This is our 3rd Samsung fridge and we have no complaints. The big screen is a fun novelty for the kids. Best features are that you can stream music and connect with your Ring doorbell.

We’ve just started to using the in fridge cameras , but our ring camera is setup to appear on the screen when there’s someone at the door. Still learning the features.

Excellent product. Looking forward to using this uniquely designed refrigerator for many years to come. The built in technology is amazing and adds a great valu to our new home.

It looks great and works well. We love the digital platform where we display pictures, leave messages, hear music, etc. I never knew a refrigerator could be this much fun!

It does what it says it will do. However we still need to install the ring door bell camera so we can see how it works from the fridge screen

We are still learning all that it has to offer, but we love the inside camera and our favorite part is Pandora playing while we are cooking! The ice is soft ice.

Absolutely awesome refridgerator. Initially, we wanted the 3 door cheaper version, but after deciding on the counter top model, we saw this option and fell in love. This is a techy persons dream fridge. You can do so much from the tablet, including sending things to my Samsung Stove. Great tablet and totally worth the investment.

I’ve had this fridge for a few weeks and so far so good! It had lots of space and compartments. Love the interactive screen with many apps and features.

This is a great refrigerator. Looks high end, cools nicely, plenty of room. The screen is very nice. Speaker sounds good, plenty of customization that is nice to have. Wife can now check my work email and know what I have going on while I work at home! I say the price is a bit high. Ice maker is ok. Could be better or do round ice.

This fridge is very small on the inside, not a lot of space for a family of 5. Ice maker jammed up the first week which we learned is common with this fridge. Otherwise it looks great, computer on front is great for music, grocery lists etc.

Need to buy a water line kit, but easy set up and works great. We love all the features of it. Great for entertainment, hosting, shopping, etc.

I love this refrigerator. Very spacious and love the design.

Bought this as an open box item and it was in a good condition, a few dings but not end of the world. We love the family hub touch screen and the flex drawer feature which houses all our adult beverages! The top drawer of the freezer part gets stuck sometimes and just need to put some effort to move it. Overall great buy for a modern fridge!

very functional and aesthetic fridge. lots of fun and useful tools to play around with on the screen. no problems with the ice dispenser.

the fun of the purchase was a little dimmed by the delivery truck doing pretty major damage to the house, but its a product review....the family hub has great features, were having a little trouble getting used to the size (we had to downsize because of the size of the doors in our home, again, not the fridge's fault) seems well made, the color is gorgeous

So far, no issues. Beautiful and high tech. I bought the extended warranty to protect my investment. Delivery was quick and no damage.

Other than the ice maker, so far so good, the freezer is smaller than I like, other than that, I’ll work with it

I have been wanting this item since forever finally purchased an I love it

My favorite feature is the Bluetooth. I can play music while I’m cooking. Instead of putting pictures with magnets you can download pictures. I love the recipes and the pictures of what’s inside, I love everything about this refrigerator. It was a little costly but well worth it in the end.
