Got this on the 4th sale and have no complaints . I bought the 4 French door model so my little girl almost two years old could have her own little fridge for her juices and cold snacks and she loves it! Goes right in and grabs what she wants whenever she wants . Plenty of space and the tablet is cool. Water tastes great and ice maker does a great job unless you have ten people over getting ice for drinks then it won't be able to keep up by the end of the night. I can't expect any fridge would. Five stars for sure and especially for the price I got it for.

I was apprehensive about spending the extra $ for the FamilyHub and am so glad I did! The app works great! I can see the items in my fridge while at the grocery store, add & access the grocery list from anywhere. It's fun to share the TV screen & write memos to other family members. The only thing we hadn't checked was the height of the unit. We had to remove the over fridge cabinet however I never used it anyway so no loss.

You can talk to it!! It looks things up on the internet!! I can jam out in my kitchen while cooking!! It links to my soundbar!! I can see a picture of the inside of my fridge from the grocery store!! This is how refrigerators are suppose to be!!! Everyone loves my fridge!!

When I first got the fridge, the touchscreen OS had alot of bugs. They’ve updated it several times a year and now it’s a lot better than it was before. I wish they would’ve included a smartthings hub within the fridge so it would have more connectivity to smartthings devices. Would’ve also been nice to have chef recipe videos that take full advantage of the super large vertical screen.

I absolutely love this fridge. Besides the normal reasons of purchasing a fridge, this fridge is super high-tech and offers tons of features. Everyone that comes over is amazed by the huge display and Pandora option. The app is very convenient to view inside your fridge when you're out and about shopping. There are tons of features I still need to explore but it is very simplistic. The flex option of choosing different temperatures is also a plus. If you can manage to purchase this item on sale, I would highly recommend it.

At first we really enjoyed the refrigerator, but after a month long bug requiring you to sign in again EVERY time you want to use the Ring Doorbell feature, I became less enamored with our purchase. This refrigerator isn't cheap and the software feels half baked. Samsung should have stuck with Android instead of Tizen. Samsung is aware of the bug on their end, but not offering any details as to when it will be fixed.

This is a great product. Love that I can put everyone's schedule calendar up and look up recipes and listen to music while cooking

Love it. Love the options, the calendar for family. All the extra bells and whistles. Love that my ring door bell pops up on it when someone enters our porch. Love the Pandora radio, the ice maker, so many cool apps and the cameras inside to look at what your missing is nice. Although it would be nicer if they showed the freezer and flex zone. But not complaining. This thing is huge though. Luckily it fit, but sticks out a good 4" more than our old fridge. But well worth the investment to us.

The frig looks impressive, but we havent yet figured out how to work the features. This icemaker looks the same as my last Samsung frig, which quit working and was the reason we replaced it, so we're hoping for better luck this time. This frig is bigger than standard, so I had to get a cabinet maker cut the over frig cabinet off an inch. Overall, frig is working well and we think we'll be pleased.

This is a great refrigerator by itself but if you are into smart appliances, this is up there. I have not had any problems with Pandora or any of the apps. Speakers on the refrigerator are as loud as some TVS. Flexible options on using part of the refrigerator as a freezer and vice-versa. Only issue I have is that you have to have Samsung TV to use the built in screen and it is based on Wifi. If your TV is far from the refrigerator, it seemed to pause and cut in and out.

Love the Samsung refrigerator. Can see what's in it anywhere I go. Temp, pictures and calender on front panel.

Have owned this fridge for 18 months. It was pretty decent until it stopped cooling this month. The freezer won't cool below 23 degrees and the fridge won't cool below 55. Of course this happens shortly after the warranty expires. Unfortunately Best Buy and Geek Squad won't service the fridge without a protection plan. The Ice Maker often gets jammed and you have to check to see otherwise it won't produce enough ice. The flex zone is nice but we have only used it as a freezer. The layout is actually a little clunky and storing tall things can be frustrating. The tablet is a cool feature but realistically it is under utilized in our household and we are a married millenial couple so I think it seems really awesome until you realize your phone is always in your pocket.

It lets you look inside of it from your phone & will play music while your cooking. Love it

We were torn between the Kitchenaid 5 door (skuId=4956326) and this refrigerator. This refrigerator is huge - and the flex space and shared calendar have won me over. Unfortunately, the "apps" are a limited set of Samsung apps. Bixby amazes the grandkids and tagging your food for freshness is a great idea - I just wish we could rearrange the food and it would keep track.

Definitely an amazing refrigerator, the space inside is a plus and the big touch screen works very good

I’ve had this refrigerator for about six months now. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this is the best refrigerator I’ve ever had. The demo model on the floor at Best Buy does not do this refrigerator justice. Mainly because most of the features are locked but once you get home You’ll see a difference. The screen is not laggy and Cumbersome like most android devices. It almost feels like I’m using an iOS device.
