I haven't gotten to play with it too much yet, still working on getting all the features hooked up. Time will tell, will post again a few months down the line.

I love the automatic refilling water pitcher and all of the cool technology! Great for organization, streaming music and TV, leaving electronic notes for family and seeing our sweet photos! My only recommendation is a little taller shelf for a Gallon of milk and big juice bottles. I made it work for us by removing the top shelf on the right side.

I love my refrigerator, had one minor issue. The ice maker, the ice wouldn’t come out completely. We called Samsung and they fixed it right away!!! Fast response and very reliable in completing the work. The only downside is that you have limited space in the upper part of the refrigerator.

As far as looks and innovation...as well as value, yes it’s pricey, but there are more expensive units that simply, how should I put it? Not even half as smart as these, the family hub Wi-Fi connectivity and all capabilities simply bring your fridge into the 21st century, thank you Samsung .

Amazing Refrigerator with Style. My wife and I loved it. It connects well with wifi and does all sort of tech things we need alongwith cooling and space. Ice cubes are quick and water is pure. Highly recommend to all the people look for an elegant fit to your home.

It stands out in the kitchen but blends with the rest of the stainless steel appliances. I like that I can control the temp in each zone. Beverages are set at the right temp and nicely organized. The tablet is a plus for running vacation pictures.

The refrigerator looks good and the family hub is cool. I would recommend getting the model with the handles. The handle less model gets annoying after a while.

I really like the family hub. Very convenient to be able to make your shopping list and view what's inside without opening the doors. My grandkids like listening to Pandora on it. Speaker sounds pretty good for a refrigerator. I like having a shelf that half of it slides back for taller items.

We were apprehensive about purchasing a samsung with all it's bad reviews on products, but we really like this fridge. Easy set up for the smart tablet. Has lots of apps to choose from, not all useful to me. I'm only giving it a 4 because it may be fingerprint resistant it still picks up smudges so have to constantly clean it.

Really like this fridge. Still getting used to the internal arrangements but that is to be expected. The color is quite nice and no fingerprints. Display is large and bright.

Love our fridge! What sold us was the no visible handle which gives it a sleek modern look and that’s exactly what we were going for. Definitely love this model than the newest released one.

It needs work icemaker is too small the hub has some glitches

Refrigerator functionality is great, it has awesome features like Flex zone / Freezer / view inside / family hub features and very good installation was done by Best Buy team.

We purchased the Samsung smart hub refrigerator to replace an Electrolux refrigerator that had issues. We love the look of the Samsung and all the applications you get with the smart hub.
