Don't buy this fridge! Unless you want a useless screen. The fridge, freezer, and flex freeze areas all work as they should. The in-door auto refill water pitcher works as well, and is a nice addition. However, the screen doesn't work as it should. I connected it to my Ring doorbell and it never loads. I ask Bixby to play me a song on Spotify and it plays me a completely different song. I'd also say there's a 50/50 chance that when I try to record a voice message for the whiteboard widget, it doesn't work. I would try to call and get it replaced, but I'm sure they'd send a refurbished one, which I don't want. We just bought it and it functions as a fridge just fine. But if you want to get it for the fancy bells and whistles, don't. They don't work.

20 months after purchase the motor is dead. The ice maker must be cleaned out monthly with a blow dryer as is forms a giant block at jams up. Definitely feel burned by the purchase. Will be avoiding Samsung appliances from here out.

We bought this fridge from Best Buy around December 2017. The ice maker has been nothing but trouble. Constantly freezing up and dispensing a squirt of water when you have the ice dispenser activated. Please do your research on the Samsung ice maker lawsuit before buying this expensive refrigerator. I truly regret it. I have joined the class action lawsuit for this defective refrigerator.

So where do I start the job was to install a new fridge and move the old one to the shed (which we paid extra for ). So It was rIning on the day of the install and the guys never took there shoes off dragging water and leaves all in the house .When the guys were installing the fridge the scratched the door.Then they removed the old fridge and couldn't get it through the front door .I ended up removing the door and the storm door so they could do there job expecting they would reinstall.After that they also damaged the old fridge and broke the 1/4 turn water line for the ice maker .So after all of that I have called the best buy dispute line twice with no results .SO DISPOINTING !!!!

The concept of this refrigerator is great and I loved it for the short time that I had it. It did however stop working withing 10 hours of it's arrival and i lost all my groceries. I am now have a loaner refrigerator until another one is available for me to try again.

Fingerprint resistant is a lie! I have 3 small children from the ages to 2-7 and my refrigerator and stove are constantly showing my kids fingerprints. It’s so annoying having to constantly wiping down! ugh! I was told I wouldn’t have this problem!

Love the Family Hub so far. Delivery was smooth and seamless. The screen is very user friendly! I've never considered myself a Samsung fan but we've recently renovated our kitchen and purchased an entire kitchen collection. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

My 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door with 21.5 in. Connected Touch Screen Family Hub™ Refrigerator is about as good as it gets for refrigerators. For just the simplicity of the basics, it is large and has a great amount of storage space. It cools completely and remains that way with little or no effort. (My electricity bill went down $30 this past month). Its bright inside both the fridge and the freezer. We had reservations about the size of the ice maker, but this family of 4 from Arizona, has no issues. It makes the ice almost twice as fast as my old fridge despite the smaller reservoir. The water reservoir is just as great as my daughter will attest. Playing soccer 5-6 nights a week, she has no issues with ice or water coming out being cold and plenty of it. The freezer seems small at first, but is anything but that. I have boxes of breakfast items and snacks loaded in to it and there is still a lot of room for chicken, pork, beef and so on. The hub is the brains of this unit and is extremely both easy to use and helpful at the same time. I can look in the fridge/freezer, see what I have, and then use a pre-installed app to give me an idea my options for dinner. We use the whiteboard app for notes to one another, Pandora to play music, Tasty for recipes, and so on. At any given time I can see into the fridge if I forget to check before going to the store. (That includes seeing the dates on milk and what not for expiration). Could not be happier with the pre-loaded apps that come with this and excited for anything else that comes down the line in the future. Overall, we had been looking at this fridge for the past 2 years and are so thankful that we bought it. It really is a great product from Samsung, ( A company 5 years ago you would say had no business tobe in the fridge market). Today, a totally different story. COuld not be happier!!!!

Do not buy this product. there is always something wrong with the ice maker. even after multiple repairs its still having problems. customer service is also bad, even the repair technician did not show up twice for a scheduled repair. Samsung is even offering a prorated refund for this product. Im taking it and buying something else.
