My dad was looking for an upgrade from his hp laptop. His big concern was speed and ease of use. This checked the boxes. Only complaint is it would be nice if screen was a few inches bigger

- lightweight, don’t have to worry about dislocating my shoulder as I go to classes - very user friendly - the battery is great, I probably charge it once every 48hrs

The Chromebook is super fast at startup and shutdown. The only drawbacks are not having a USB port and inability to do some things that you can with windows. Perfect for surfing the net, watching Netflix, etc..

The best blend of features and performance in a reasonably sized package. Lightweight, good display, excellent battery life and compact size make this a winner.

Picked up 2 of these for my young kids. Everything i read about these machines tells me that these are perfect to get them started with computers. Mostly reviewed as streaming machines , they are also used at my kids' school to work on reports and such. They will def be happy come christmas morning.

This is a very light, fast and an efficient chromebook. The price is the best part. If we are looking for a daily browsing activity, and are fully vested with google environment, buy this.

It's okay, nothing special. It works, but it's kinda slow at it. I bought it for the wife to use in the car while traveling out west. It did that well, but it isn't a speed demon by no means. It has reasonably good battery life, decent screen with no blurring, and she can play her games on it that aren't speed sensitive anyway. We like it for the use intended, but have other laptops that put it to shame speed wise. I recommend this laptop for tight quarters use, email, light games, and some light internet surfing. It is lightweight, and it uses 64bit Chrome browser. Easy to type on, mouse pad is responsive, and it will stream movies just fine.

I bought this Chromebook needing an inexpensive replacement for my MacBook. I wasn't sure what to expect considering how inexpensive it was compared to more robust hardware (Apple and Windows OS laptops), but I was pleasantly surprised. It's perfect for checking email, internet browsing, and other light computing tasks. It's a slight adjustment going from a traditional laptop to a Chromebook but I have enjoyed it so far. I can get everything done that I need to and it's quick doing it. Honestly, if you need something that is good for light computing this is a great option.

Bought this for my dad and was surprised by how bright the screen is and how it has nice speakers also. For the price it is great since my dad just mainly goes on youtube to watch videos and keeping up some sport teams. He loves it very much and uses it every day

This is a nice starter laptop. Love Samsung and tried it and use it for basic needs. Don’t have to carry my heavy laptop everywhere. This would make a great computer for a student or someone just starting to use computers. Also a great college stufpdent computer.

The Operating System doesn't support Roblox. It does well with the other things, so the computer seems to be good, but I really wanted to play Roblox on it, so I'm disappointed.

This chromebook works good, and is reasonably nice considering the price. Just don't expect a state of the art screen, my only wish is that they would've included the option for a touch screen and for the screen to fold back so it could be used as a tablet. Overall though very nice.

For the price this is a great little chrome book. I am using a combination of the chrome store dosbox and dosbox turbo to run some old but still fun DOS games. For light web surfing, streaming video and these basic games this little guy fits my needs.

I am no expert but This has worked very well for me so far. I use it mostly to look at Pinterest check e-mail and just surf and it is quick and works well it does use google to get threw every thing This has not been a problem for me. I really like it

This is an easy and simple computer to use. My grandmother is horrible with computes and this is so easy for her to get on. Perfect if your just surfing the internet. Small and light weight. Overall great for people who don’t know what they’re doing.

I bought the chrome book for my 85 year old mother, is small, light and simple to use for what she wanted. She loves it...... and the price was GREAT

I had considered a Chromebook when they first came available a few years ago, but still had a Mac Power Book and did not really need another machine. This Samsung unit is mire than adequate for my current needs. I like the fact that it has limited on board document storage and I store most important documents in the cloud, anyway. The unit is light weight and easily transportable. And there are plenty of places with WiFi if I need to work out of my normal location. I am quite happy with the purchase.

This has given my 9 year old son a lot of practice surfing the web and using google apps. They use it at school so there is a connection to what he is used to when he comes home. I like the chromebook for him as a starter laptop and he loves it.

I've been needing a new computer for some time. My old one was too big for me to readily take anywhere and it has been slowing down as of late and powering down without warning. Soooo, I go into best buy and find this computer. It's exactly what I have been looking for!!! A compact computer that will allow me to take it anywhere relatively easily and can be used with my Google account to access Google Docs, sheets and presentations. It's perfect for what I need and for the money. Plus being able to finance it was also a great deal.
