What a great fridge, has exceeded my expectations!

The digital screen is nice, but could use more apps and be a little more flexible. The inside is small. Moving/adjusting the shelves is limited. Ice maker is small.

Love the fridge but many issues with the ice maker freezing/jamming up. Hate the ice maker, love the fridge.

Loved the tech but 4 years in the flex zone wasn’t cooling properly. Found out the compressor had problems. Used the Best Buy warranty to get a new model but the shipping crisis caused us to buy a fridge without the tablet. We miss it!

We bought this refrigerator based on the reviews and because we like its features. Some of its features didn't work properly and we spent many hours trying to fix it with Samsung but to no resolution , one of the feature is to mirror with your Samsung tv, we have 2 tvs that purchased a year ago and non of them was able w mirror with the refrigerator, Samsung claimed our tv is old !!! , how can a year old tv is old ??? Finally we returned it , mainly because we felt that Samsung will not support their product in the future if something else happened

Geek squad has been worthless in helping with issues I have had with mirroring and tablet operations Samsung has been unresponsive as well. I have bought 3 different samsung tvs That I was told would work and had to return them all too bad it's a beautiful refrigerator but looks like no one can help me so I will have to return it.

Excellent Refrigerator with samsung smart hub. We have used it for almost 7 years . Runs very well and works as a smart hub for other appliances on the house

This is not only for grownups, our kids love to draw on the white board and when they do it syncs to mine and my husband's phones. Our calendars, to do lists and shopping lists sync to our phones as well and while we are at the store and check off items, it syncs back to the fridge. We play spotify on it, sync our photos and so much more.. over all it is just amazing.

We purchased this refrigerator more as a novelty, I loved the look of it and the idea of having a huge iPad on the front of it. My husband was humoring my love of technology. We didn't think we would use the features very much, but we really do! It really does function as a hub for reminders and devices. An example of unexpected function is that I am able to answer my door from the video link to my ring doorbell from the refrigerator, manage our oven temperature monitor, ADT, Hue lights, and Nest thermostats via the internet on it. We don't view many videos from the 'fridge but we do use it to browse the internet or look up recipes that are not already listed in the Allrecipes app. It is beautiful, we can have a slide show running of our grandchildren's artwork and photographs without clutter. The refrigerator is spacious but I did purchase clear organizers for the interior as there are just a few drawers and I felt I needed more organizational tools such as an egg holder or clear boxes to group like items together. With those additional clear boxes my 'fridge looks perfect at all times. I can't say I have used the view my 'fridge at the store other than showing it to friends. I suppose it could be useful if I really couldn't remember what I needed. Over the holidays, I was able to remove the boxes for larger items and was able to fit very large things such as a prepared turkey and ham at the same time and still had room for side dishes. I love that we were able to convert the lower right section into an ideal storage for wine and cheese, and milk. I find that my produce is lasting much longer as I am able to store the dairy, fruits, and vegetables at their ideal temperature because I was able to keep them separate. This refrigerator is worth the money we paid for it.

This fridge does everything including many things I wouldn't even think to ask for! The smart link notifies us if the door is left open too long, sends a current view of the inside to a phone...everything they advertise works exactly as you would want it to. Everyone who sees it is amazed at how beautiful it is and the incredible array of task, programs, apps, features (mirrors our tv with sound so you don't miss anything while you're fixing snacks) I can't say enough good about the looks, functionality, features and capacity. The only reason for my review is more of a heads up than a complaint for anyone considering purchasing the fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher and that is: Be very aware that as beautiful as these appliances are they are also extremely easy to inadvertently cause dents, pings and scratches. The front panel of the dishwasher shows a slight dent just from the installer lightly pushing on the front to slide it into the cabinet space. Our fridge seems to get dings in the doors from practically anything that touches them. I've replaced one door in the first two months due to a dent from a broom handle falling over into it (yes a tiny little aluminum tube handle that doesn't weigh 3 ounces). Trust me when I say the beautiful black stainless skins on these appliances are about as sturdy and indestructible as a single ply of cheap toilet paper. Still love the whole kitchen package and wouldn't buy anything else but we're now extremely aware and careful with anything coming in contact with the skin like the vacuum, broom, dogs tails, etc. Oh...as a note there is no option to replace the metal skin on fridge doors. It's a complete door purchase if you get a dent or ding.

It doesn’t worth the money I paid it keeps breaking down a lot more often than any other fridge that I bought before the ice maker broke first year I bought they tried to fix it but it fails a again and again now the whole cooling system fails here it will goes to the dump

Loved the fridge in the store. The computer on the front was fun. Got it home. The fridge space is not large enough and we purchased the largest available one. There is NO meat/cheese drawer. Just 2 standard drawers on the bottom for veggies. Had I realized this I would not have purchased. The freezer is the best freezer space I've ever had, the drawers are great, nothing falls into a bottomless pit. The computer on the front is great. We do like it; however, we can't get it to sync with our Samsung TV and is should work. The low rating is due to the poor fridge layout and no cheese drawer.

Ice maker stopped working after year and now compressor issue

Ice maker has broken numerous times. If you like cold drinks and do not want to continuously purchase bags of ice-Buyer beware!

We just love our new fridge and the kids love messing with the flat screen gadgets on the door. We haven't tried out that inside cameras when we are out shopping but we are going to give it a try this weekend and see how well that works out. So far no complaints and all is good

Fridge seems to work well. The flex zone is a nice to have as we frequently flex from veggies to meats to fridge space. The hub however is a disappointment. Pandora worked until the first update, now it forgets my log in every other use. Instacart was awesome until the app stopped responding, tech support is baffled. Finally the Stickiboard app stopped working after a factory reset was done to troubleshoot. There are no options to add other apps. Sad demise of the product and tech support.

I will never buy ANY Samsung appliances EVER again. My refrigerator and dish washer have had to be serviced after just 3 years of owning, so buy the extended warranty if you want to gamble with getting Samsung appliances. Customer service is mediocre at best, I was told I would be contacted in 2 days and I instead had to call back 3 times before they contacted me again. I was told I cancelled by service ticket the day after I called, which was incorrect and ignorant. I was also never offered help or asked my issue I was given a price. All while my refrigerator is not keeping temperature so for the past week I have had to live off take out or frozen food. Don't waste your money or time.
