Water dispense/ ice dispenser all flawless. The on screen family hub is junk. The only apps you can use on it are the limited 20 apps Samsung has. Instead of using an android OS Samsung uses their own junk OS system which barely works half the time. By the fridge without the family hub. Not worth the extra money

From screen mirroring our Samsung TV onto it to checking the weather and recipes as well as playing music so far so good. In regards to the actual purpose it cools better than our old GE, does not freeze food in the fridge section and the middle drawer has been great for keeping bread fresh! Only negative we have is that the top drawer in the lower freezer section is badly designed and keeps coming off the tracks otherwise it would have been 5 stars!

Only thing I would say could be better is the flow from the water dispenser, it’s a bit slow. Otherwise we are very happy with our purchase. We were thinking of buying the same fridge for our office.

Cons small really small especially if you just went to Costco and bought stuff. Freezer has some issues things look odd even though doors closed. Frost where it shouldn’t be ice cream not frozen.

In our previous home, we purchased this refrigerator and loved it. From the convenient drawer set up to the water pitcher built in to the door that fills itself. When we moved to our new home, the refrigerator that was already there died after about 2 weeks. We went right back to Best Buy and purchased this one but with some more bells and whistles.

Have a concern about the connection, the Samsung account! At this moment (Dec 14, 2019), we didn’t have connected to the Family Hub, etc! Why? Because when we try to log in to the Samsung account appears this notification:”Samsung Account Terms and Conditions have changed. Please log in..., etc. We did everything and the notification always appears and we can’t connect!!! We talk, via chat, to try to resolve the problem but they can’t, so they refer me to other specialized division. They will call me.

Also you can not customize the apps that are on the fridge you get what you get and you can't remove the apps you don't like and don't use not everyone everywhere has a shopright in Florida we have Publix so I'm SOL I have to have apps I will never use also the ice maker is small and if you have a lot of people in your house you will run out of ice

The recipe feature, the whiteboard, reminder, and ability to see what's in the fridge remotely make this the kitchen hub. Yeah it's expensive, but it's a "good expensive". Really didn't think I'd use the features and was pleasantly surprised. And, oh yeah, the fridge looks beautiful...for a kitchen appliance I mean.

Would love to use the indoor camera and grocery list through the app system but still having communication errors between Samsung fridge and apple phone
