The large charger stopped working within about 5 months of owning it. It takes forever to correctly position my phone or watch on the small charger in order to get them to begin charging. The concept behind the charger is great, but the quality is terrible.

Also, you can not use another wall adapter as it will only work with the one that comes with it. After it started failing I tried another samsung adapter and it would not work at all. Sorry Samsung - great Idea, horrible QA

On two occasions within the first week I owned it, I had both my phone and new galaxy watch 3 on the charger, confirmed that they were sitting in the correct spot, and woke up the next morning with one of them dead.
