I have to admit, I’ve wanted this for a long time. I was still a little nervous about the technology this has included. But this is by far the best refrigerator that we’ve ever owned. I actually had to cut out some cabinets above it to make it fit, but well worth it. Extremely roomy and very well laid out. Two small critiques I have. There’s not much space for lager items like a gallon of milk or 2 liter soda bottles. And, I believe Samsung would sell a lot more of these if they would design it to fit the most commom openings in houses, both older and newer. I took a weekend to do the necessary changes at my house, but most people will not go to this much trouble. We love the tablet included and the ability to make a shopping list or set reminders.

The refrigerator is really nice. We love it. The refrigerator is very versatile. Really love the flex zone option in the lower right quadrant. the freezer is little smaller for a 28 cft refrigerator. I have a separate freezer for the purpose so it was never a issue for me. The monitor is nice. I can connect it to my samsung tv. My only gripe is the software. They use their own operating system and it is not easy to connect it with ios or android. I may have to do some more research but dont have much time for that. Feel free to advise if any one can do so with their iphone. Without conecting you cant see inside the fridge while shopping!

The fridge has lots of space, and the flex zone works great. The tablet comes in very handy for playing music, looking up recipes or just watching a show while cooking.

Our family does not have a bulletin board or anything and this has great promise. Hope we can use it to enable our family towards communication and staying on top of things at home, work and school. Great Idea!

Just love it. You can see remotely inside the fridge, You can watch your favorite show on the refrigerator, and the flex zone is a great flexibility to have.

we splurged a bit on this fridge, being a bit over our budget and all. however, it is an awesome fridge and the performance is awesome. immediately noticed two things - 1. seemed that stuff were cooler than my old fridge and 2. the filtered water tastes as good as the bottled water delivery. only draw bag is that the ice maker seems a bit slow to make ice, but not a big problem as we do not use mass quantities of ice

I work on international standards for the Internet of Things, so buying great IoT products is important to me. The Samsung connected fridge clearly captures the vision of IoT better than any of its competitors.

It's a great fridge, the shelves could be more spaced out to fit large containers like milk. But it so nice looking and people always compliment it.

Their are certainly cheaper fridges out there but we got this as an open box for more than 50% off MSRP so it was worth it. Fridge works as advertised but smart panel is lacking in software.

The best thing about this refrigerator is it's flexibility. The versatile options of the Flex Zone are so useful and easy to change through the fridge management app. Family Hub 2.0 is useful for families on the go but it is too limited on the app front today to be a must have addition. Overall though very happy and a great addition to our kitchen.

We definitely would recommend this fridge particularly to people who enjoy being interactive. The 4 door design was a little awkward at first but now we have become accustomed to it and manage to place things in a more organized and prioritized fashion to conserve on the energy. .The remote ability to look into the fridge on our I phones to recollect what we may need while shopping or simply looking at the to do list is awesome

Man can we put alot of food inside the fridge!!! Not 100% impressed w the hub, however we are still discovering things we can do...

More than just a fridge, I really like all the gadgets that come with this fridge, to be able to order food and groceries from the screen is amazing.

Great refrigerator, needs more space for larger items. Family Hub not really worth the extra money.
