BUY SOMETHING ELSE

My refrigerator and dish washer have had to be serviced after just 3 years of owning, so buy the extended warranty if you want to gamble with getting Samsung appliances. Customer service is mediocre at best, I was told I would be contacted in 2 days and I instead had to call back 3 times before they contacted me again. I was told I cancelled by service ticket the day after I called, which was incorrect and ignorant. I was also never offered help or asked my issue I was given a price. All while my refrigerator is not keeping temperature so for the past week I have had to live off take out or frozen food. Don't waste your money or time.

Ice Maker Issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased an older version of the samsung fridge and Do not recommend Samsung fridges. After having my fridge for only a year and a half My fridge stopped making Ice. I did not buy the warranty so now I have to pay $100 for them to look at the fridge $100 for labor and whatever the parts cost. I should have gottent he warranty yes but I did not expect for it to break down in just a year and half of light usage. Just be aware that this is a common issue with samsung fridges.

Foreign crap

You better get the extended warranty and keep extending as much as you can. The very second the warranty is up, good luck trying to get help from Best Buy or Samsung. Had to get ice maker replaced, compressor replaced 2 times now. Good luck to you.

Poor Samsung

Try to call them to fix because it still under warranty. They was check and said the temp in house high and not clean. It doesn't prove or evidence or picture. The reason so ridiculous. It told me physical , I told them prove it and they just say . not recommend Samsung with anyone. Don't waste your money with high end refrigerator .

I would have given it a one star rating but there are some good things about out. We liked the music feature but Pandora app does not work. It just spins and times out. A tech was sent out and spent two hours to no avail. Samsung has since been completely unresponsive and acknowledges it is a widespread issue. I Googled it and confirmed many having the same issue. Keeps food cold but now stuck with a refrigerator that is a very nice clock.

Bad quality, bad customer service

Stopped working after 14 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The fridge was repaired 3 times and finally the geek squad/Best Buy decided to exchange the unit. I have been without a fridge for a month. My experience with Samsung customer service was bad and I do recommend to get the extended warranty on any appliance you get. It is worth it. The fridge has great features I enjoyed while it lasted. I decided to replace this unite with a more simple fridge. I will not recommend this one to any of my friends or family.
