Geek Squad, when they do show, come out and fixes it for a month or two and then it fails again. I can't understand how people rate this fridge a 5. We've had it for three years now and are looking to join the class action suit against Samsung. This product cost over 5 grand, and it's a very expensive paperweight to say the least. I am done purchasing products from Best Buy, and I am done with their product replacement plan. It's not worth the paper its printed on.
