Well I must say when I received my product I was very disappointed. The product was something that had been previously returned. The security seal on the box had been removed, the protective stickers on the product had been removed and it did not have the correct charging brick in the box. Whoever returned the product kept the upgraded charging brick and replaced it with the current phone brick. Called Best Buy customer service and they were awesome! Fixed the issue sent me a UPS return label and I received a NEW replacement product in 2 days. As for the product now that is is correct it's awesome. Quickly charges my Galaxy S10 plus and the Galaxy Watch. Keep in mind when you put both on at the same time the fast charging drops on the phone. Non issue if you charge while you are sleeping. I've seen in other reviews complaints about the fan. Quite honestly I can only hear it if I put my ear right next to it. Great product and great customer service by Best Buy to get issues resolved!

Love the charge pad. I have the pad at home and use the watch and phone charger at work. The only thing is you have to watch placement of the watch. Sometimes the watch band prevents full contact. The best part is you can charge separately or together. I even used the cord to charge my phone. Charging made easy!

This wireless charger has a fan built in ! It works just like any other charger. Charges fast enough. My Note 10+ would take about 2 hours to full charge from around 10% . 0 issues with charging two devices at the same time. The smaller pad is a low watt and is meant for buds and watch charging. Although you can charge a phone, it will take a bit longer and won't be samsung fast wireless. Outside of that the pad can take iphones airbus with no issues at all. The fan definitely helps with heat management. Only con is to align the devices on the pad can be a bit challenging at times. I have missed it a few times assuming it was charging. It does have charging LED on each side to let you know if the charging has actually started. Comes with all the cables and power adapters inside the box that you will need to get started. The price is definitely something to consider on your decision.

I wanted to clean up my charging station of 4 different chargers and assorted things depending on my need for power at any given time. I read lots of reviews but was unable to find out conclusively if I would be able to charge both my dinosaur s6 and active 2 at the same time as all reviews were using the newer s10 and the few that did use older phones only went to the s8. Well I'm here to tell you that it does work just fine doing both at the same time. The larger pad will down grade capacity to match older phones and charges faster than the original Samsung wireless pad of the same era. I put this on a timer to cut down the phantom load but stay plugged in all the time. I place my phone on at bed and it's charged for the morning so grab & go, no fiddling with wires or plugs and when I'm at work the watch gets charged at a different time.

Very satisfied with the charger, it doesn't charges as fast as the superfast charger of my S20, but it is close enough and more convinient. Now I can charge my Galaxy watch 3 and my S20 at the same time

I bought two new Samsung Galaxy S10's which can do fast charging and wirelessly. It sounded really convenient so I bought this dual charger so we could charge both phones at once. I've been using this charger for two weeks now. This charger has no issues recognizing each phone immediately, even though I have a fairly thick Otterbox case on mine. It fast-charges both phones, so I can completely charge a pretty depleted phone (20 - 40% remaining) in an hour or less. The convenience of just setting the phone on the charger, with no cables to connect, is really nice. And.... if you had a watch or other Qi wireless-charge-capable device, this charger can charge that as well. So, I'm quite pleased with this charger and highly recommend it.

I bought my last fast "convertible" (upright or horizontal) charger along with my Galaxy S8 3 years ago. I was never impressed with the speed of the charging, plus, the upright design never supported my phone properly and I always had to reorient the charger so the phone could lay on it. With the purchase this year of a Galaxy Fold, I felt it was time for something new, especially since I also wear my Galaxy Watch every day. I am not disappointed...the fast charge is actually fast, even with the Fold's huge battery. And the second charger also charges my watch faster than the charger that came with it. Plus it takes up less room than the previous two chargers did! I love it, and you will too!

This fast charger is a great investment when you have a phone and earbuds that need charging. This device charges everything quick and doesnt take up too much space. Kinda spendy but worth it.

Charges super fast. It's pretty sleek and low profile. It's nice that I can charge both my watch and phone at the same time with quick charge. A little pricey but I got it on sale.

So after experimenting with others this is a must have for a house with other wireless charging. Family has qi phones. I have a s10 phone, galaxy watch, and galaxy buds and this eliminates the need to have so many cords everywhere. Slap 2 phones on it to charge or headphones and watch or phone and headphones. I use the otterbox defender so thick case and while the other qi chargers struggled to power the phone due to the case this has no problems. 1 downfall is that the galaxy watch has to be like perfect in the center and cannot move from it or the charging stops. Phone and buds I kinda just lay it on there and it charges it.

My wife and I purchased this for our vacation. Basically so we could utilize one charging system for two phones at the same time. It saved us space outlets and time. It worked flawlessly and as instructed. When we got back from our trip we decided it needed to be part of our everyday lives and found a spot for it for every day use. I will add that you need to be specific on where you set your phone on the device for it to properly charge. I also found out that some apps can interrupt the charging. I'd recommend closing all apps before charging. A great device Frome Samsung. Glad we have it.

Happy so far, we don't have as many cords hanging around, which is great! Easy to use and charges fast. Only thing is it is pricey!! Shouldn't cost as much as it does.

I am impressed with the ease of use. It's been handy to just set my phone and smart watch onto the pad before bed. I do have to make sure they are laid properly otherwise I wake up and they haven't been charged. The unit itself has a slightly noisy little fan inside which turns on when in use. It's a bit annoying when sleeping but I got used to it after a week or so. A little pricey for a charger but it does eliminate the use of two separate ones.

All I can say is wow! I'd thought about a wireless charger for my S8 but just couldn't spend $80. So i was interested when I saw this would charge both my phone and watch. It is brilliant. Very fast charging for both devices. Worked well for my S8 until my new phone arrived. Works well with my girlfriend's S9. Perfect solution and no more cords. For the watch though you do need to make sore that it is centered on the pad. If not you get a charging error. Other than that no issues at all. And my experience with Samsung is that it will work perfectly for a long time. Well worth the investment.

I bought this wireless charger to use with My S20 plus and Buds Plus. It has worked flawlessly so far. It is very sleek and small compared to other wireless chargers. Its fast charge works great and being able to charge my phone and earbuds at one time is so nice. There is a built-in fan so your phone doesn't get hot while it charges, which I think is a must have. All in all this charger is great for Samsung fans. There are other wireless chargers out there that are cheaper but most don't come with a fan and certified fast charging.

I highly recommend this product to anyone. It has space for me to charge my iPhone and AirPods at the same time with no problems. I am completely blind and it can be really hard to line up the devices so they charge nicely but this one has been very helpful. I have tried other devices over the years for wireless charging but they never worked for me because it had to be lined up just so, and I couldn’t do it. Excellent product. This charger has a good minimal look and allows me to charge my phone and airpods at the same time! Looks great, charges quickly.

I own a couple of Samsung products including a Note, Galaxy watch, and Galaxy buds and having this wireless charger is one of the best purchases I've made in a while! It is so convenient having to slots to charge multiple devices at once. There is a fan with vents on the bottom of the pad to keep everything cool. The fan will turn on when a device is placed on top and being charge but the fan noise is not loud. Now I don't have to plug in and out multiple chargers and ports!

Works as described. Fast charging for any compatible device. I charge my phone, smart watch and wireless ear buds. Only comment is that your devices need to be placed exactly in just the right spot over the charging pad or they wont charge. Often takes a little moving around to find that sweet spot. But once you do, it's all good. Just remember to make sure its charging before you walk away or you will not be a happy camper when you return.

This product does exactly what it claims to do charging two items at the same time. I purchased it mainly for travel since it's flat and easy to pack. One thing I found out is that you must use the charger that is included. I tried several other wall warts and none of them worked. A red light on each charging pad indicates charging is taking place. The light turns green when charging is complete. It should be great on the road.
