Unfortunately I had to "downsize" from the 29.7 Cubit Foot fridge to this one due to size restraints. Best Buy would not disassemble the fridge to fit it through the openings we have in our home, so this was our best option. The fridge is great, has wonderful features (many that we haven't even got to use yet). It's nice being able to log in from the store and see what we currently have in the fridge. With a family of 5, knowing whether or not you need milk is a game changer. Overall, pretty happy. Thanks Best Buy!

Love it, glad I purchased the Samsung - Family Hub 22.2 Cu. Ft. Counter Depth 4-Door French Door. So far no issues and I use the family hub daily!

Love this fridge. It's cool, sleek, and yes cools and freezes your food with no issues. Also there are always updates happening in the background so no need to worry about being left behind technologically.

I seen a lot of mixed reviews on this fridge but once i went and saw it in person i could not resist. I went with the stainless steel version & i absolutely love it! I had this fridge for a little over 2 months now and no issues. I do live by myself and i do notice if i have people over and we are using the ice maker often for drinks it is small and cannot keep up. But other than that i love it. I went with the not handles because i have all kitchen aid appliances with really defined handles and it just would not have matched and that was the best decision i made. Again Awesome fridge, not to mention the speaker is loud for music!

So far so good, loving our new Samsung Fridge. We enjoying the family hub. Our grocery is lasting longer too!!? We are impress how long our fruit and vegetables are lasting longer without spoilage. We would love if the space would be larger, however we understand counter space type, therefore not holding that against. We have two other refrigerators so we really don’t need the extra space. I also got the hood range and the oven which is taking forever to arrive. We also have a washer and dryer by Samsung. Everything black stainless steel. I wish the price would be more affordable specially when you are buying in bulk.

Tons of space with the flex drawer. Not having door handles keeps it flush with the counters and looks great. The smart hub is very handy for family schedules and shopping lists for everyone in the house.

This Refrigerator does EVERYTHING. Nice sleek look for counter-depth spaces. I love the in-facing camera and the application synchronization. Great buy!

Looks and works amazing. Love the hub and how I can connect to other devices in the house. Also love the feature of when i go shopping i can see what's in the fridge. Love it!

love the fridge but wish I would have looked closer at the space . but it works well and is easy to navigate.

It adds kitchen look gorgeous. The family hub is very useful and fun: family can share the food/memo lists, listening music, looking inside refrigerator, leaving memo, shopping lists and so on. You also can organize foods by well divided sections. You can set up the temperature for each section.

We are SO pleased with our new refrigerator. It seems to have amble storage and the interior shelves move easily. The gallon door area seems a bit tight but we're still learning and working with it. I'll come back to do a better review once we've had it longer. but LOVE it so far!!!

Great fridge sleek, and efficient. Love the hub and the install was a breeze. Ice is cold and fridge is nice.

Great deal for my family, we really satisfied with this product

Difficult to setup Family Hub. The delivery men didn't know anything about how to start to sync with iPhone and home network. Had to make several calls for support which didn't help. I had to figure everything out on my own. Initially the 'support' calls were Best Buy people who didn't know anything about Samsung products. Three days later got the number for Samsung support. Awful customer service. Later discovered initial steps were in the manual...should have checked there first but delivery guy said simple to work, should take about 1/2 hour to setup.

Nice features. the app can be improved. Needs enough room to put it.

Was hesitant in purchasing a refrigerator with Family Hub as leery of computer access of the fridge. Turned out we use many of the features of the Family Hub every day. The storage space of the Fridge is superior to the competitor unit it replaced (died after 3 years and too expensive to fix) and has more usable storage space. Ice maker, which is a know problem for Samsung is working great.

This Fridge is fun! A fridge is a fridge, but this one is a piece of art which gels with the rest of my smart home! Though I've rarely used the "Look inside" feature from outside the home, it's fun to show it to guests :) and we have a great slide show running with family pics and famous art pieces.

I was hesitant purchasing this refrigerator because it was replacing an older Samsung that I've had nothing but problems with, including the deafening noise. However, ever since it was installed, I have been nothing but happy. First, it is so quite I initially had to check to see if the installers remembered to plug it in. There is plenty of room for me and feel as though there is ample storage on the doors. I LOVE the Deli Drawer! It is nice to be able to store smaller containers/items in this drawer as it makes it easier to find. Lastly, the LCD panel is beautiful and easy to use. Bixby has a long way to go, so I really don't use it much. I do play Pandora off of the refrigerator and since the sound isn't quality, I just use bluetooth to connect to one of my Bose speakers. I also love the fact that you can be in the grocery store and see inside your refrigerator to check what you need. You can also keep a list, and it will remind you when your food expires. You do have to keep up with items on the list that are used up, which is something I don't know I will be able to maintain. The one negative about the LCD is that when I stream my Samsung TV to the refrigerator, there is pretty serious lag. Disappointing but I didn't buy the refrigerator to watch TV on it. I still use it, but just mute the sound on the fridge and turn the sound up on my Samsung from the other room. All in all, I am grateful that I purchased this refrigerator. It looks beautiful in my kitchen!

Although it took some time to get this fridge delivered (due manufacturing delays), we are pleased with this fridge. The Family Hub is great for our kids. The sleek look of no handles was a major point for our kitchen. Overall, we are happy with this fridge as it looks great and functions well for our kitchen.
