Adjustability is awesome, has good stretch but holds ok well. Velcro securing is surprisingly good, wouldnt wear it to workout seeing as its fabric it will hold onto sweat.

Its not the best , its comes apart while you are working. If the velcro was thicker and it actually felt it grips locks on , secure maybe i would have a different veiw of things
