it could have been a great monitor, but it is poorly designed. The way they laid out the pixels on this monitor makes it look like it has scan lines on certain backgrounds also The size of the stand is ridiculous, so unless you have a big desk you will need to buy a monitor arm/stand. The cable management is backwards instead of trying to hide the cables it looks like they wanted to show them. it is Gsync compatible,but if you turn on freesync ultimate you will have problems in dark scenes, So i's best to just use regular freesync My monitor came with bad backlight bleed and was missing the vesa bracket. i contacted Samsung and they told me to fill out a ticket and show proof of purchase. one month later i got an email saying my ticket was approved and to fill out the form again and show proof of purchase lol so instead of waiting another month for a response i just returned it and got another. The second monitor also had backlight bleed and a dead pixel Anyway i returned it and i am done buying from Samsung i already had problems with their phones and TV's.

    Great gaming monitor

    I have owned this monitor for several months now and for gaming its fantastic. This monitor produces some of the best colors I have ever seen outside of an OLED TV. This monitor is paired perfectly with my Xbox One X and since Xbox has gotten the 120hz update this monitor is even better for it now. Love this monitor.

    GREAT FOR XBOX ONE X

    i Bought this monitor to take advantage of the recent update for the xbox which this monitor did not disappoint , playing games at 2k at 120hz is a totally different experience, i even had to play games again that i have already played before , far cry, halo , even modern warfare looks great with this monitor, color can be a little better but with a few tweaks on the settings and you are set, i would of given this 5 stars if the stand did not take too much desk space and if it had integrated speakers but besides that iam very happy with it .

    Beast of a monitor!

    I am no new customer to Samsung electronics, as I have owned their laptops, phones, and now one of their monitors. I have never seen a monitor produce such deep color (it's the first HDR monitor to be released in the market!) while offering a blistering 1ms color response rate. Not to mention how butter smooth the 144hz looks with these features. The design is stunning not only from aesthetics, but in functionality; the monitor is curved just right so I can see everything up close from its 27" display while avoiding any distortion. The stand is very sleek and offers a cool blue glow from the back of the monitor. Samsung really hit this one out of the park, especially for the price, and I recommend this to anyone looking for a higher-end monitor.

    Only good for 2 years

    I purchased this in December of 2019, the screen has a lot of artifacts as of the beginning of 2022. Not really the amount of time I was hoping to get out of it... The screen is beautiful, but if I could go back at this point and buy something different I would.

    Bought this for my Xbox one x to utilize 120hz and it brought my gaming experience to a whole new level! Very smooth low input lag with a beautiful picture! Will never look back! This monitor is always sold out, if you have the chance to purchase don’t hesitate.

    Stop breaking your head spending hours of researching by comparing each monitor looking for the best bang for buck. It's worth the money spend. Just go buy one already and enjoy gaming.

    Great buy, if not for dead pixel and missing parts

    I love this monitor. So much that I've purchased it twice now to try to be able to use and keep it. The stand is sturdy and easy to use, the display size is perfect for my desk setup, the image quality and resolution are excellent. I'm disappointed that I had to replace it once and will have to return the second purchase as well. The first one I bought had a dead pixel out of the box. Once I saw the dead pixel, I could not un-see it and returned it to the store the next day. The return process was as amicable as returning a product you'd otherwise rather keep could be. The second one I bought, I brought it home from the store today and didn't even get far enough to see if the screen is in pristine working order; was unable to connect it to my pc display port, since the display port cable that is supposed to be included with the monitor is missing. Will return this one as well. Crazy thing is, I still want this monitor, but the experience does not speak well for Best Buy or really much more so the manufacturer, Samsung. Hard to justify trying a third time or recommending that someone else try their luck with this item.

    Not so good for PS4 pro
