The breathable design helps to wick away moisture, reducing the likelihood of irritation or discomfort that can sometimes come from extended wear. We noted your concerns about sweating while wearing this watch band. We recommend wearing the watch band slightly looser to see if that helps. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It is frustrating when your Samsung smart watch strap or band falls off unexpectedly. The good news is this usually only happens if the band or strap is not installed properly, or when wearing the watch improperly, which are both easy to fix. However, the band or strap should be replaced if it's damaged, will not stay attached to your watch, or keeps falling off.
