We needed to replace our 10 yr old refrigerator & on my wife’s advice checked out this one at Best Buy. No regrets from day one. The delivery guys were very careful setting it up & taking away our old clunker. The 4 French doors make storage more efficient than a freezer bin & the family hub is great!

This Is the first double-French door fridge that we have owned, so there was just a little getting used to it. Touch screen is an added bonus for obvious reasons, but having the fridge controls on the touch screen make operating this fridge very easy and intuitive. Love it.

Goods Spacious, deep and the shelves are very flexible. They can be moved around to accommodate taller items like milk jugs. etc. Flex freezer is good option but I felt the bottom quadrants were a little smaller to bulk on meat or produce freezing options. Newer models have better fingerprints resistance. But I wont say they stay clear. You still need to wipe from time to time. Welcome to Stainless steel. Bads: Not Andriod OS , don't be fooled by Samsung label. You cannot install anything from Play store or as a matter of fact Play store is not available. Camera is good but it only shows the upper quadrants no cam for the bottom two quadrants.

The hub is amazing as long as you have other Samsung equipment to hook it to. But as the family says, it’s number one goal is to keep food cold. Love the option to adjust the temperature in each part. Hate the ice maker, to get a full cup of ice, crushed or cubed takes almost 2 mins and between that and the water spout, it drips everywhere and ice just keeps falling out after your done. Overall worth the investment.

We have had our new unit for a few days. We are happy with it, but I have some comments on the usability of it. In the fridge section some of the door space is almost unusable, and other areas a waste of valuable space. It is also not easy to customize the inner shelves for items like large containers, like milk and juice. From the aesthetics angle, the edge of the door is polished (and hard to keep clean), and when glancing gives the appearance that the fridge is crooked or open, which it is not. None of these are deal breakers, but just comments. The spacing we will get used to, and adjust as needed.

My husband and I and our two kids absolutely love it! The kids can draw on it, we can update our calendar, create our shopping list that sync to our phones, see what we need while were at the store and so much more!

Very nice, easy to use, I love the touch screen and the shopping list, it syncs with my Samsung phone so I don't have to call and ask what we need. Also the cameras that shows what's inside the fridge..

Overall I love the look, feel and functionality of this fridge. It's integration with Ring is awesome, the smart hub has been very useful to my family, for example my kids love drawing on the fridge and I can leave notes remotely from the app. It's a quite fridge and the only two issues I have with the fridge in terms of function are: 1. Ice dispensing - this fridge dispenses ice really slowly. If I were to fill 4 cups 1/2 full of ice it would probably take almost 5 minutes. It's the slowest ice dispensing fridge (cube or crushed) I've ever owned. I tolerate it, but it's very annoying. 2. Water - the water does not shut off when the water lever is released. It slowly shuts of which usually leads to water catching in the catch pan. It's very annoying when you aren't paying attention and forget to hold the cup under a sec or so longer while the flow completely stops. When I release the lever, the water should just stop. If I had to buy this fridge overa again I would. Even with the annoyances, I really enjoy this fridge.

Looks Great works well very quite one problem ice maker makes a mess. Ice chips all over the floor. If not for problem would be a five star rating.

Very nice refrigerator. Lots of room, Cools very quickly and efficiently. Little on the larger size so make sure you check and double check measurements. Kind of a techy and all about smart home controls so it is nice to have wifi ability. Samsubg connect app needs a little work. Don't like the fact that you canot add apps to the HUB only apps that have been pre loaded or downloaded by Samsung and no video player for YouTube or Netflix. Hoping future updates may allow that. Pros: Lots of room, Quiet, Beautiful finish (Black Stainless), HUB very unique. Cons: Size, small ice cube storage, no video player on HUB, only use pre-installed apps on HUB.

We really like this refrigerator so far. We bought this one to replace the discontinued Chef Collection 34+ cubic foot model (about 3 years old). We definitely lost some storage capacity with this fridge, however we still like it. The tablet in the door is actually nice. We play music in the kitchen and we can leave notes for the kids or each other. I would like it more if there was a way to download apps like NetFlix so we could watch a show or movie while cooking (it may be possible but I have not figured it out yet). The ice maker so far works well; the ice maker on our previous fridge (see above) was a problem pretty much from the beginning. It was replaced multiple times before Best Buy Geek Squad finally offered to replace the fridge (we had bought the extended warranty thru Best Buy). I don't normally buy extended warranties but I did for the Chef Collection and for this new fridge because of bad reviews regarding the ice maker (everything else was good about both fridges). I would not hesitate to buy this fridge again, but I would buy the extended warranty. Nothing like a $4000 fridge that does not make ice!

We purchased this as a returned open box, (it still had packing inside) apparently it was too big for the previous buyer. This made it a great bargain for us! Set up was simple and easy. The apps that we've used sofar have worked for us. Being able to check inside your refrig while at the store is nice. The shopping list takes a bit of time to prepare but also very useful. Having the choice for more freezer or refrig space is a plus for us. Temperatures have been spot on. So far ice maker keeps up with us but it's not summer now so we'll see in the summer when our usage goes up. So far a great machine.

The Family Hub never disappoint. It's like a android tablet on my ref so love the fact that we can check, see & edit the family calendar, pictures, to do list, grocery list, etc. The Pandora & online radio is a plus & utilized all the time. The flex zone is also a welcome feature so we can easily configure between vegetable or freezer using the app.

All thought many people told me it was a waste I have to say the touch screen is worth it. This can tell you what's in the fridge and what ur missing. It helps with ur shopping list also. Love this smart fridge.

This is the first smart fridge I have owned with smart technology. Great fridge with lots of space and good functionality.

The apps on the family hub are great. It’s comparable to a cell phone. I read the enclosed material and had forgotten some details. The refrigerator will alarm when the door(s) have been left open. Download the Samsung app. It sent me an open door notification. Also the hub lights when in close proximity a feature that be disabled. Enjoying!

Great use of space and easy to use smart HUB. Kids love the features and wifi ability.

Overall seems to be a good fridge. Not crazy abount the single location for ice and wather to be dispensed - hit water alot when trying to just get ice. I do like the flex zone, makes it very versitle.
