We had an LG side by side which my wife hated because of the side by side setup. We did have a problem early with the water dispenser. I was skeptical buying a new appliance since the LG was working fine for 5 years but happy wife happy life I figured. Well I must admit this new Samsung is the very best appliance we ever bought! I thought the family hub was just a gimmick but we use it every day to write store lists that sync to our iPhones, listen to Pandora and leave each other notes for the day since we work different schedules. Love the water pitcher infuser and makes plenty of ice. great product!!!

When it was time for me to bring my kitchen up to the 21st century, one of my biggest concerns was the appliances. After doing a my research and visiting a Best Buy store to actually touch and look at the appliance I knew that I had found the refrigerator for me. Besides having the convenience of the internet at hand just in case you are following a recipe or just want to see your favorite show without running back and fourth.This appliance is carefully thought through. You can flip up the inside tray to make room for taller containers. Fruits, vegetables, cold cuts all have specially controlled temperature gauge. I am really enjoying my refrigerator..

I loved this fridge! Right up until the ice maker died...same time as the freezer died...and the fridge temperature stabilized at 65 degrees. Self diagnostics? Useless. Internet connection for troubleshooting? Useless. Online Samsung help? Also useless. Right now I have in my kitchen a huge Pandora speaker. Estimated date for DIAGNOSTICS visit? 2 weeks. That was the second estimate thru GeekSquad. First diagnostics visit was a full 30 days. 22 Dec. One star is for the "whistles and bells" that have nothing to do with keeping food cool/cold/frozen. Cycled power and THEN the fridge noted the fridge and freezer had unusually warm temperatures. No...SAMSUNG is a bitter disappointment. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!

It looks amazing. The counter size fits great. If you have extra money having tablet is a great tool to have schedule, time, to do list and many more. Kids love to doodle and write notes to each other. Cameras are great. A conversation piece!!!

For someone who spends a large amount of time in the kitchen baking and cooking the fridge is awesome. I can enjoy music while others in the house do their own thing in the living room. The open feel when I open the door is nice because everything inside is neat and organized.

We love the storage, the size and use the tablet much more than we initially thought. We love being able to listen to music, watch tv, select a recipe to try, the whiteboard to leave a note or to list what leftovers are available inside. The deli drawer is awesome for drinks and snacks. We were concerned about freezer storage, but pleasantly surprised that is holds a ton of stuff and may now sell our chest freezer. Love it and are glad we made the purchase.

We've had this fridge now for a couple weeks so I am tentatively giving it a 5 star rating. So far it's hitting all the marks. I was a bit apprehensive having read a few bad reviews of the software and app functionality for iPhone users, but I followed directions, added the right apps and registered the fridge and it works exactly like it is supposed to. I can access the calendar and see inside the fridge from my phone as well as send notes, memos and shopping lists from fridge to phone and phone to fridge. This thing is amazing and it looks incredible too!

I like the Family Hub overall, display feature is definitely useful. Sometime screen gets hung, specially when surfing internet to find recipes or even just scrolling browser page. One thing I am missing is, it does not have microSD or any USB slot to play photograph from external device. But overall, I like it..!!

I instantly fell in love with this bridge when I seen it in the store actually had it priced matched and got a great deal everything went smooth delivery all that good stuff however the Samsung customer service have stood me up and have an even call back

Fridge, freezer, separate drink cooler, tablet, and camera all in one. It does everything, but buy the groceries for you.

This is a great fridge for counter depth. The functionality of the inside camera and the ability to update a shopping list from the fridge is great. The water pitcher that autorefills is great...allows us to have ice cold lemon water at all times. We did figure out that right after it was delivered and set up the front, side, and back were EXTREMELY hot to the touch. It did cool down later so we assumed it was due to the electronics setting up.

We had to wait a while for the refrigerator, because it was so popular. We like technology and love the family hub. Everyone that visits and sees the refrigerator is intrigued with it.

TV screen in the kitchen and on the fridge no less, incredible. The ice that broke within the first week...not so good. TSB for ice makers, be weary. Buy the extended coverage.

I like the hi tech aspects of fridge however the fridge part is not up to its high price. Storage in main compartment not very big. Also the sliding drawer in bottom freezer gets stuck every time you try to move it. The mid drawer which is to be a flex zone will not adjust to freezer settings and can only be fridg or drink drawer.

My wife and kids love this refrigerator. But the ice makes it's a headaches,i won't recommend anybody to buy this refrigerator. Very expensive and wordless.

I needed to buy a counter depth refrigerator, but had not really considered this one. When I saw it on the floor and read about its features I had to have it. Love how the tablet integrates with my calendar and shopping list. The fridge is roomy with adjustable shelves and I love the flex drawer for storing drinks. I hope the technology doesn't get super dated over the next few years.

Its a nice refrigerator, with great features. The tablet and connectivity is pretty cool. The doors were not level, and the installers didn't level them, so I will have to do it.

Love the outside of fridge, the family Hub is great. The calendar is great to keep up with events and the grocery list sent to the phone. I could only give 3 stars because the interior needs more work, the "milk" holders on the door needs to be about an inch larger and the shelves are not very adjustable. But all in all, I love it.
