Refrigerator is a counter depth and we have never had this. So we needed to adjust to less space from a 28 cu ft. Love the family hub. Looking up recipes, leaving notes for hubby, and playing pandora while we cook is great. Great features. Love the Champagne glass bubbles as screen saver. only issue is ice maker dispenser - not tall enough to fill soda stream bottle and crushed ice is way too chunchy. Gave 5 stars because of infused pitcher, extra temp controlled drawer and family make it well worth it.

This stylish refrigerator is a technological wonder. From the interior cameras for viewing your products while shopping at the market to the 21 inch tablet on the door to help manage and keep track of life; this stunning Samsung refrigerator has it all, and then some! The ice maker works well and is an improvement over past models. The Family Hub and SmartThings Apps coordinate multi media applications with the refrigerator. This is still a work in progress and needs updates to communicate with Samsung TV and other appliances. Overall, this refrigerator is the sign of things-to-come for home technological life!

I absolutely love this refrigerator! The photo gallery feature is one of my favorites. Our old refrigerator was plastered with pictures all over the place but the slide show feature looks so neat and clean. The counter depth model looks very nice in our space yet still has ample space for storage. My 7 year old just loves using the auto refill water pitcher. Another feature that I Iove is the ability to play Youtube videos and mirror content on other devices via SmartView. If you're a gadget person like I am, this is a must have.

We absolutely love the Family Hub. Not to mention the sleek and elegant design of the fridge. One feature that most people don’t know about is the auto fill water pictures inside the fridge as you use the water and put it back in it’ll automatically refilled so you always have fresh filtered water.

Just what we wanted & needed. Other than the smart hub our favourite is the auto fill water pitcher, it’s so handy to fill our dog’s water dishes! Super spacious and luxurious, best of all it fits in our kitchen beautifully!

Fridge is everything I hoped it would be. I didn't go see it at Best Buy, trusted that I would like it. Love that it works with my Ring doorbell. Someone complained about the speaker not being loud enough for (Pandora) it doesn't have a UE speaker but its loud enough if your sitting close. Finish is very nice. Love how water dispenser lights up blue when in use. The built in pitcher of water is a really nice touch. Love it so far, but I've only had it 10 days.

This product exceeded my expectations. It’s sleek and easy to install. The app is a plus. Love all the features. My grandkids love the photo slide show.

This specific model is a beautiful statement peice to my kitchen. As soon as people walk in my house they walk right up to the fridge and are blown away. Love that it has no handles. Love that the ice machine ISNT giving us issues despite all the Samsung fridge reviews. It is a smaller fridge which I need to have for my specific kitchen but other than wishing I could have a bigger fridge...its absolutely perfect.

This is a horrific product in a pretty wrapper. I don't even know where to start on this, compete failure of the compressor and all related cooling equipment at month 8. If it wasn't bad enough that I woke up to water all over my hard wood kitchen floor, to find that the refrigerator had an error code on the screen telling me it needed service and opening the door to find everything in the refrigerator and freezer was thawed and sitting at around 48 degrees. Samsung is honoring their warranty, but the service provider is a week out, and there will be parts that need to be ordered. The only saving grace is that we have (2) other full sized refrigerators to use while our main kitchen appliance is more akin to a microwave in it's present state. So moral of the story, if your kids are wowed by a fancy screen on your main household appliance and you give in to purchase, make sure you have a back up refrigerator when this one breaks, or just do the smart thing and buy a Bosch.

I overall love this Refrigerator except for the Freezer Drawers they tend to get of the rail sometimes. It is definitely not easy for eveyone to set up the Smart Hub and connect ect everything to it.

Our family loves it, not only is the tablet amazing but it also plays music.

No handles looks so classy!! In love with this refrigerator!!!

The fridge top left corner is broken when it was delivered, the driver knows this problem.

IT WAS DELIVERED DENTED AND SO A CHANGE IS REQUIRED

We purchased our 23M8570 a little over a year ago (so we are now out of warranty:( ) and we have had CONTINUOUS issues with the ice maker freezing up. We have to defrost our FROSTLESS refrigerator multiple times per month. Though we purchased this refrigerator in 2019, Samsung released a service bulletin in 2017 discussing the ice maker issue. They NEVER resolved it. Google " icemaker freezing, Samsung Refrigerator). DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR.

I am in love with my new refrigerator!!! It is everything I could want!
