Refrigerator is amazing. The touchscreen is what makes it great. There are reviews about the ice maker going bad, but haven’t reached that point yet. Two months - so far so good.

My family loves this unit. The Hub for shopping is great. The fam contributes to the shopping list and then when I go shopping I can check it off the list on my phone. Best Buy Service is always awesome as well.

The Family Hub makes our life so much easier. Being able to check our refrigerator remotely means we never forget anything while shopping. Also love the connectivity between the Family Hub and our Ring video doorbell.

Love this refrigerator. The beverage drawer is perfect for keeping soda's and beers at just the right temperature. And it interacts with my Samsung TV's throughout the house. I can cook and watch College Game Day and whatever else may be on. Also fantastic for posting recipes to use as I prepare the meals. Can also leave notes on the refrigerator from anywhere that you may be. Love It!

Our Samsung refrigerator offers a lot of cool options and gives us the features we wanted. A lot of the technology is almost overwhelming and tricky to connect to and get started but it can really be helpful and fun once you get used to a lot of the features. we had a four door refrigerator before and having one again offers a lot of storage options making it easy and functional to get what you want and store what you need to. We are enjoying our new refrigerator from Samsung.

All in all we like it. The Ice maker tends to give some shards with the cubes. And the ice bin is small and hard to access. The display panel works pretty well, but is not as intuitive as it could be. Sometimes it thinks it heard commands. I hope some firmware updates in the future will make it better.

The installers arrived on time which was a plus. I had a few issues with the legs on the range that I purchased. But keep the range. Figured that it was too much of a hassle to return it. Overall a good experience.

The hub screen is envy of my family and friends. It allows us entertainment, information and reminders in our kitchen. The refrigerator is the excellent Samsung quality I’ve come to expect on my third purchase.

The Samsung Family hub Refrigerator is functional and user friendly but the tech is still young. More apps needed and technology has a lot of room to grow. Overall great purchase!

So, I love the look and features of this, almost more than we need. I wanted a counter depth French door fridge, but the middle drawer almost takes too much away from the space of a smaller fridge. I wish I would have went with a counter depth with just two doors and the freezer. But, it does become a showpiece for your kitchen. Beautiful Fridge.

This is the most awesome refrigerator on the face of the planet. It's actually smarter than most smartphones. Okay, that might be a little bit of an exaggeration but it's pretty cool. I don't use all the awesome features but I don't spend a whole lot of time in the kitchen. My kids love to draw pictures on it, and tell me I'm the most awesome father in the world.

I Like the fridge because of the smart features. However, the space is not always convenient

LOVING the computer screen. We like playing music and having family photos on it. Sound system is surprisingly very good. Ice machine is meh...doesnt keep up and is loud at night....

Only been using a week. Refrigerator seems to function as it should. Samsung’s Family hub (Screen) is a really neat feature. One of the main reasons I wanted it. Cameras are also a neat (But don’t really know how practical) feature. I’m a tech/smart home junkie so these features may appeal to me more than some. Had a Samsung fridge before and I know there are some bad reviews for Samsung brand, but both of mine have worked as they should with no issues.

Picture screensaver is the best, I could stand there all day watching the pictures. My kids LOVE the drawing board! They say this is the best refrigerator ever and I couldn’t agree more!

Samsung’s Family Hub fridge is fantastic. My wife and I were hesitant at first to purchase this fridge but are beyond impressed by the functions and features this fridge offers! It’s great!

So far so good, the ice maker of my previous Samsung fridge was the reason I returned it. This one hasn't frozen yet. Let's hope it stays that way.

Awesome fridge; kids love the screen and options. Decent interior space and the middle shelf is a must for young kids and snacking. Plenty space in the freezer.

Love the fridge! Fun to play on, listen to my Spotify music, grandson draws and I display pictures throughout! It has the BEST soft ice EVER and it holds all our groceries. We even use the camera to see the inside of fridge to see what we may need. Enjoy looking up recipes as well! Perfect temp for veggies and fruit! Things to improve? The screen goes on randomly and unnecessary
