I then had to go out of state on emergency Wednesday night. I wish I took the packaging because I would of returned it MUCH sooner. This charges SO SLOW! At one point, I saw it would take my phone 4.5 hrs to charge and that is with phone out of the case. I then bypassed the charging pad to see how long it would take direct connected....2 hrs!!! I knew there is a power transfer loss due to being wireless but this is awful. I spoke with a friend about this. He mentioned experiencing the same issue with wireless charging pads from different brands. I just returned home. My 1st errand was returning this product. So sad because I love the concept!!!

The larger fast charger doesn't function well. I commonly wake up to my phone not fully charged and a message that charging was paused or that my battery was draining faster than charging. Used with a Note 10+ and Galaxy Watch.

Can't see if it needs charged. I unplugged and plugged it right back in to see the lute colors and they lie up the same as it did when it was not charged. There is no way to get the lies on. Not happy
