I really liked this monitor even though it’s not the latest and greatest. Thank god I have until January to return it because it started flickering and now the bottom screen is partially dim. I like to game on one side and have my Mac Mini on the other. When I felt behind the left and right side of the monitor, it was pretty hot. I don’t think that’s normal. I’m in Limbo if I want to exchange it or just get my money back and find another monitor. I really like that I can display two screens at once. I don’t like spending extra for protection plan. But I’m afraid it might just do the same thing again.

I love it I use it every day to do my day trading and for other businesses I do My friends are saving money to buy this same monitor model because they seen how efficient it is and cool.

I bought this monitor a month ago and absolutely love it. Easy to set up and looks really cool just sitting in my office. The display is amazing and having multiple screens is as well. Highly recommend this product

So far so good, nice monitor, I recommend it. Make sure you have a desk with good depth as you will need to set back further than when you use a regular monitor.

I bought 2 of these. No issues. I am not using them for gaming just some intense work and a little coding. So far so good.

This monitor is defective and Samsung still sell it as is. As I have been using mine for less than two years and it has been a pain getting in front of my monitor to start working and I cannot. Trying to fix a monitor when you have a meeting first thing in the morning is outrageous. It will show up like it is cracked then resolved itself after a while. This is an expensive monitor. Save yourself the trouble and buy something else.

The best curve/49’ monitor in the market. This is my second purchase in less than 3 months.

Worked great until the warranty expired. Now, the left half of the screen is dead and the right half blinks slowly between black and white. Samsung support is of no help. They even went as far as asking me if it was powered on! For a monitor of this price, it should have lasted MUCH longer. Very dissatisfied Samsung customer.

Sometimes you feel like the whole world is against you, but in this case it’s just Samsung. I exchanged not one, not TWO and ultimately will be returning the THIRD for dead/stuck pixels. Come on, is this a joke? The box and monitor weigh almost 40lbs and I had to make three trips for this debacle - it’s 2019, completely unacceptable to have this level of poor QC. The picture quality is decent and nice and bright, and I would maybe keep it weren’t for the stuck pixels - but I spent 1 hour trying to get the 144hz refresh rate to run on my PC unsuccessfully on the third one. I’m calling it a day and staying FAR away from Samsung going forward - buyer beware.

This monitor was great,…… until it wasn’t. After less than 18 months the display board went south. Best Buy won’t fix it, and neither will Samsung. So I have to reach chase my tail and reach out to a 3rd party repair service.

Got this for my son's Christmas gift. He absolutely loves this monitor.

I used this monitor mainly for work (looking at multiple excel files at once). It failed on me after 1 year of use. Samsung no longer had the parts available to fix the monitor. I didn’t get extended warranty because in my 30+ years of owning computer equipment never in my wildest dreams would I expect a monitor to fail in such short amount of time. I have old monitors still running after 20 years. After doing further research on this monitor I’m not the only one to experience issues. This issue all comes down to poor workmanship. I won’t be buying any Samsung product again.
